MITS I was just signing in. I was trying to get Paula's Fishy Friday up and couldn't seem to find it. So I signed in here and then double clicked on Paula's Title. It took me to utube where after some searching, I finally found Fishy Friday. The last drop looked like a mouse or something. Do they eat mice?
Checked back on things I missed; Jo, Hope your crandson had a Happy B'day. Paula, Fishy Friday was great. Think my hubby may have seen a landing today---said screen went black from wings! Gotta hit the hay----blessings and prayers
I just spent some of the evening talking to my son's future mother in law and she seems to have things pretty well under control. She knows so many people in the community and is out in the big world, while I have been in kindergarten for so long. We are meeting next week to set things in motion. Tonight Amanda and Josh are supposed to be deciding on honeymoon plans and the wedding cake, while talking on the phone and looking at the internet. :) I guess Josh gave his notice that he is leaving his job in Winchester on Tuesday, and his boss has been pretty rotten about it. Amanda's mother told me all this. I guess they want to live in Greenville, NC for the time being and get jobs there. Heaven only knows. I am the last one to know. Right about now, I feel like I'm tied in a knot. Oh well, all things will work out. AND that is enough of that.
lol I was wondering when Lib got to eat. Candy - that was larger then a mouse - more like a groundhog again. Lots of small groundhogs are out & about. Nature - Nite!
Gosh it is already almost 10:30pm Where has the time gone? Everything seems all quiet on both nests. I'm glad the BWE parent is with the chicks. Guess I'll call it a day so I can get up tomorrow and start all over. :)
CANDY, remember, shut up, show up and wear beige.....just keep repeating that....and remember the mother of the wife is always going to know more than the mother of the (your son) husband.....been there done that.
I guess I'll say GOOD NIGHT to MITS, PAULA and JO as you seem to be the only ones left. Talk at you tomorrow. All have a peaceful, restful sleep. Tomorrow brings a new day with new things to come.
Thanks for the advice Mits. This is my first and haven't been to only one wedding in the last 24 years. So I'll take your advice. Have a good night now.
PS: I like the owl cam on WildWatch. Started out with 6 eggs but I think only 3 (Lg,med,Sm) are there. The 2nd owl they had - they don't have that cam any longer. I also like the Great Horned Owl cam in CO They are really cute little fluff balls. And the Bakersfield, CA Mama Cali's 3 are really funny to watch!
I am home and had to check in on Belle and the babes. Little buggers won't let her sleep long. She has been up twice to tend to them. Nice to see Kent had eagle company. I checked out the owl cam and saw the owl, wide awake. I am not wide awake, so headed to bed. TTUT for a little bit, then off to Sioux Falls.
Good Morning all you early birds; It is 6:30am saturday and i am at work,I will be here for 4 hours and i just wanted to let everyone now that when i checked on our eagles here i again saw them change places. The female had a fish when she returned and i watched her feed the young,i don't know how many there are because i couldn't see any heads yet but i will let you all know when i do.They had put some new dryed grass in the nest and i couldn't see the chicks. I will be back here monday so i hope that everyone has a great weekend. Please pass the word on Thanks Indiana Nesting Eagles----Dave
Good Morning Eagle Moms and Dads! When you wake up, I hope to be back from my nap!......so much for time zones, huh?
You know what's also wonderful about the audio? In addition to peeps and whistles and chirps, we can hear the geese and the dogs and the cats, birds in the area and Belle and Lib's calls to each other. How wonderful!
My live video sometimes goes off but it comes back on it's own...and when I can't bring the live video up at all, I know that it's usually a problem at NCTC. I'm one HAPPY eagle watcher!
I don't get it either floralg ...I just wonder if there is any connection with this and the fact that the ospreys aren't nesting close by. Kind of like something is not quite right....
Not sure, perhaps those two have not perfected their hunting skills, there is an abundance of fish and many places to catch them there. And there are many eagles and other types of birds there. A paradise for birds with water and habitat. Parent is up at our nest- babies are talking.
That's a new fish....these kids are definitely not starving or anything though. Knowing Belle and Lib this is prolly their second breakfast...or even third!!
Good morning everyone. Life at the nest looks and sounds wonderful. I am sure the day ahead will bring us all some more smiles and special moments with our eagle family. First I am off for coffee and dog treats.

Good Night Candy - try not to dream of wedding cake! Dream of eagles soaring high in the sky!
I really wish we had Cam 3 at Kent!
I was thinking the same thing too, Jo
Thanks Ladies.
Good night, Candy!
I agree, mothers of sons are the last to know!
But how do you like the owl cam...they look like walking cotton puffs?
I am ready to close down for today.
Good Night
Peace to You & Yours

GOOD NIGHT EVERYONE!
Yes, Mits, that's the place. Go there for graduations, birthdays, etc.
I see her head tucked in now...wind blowing her feathers....
See ya'll in the AM!!
Oh, that is strange! Just heard a cat yowling!
Belle is asleep, wind is really blowing, cat has gone away. Wise cat! There are hungry eagles around! Nite!

OH MAH!!! I see both parents at BWE. I hope they brought a bountiful breakfast!!!
Good morning all you eagle watchers!!
All is quiet in the nest right now-chilly morning, 27° here, but the sun is shining brightly:) Slight breeze, supposee to be a nice sunny day today.
Parent at BWE does have a fish and is feeding the eaglets. Doesn't look like a large fish, but its food.
Morning Floralgirl....ya know I haven't seen them with a large fish yet. They seem to be able to get the smallest lil' ole fish.
Morning Athenaa, that does seem to be the case this year, don't get it, there are plenty of big fish and even ducks they could catch at BW.
I don't get it either floralg ...I just wonder if there is any connection with this and the fact that the ospreys aren't nesting close by. Kind of like something is not quite right....

Rise and shine Belle says!!!!!
It is soooo cool to be able to hear them talk! Lib is very close by..hear him??
Babies look like they still want to sleep...
I hear the adults talking, although my sound is way down, trying tnot to wake everyone else in the house. Gotta run out and feed the birds.
Well, it's breakfast time now, not sure if that is a new fish, walked outside for a few minutes.
Only two bigger chicks eating now, can't see tiny, think he is laying in front of them.
That's a new fish....these kids are definitely not starving or anything though. Knowing Belle and Lib this is prolly their second breakfast...or even third!!
