Dana, they can't be separate posts in order to do that. You can only do it if you edit the post and add pictures to it. Then you can add a picture, copy it, and paste it where you want it. If you open a new post it will always be on top.

Yes Greymare (Barb) That is what Tenting is. The cam seems to be frozen down at BWE (Blackwater Eagle) & BWO (Blackwater Osprey). We use a lot of initials to save time typing - always ask if your not certain.

well Blackwater is about an hour from the ocean, since this was a coastal storm to begin with, they would get hit, but coming further inland might be worse for them, it is just like a nor'easter, only with frozen precip....

We always get a snow storm the first week of March...Michael's BD is the 7th...there is always snow around his BD...hope this is it for the week!

increased to 3 to 5 ft. in afternoon. Later Saturday night
winds around 20 knots and seas up to 7 ft or more.
2 others aboard were Will Bleakley and Nick Schuyler
both former University of South Florida players.
Coast Guard used a helicopter and an 87-foot ship to search
a 750 square mile area but poor weather made the search difficult.
Relatives gave the Coast Guard GPS coordinates from previous
fishing expeditions. Relative said lifejackets and flares were
onboard the vessel.
No sign of them and Coast Guard did not get a distress signal
but doesn't mean one wasn't sent out. They just hadn't received
one.

Well, heck, I didn't get my steak lastnight, or tonight. LOL
I have to say that it seems customer service to truckers as a whole is going down the tubes. Lastnight, the truckstop I stopped at (only choice really) had no restaurant. That happens sometimes. But tonight, I stopped at another last resort truckstop. Flying J. I had tried another truckstop, but that as FULL. RVers and tons of motorcycle trailers for Daytona Bike Week I suppose. But I go into Flying J, sat down, waited 15 minutes to get a waitress. Then she brought tea, then I waited another 10 minutes before she came back. She came back only because I walked to the cashier and told her I was going to walk out if somebody did not help me. LOL.
She took my order of steak and shrimp. Then she came back and told me they had no shrimp. I looked at the buffett, and they had virtually no meat, just chicken. She told me it was all they had. "The truck does not come in until tomorrow to bring more food", she told me. I can only imagine the truck is somewhere trying to find a dang parking spot! LOL
Anyway, good day overall, weather finally showed the sun as soon as I crossed the Florida stateline. Just 65 miles to go and easy to do first thing in the morning.
I just emailed Margy some Start Up steps to attach her cam pics so she won't have to Search.
I think car race is OVER---can watch Apprentice. Joan Rivers is on--should be rowdy!

The tree will block some of that snow from the nest, Wanda. Not what you want when the chick is hatching, but looks like Mom has been very diligent in keeping the eggs covered. If the chick hatches tomorrow, at least it doesn't need to be fed right away.

Currently 24° with sleet and snow coming down, doesn't look like there is a lot of accumulation so far, but the wind is howling, 23 to 30 mph gusts in the past few minutes.... and it looks like BWE still has quite a bit of snow heading at it.
Well, BW got frozen with snow still falling on the nest and the mother...you might know...and it's still a frozen frame.
Belle and the nest appear clear of snow and rain, but the wind is blowing strongly...

Eaglet Blackwater can stay under there and keep nice and dry all day into the night and when the sun shines tomorrow morning the eaglet can eat fish!!!!!!

the nest cup looked nice and dry-they have done a great job keeping snow out of there- so the eaglet and other egg should be fine- just have to wait and see- all part of nature watching.
