Eagle at Maine 1 nest is not the resident eagle according to Maine forum and the Bio-diversity blog.

sad news about the eagle that was
shot here in green county indiana.
The damage was so bad that they
had to put it down (euthanize) it
and that makes me sad and also very
mad.I hope they catch who ever did
this.I will be back later.

He was even left alone for a few minutes, but adult is back now.

Hello Everyone! Been watching our nest. Adult not sitting on Hidey & he's sometimes out in the sun!
I can see where some this AM thought there might be a 2nd chick--there is someting white w/black spot that could have looked like another baby head.Probably an egg.
What happened to other egg? Buried? I've only seen one for quite awhile.
Happy Day watching! Gonna see other cams.☺
