Apparently, the Two Harbors pair has doubled their historic achievement today.
They hatched their second chick without the help of man (Dr. Sharpe and Steffi).

Looks like both babies at Colo were getting a good feeding, one seemed to be licking the half egg !

Can you right click on the Colo cam and get zoom to full screen? that's what I do..but I have not learned how to make videos yet.

I never get tired of seeing the shuttle.
Beautiful touchdown. I always get goosebumps with every successful launch and return. IF I WERE RICH...I would be first in line for a commercial ticket if they ever open it up to the public! Wonder what the next generation spaceship will look like? Would think they will be unveiling it soon, since next year is the end of shuttle use.

Skies looked crummy for a landing....I'm surprised they could land in Florida....
Winds are still pretty strong there....typical coastal breezes.
I was kinda surprised at landing also, but guess as long as there were no storms in the area
well BBL, have not checked on any cams yet today.
Lots of birds flying around...LOL!

I think the main criteria involving clouds is whether they are thunderheads or not. I may be mistaken...but w/ instrument navigation as opposed to visual, clouds themselves are not a big deal.
I saw Loch of Lowe's, Loch Garten, Kentucky and Puleston...
that's all I had time to check!
Saw the piggy-back right over the beltway in Bethesda, when they brought the one to the Smithsonian Air and Space museum at Dulles
