I got some lovely photos from our lady visitor to the Park today. I will have to scan & post, but after the 'puter shutdown this PM.
i just came back to the cams, and I see the same female O. is at BWO now, and they are definitely bringing in new material today.

Just looked again, and I don't see a necklace at this angle, so it might be a large male.
On the other hand, males don't hang around the nest while females are bringing materials ....

News just showed the flash of light from the meteor/rocket fragment or whatever IT was on the east coast Sunday evening (w/ a boom, they say) from the NBG nest cam view...even the eagle responded to it!
Loretta, so sorry to hear that news about your BIL....aren't they going to try anything????? You know what the ad says....there's no expiration date stamped on the bottom of his foot.
Re:worm.....news said to make sure that you have your anti-virus security updated....they said to disconnect ethernet ports tonight.

I was watching the hummingbird nest last night and at dark there was one bird in the nest by itself....
To answer your question from a long time ago. Nest all empty now...
And those Osprey chicks at Cape Coral Florida! when I opened the site I didn't realize those big fuzzy birds were the babies at first !

That was Gene's CONTROLLED BURN...my fires are completely OUT OF CONTROL;)
In our county, as in others, people that do outside burning are asked to report them to the 9-1-1 center so we know where all the smoke is going to be coming from...or at least, try to. We have a map and we load the caller's address onto it, then put a little picture of a "fire."
Sometimes we still have to send out the fire department if we are not sure it is a controlled burn, just to be on the safe side...
Back in a few...well, 5 minutes to be exact... ☺

Evening all. Betty may come home tomorrow. I am convinced it was your prayers. Last week the doctor said her kidneys would not be back. She still has the infection but it is getting better. Loretta will keep your bil in my prayers. Deb glad you are feeling better hope Jo is doing better. Wanda my fires are not controlled. The other day was at neighbors and remembered had stove on. No fire thank heavens.

Worked hard all afternoon in the yard. It was a perfect day.
Talked with Dan this evening. He is doing great. He is hoping he will be released tomorrow. We will probably go see them at their RV park while they are only 2 hours away. They have friends coming Sunday to drive their RV home. Great to have wonderful friends like that.
