Does Steve know that our live feed is down, or do we dare to mention it? This is really DEPRESSING. We have waited a whole year for this new chapter in the lives of Lib & Belle and now the book is almost closed before it is finished. We need something really good to happen to cheer us up. You can make the Still a little larger by using Jim's trick----hold down Ctrl button & roll mouse wheel forward. Do it near top of screen.

Personally, I feel over 40 days, the egg will not hatch...I don't think we've seen any eggs hatch online over 40 days, so I don't think egg #1 is going to hatch.
Egg 2 could still hatch today or tomorrow.
And I am not an expert...this is just my opinion.
So that's what I think....
Been taking pics this morning, but just too hard to see what's under our eagle! Think we have to wait for a feeding!

jubby's infected tooth pulled this a.m., everything is fine, he is keeping his mouth shut....:)
I have to tell ya - I am so grateful I have dentures now. I used to get horrendous abscesses that would make my whole face swell and the pain was horrible. Grateful I don't have that anymore!
he told me he thinks it was hard for them to get out, I told him of course it was the tooth was over 60 years old...duh!

Paula, I'm sorry, I didn't mean to imply that you were saying anything, anymore than just giving us the facts of the egg dates. I should have worded my comment differently.....
Like: After reading the dates that Paula posted, it appears that #1 and #2 eggs are overdue and #3 is due today or tomorrow. Sorry, I haven't put my foot in my mouth for a while:)

Well I can not say for sure what was in "view"...even magnified it. I am having a hard time getting and eye appt...seem to be backed up from lots of folks complaining of same symptoms...so no real improvement insight from here.

Field Trip to Swinging Bridge, since Jo nudged me out the door,
yielded some views of a Yellow-Rumped Warbler, Brown Ceeper, White-breasted Nuthatch, and a very totally streaky sparrow which I guess is a Song Sparrow, but resembled Fox Sparrow and/or Pine Siskin...could not analyze it well enough, and I Heard Carolina Wrens and Towhees.
Nice little outing. Fellow there fishing tells me that in the past he has seen nesting Osprey at our Sleepy Creek Lake...will definitely have to check that out in a few weeks !

To show you how little I know--or care to know--about dental work...have no idea what he did the first time I was there, but today was drill-drill-drill--mold, and temporary crown. Have to go back in 2 1/2 wks. for permanent. Would sure have been easier to have it pulled! Sharon, I've always said that falsies were my choice, but guess as long as this guy keeps it pain-free and insurance covers, won't try to talk him into it!

Hi all, I'm back!! Just ate for the first time today. I was starved!
Went shopping while I was out. Looking for a navy blazer for Joseph. He likes to dress for church, has never had a sport coat. Asked at Dillards as I seen one for $50. Her reply "We are a high end store, nothing for that amount." Her's were $90 and it was at another Dillards that I had seen it previously. I did not like her attitude! Anyway, have to search some more.

We are now up to 4 inches of rain. It is miserable out! I think I had forgotten what a winter rain is like. Used to short spring thunderstorms. This is a general soaking.

I was without a modem for about three weeks one time a few years ago... had constant battle with Verizon until I just kept asking for the next person up the line...spent many exhausting and frustrated hours doing that and with no computer the whole time..

Magpie that is how it was for over a month. They were absolutely no help. Like yesterday. He was getting his supervisor. I waited 10 minutes and hung up. He called back and said we were disconnected. I said no I hung up. I told him I would try another department and I finally got the guy who said the new modem would be here over night. It is not here.

Geeesh just watched a switch at Caltrans. They fly right out and across and over the highway. Hmmm even if I do watch a hatch here not sure I will be sticking aorudn for the fledge.
Yeah, I thought it a bit expensive for a child who is growing fast. I called Dillards in Denton where I had seen the first one and they still have it. They are holding it and I emailed Laurel to call me after school. I will ask her to stop and get it and then I will reimburse her. One good thing is he has as little brother who will get good wear out of it. Laurel is so good with saving hand me downs. It is $50 which I still consider expensive for a child.
Well, my workday is done and I am grateful. I am going to take a shower and head out for a while. Ya'll watch these birds for me while I am gone and holler if anything eggciting happens!! Have a great evening every one!

Hi all, got bounced off the computer. all cable went down and my computer didnt like it one bit. It took a long time to get it going again. Went to the bank,nursery,and market. Heidi went along for the ride. I worry about leaving her in the car. She sits in the back window and it gets hot. Left the windows open a little for air. It it gets any warmer that will have to stop.I guess there is no news yet?

Yes, I could check thrift shops, but really do not want to do any more running around shopping. And, for that matter it could go to grandchild # 3 after # 2 and that would make it even cheaper. LOL However, grandchild #3 will probably NEVER wear hand me downs. He will wear the unresonably expensive children's clothes. Also, he is fast catching up with # 2 in size. Oh, that boy is big. He just turned 3, he weighs 51 pounds.

Just got in--saw at least 2 eggs. Duh
There was another video a year later. He was much bigger and much more independent but they spent 9 days with him. They had video but not of the reunion because he came during the middle of the night after they had been there for about 3 days. They were about to give up. And that was the last time they saw him. But that is such a great story!!

Well, one time it looked like the egg was gray or was an eaglet, another time it looked like 3 white eggs. Spent a little extra time in the egg cup this time though.
