Good evening everyone. I am still working. Waiting on Thelma to get here and then we will go to Mattie's talent show tonight. Andrew has another performance tonight but I will have to miss this one to see Mattie. Glad they had Andrew's last night too.
You know something that blows my mind. A couple of weeks ago, I started craving ice again and that is always the first symptom I have to the iron deficiency anemia. I so don't understand the human body.

You can almost NOT SEE the baby on the still image...but he is there !
On the other hand, the BWE eaglets are all over their nest and VERY EASY to see ☺

When it came in yesterday it had a big fluffy tail, but those legs don't look like a squirrel, do they? I guess I haven't ever seen a squirrels legs that close and stretched out.

Yes, I have a Mac. It took a lot of getting used to, not that it is hard to use, but so different from a PC. There are things that you can't do on a Mac, some programs are only made for PC's. Nothing that I really need though, except last year I couldn't watch the IWS nests except for PH.
Hopefully they can get Ceils' friend on a transplant list, and dialysis in the meantime. Prayers going up.

Friend in New York saw White Pelicans this week, he says they are mostly a Western bird but spend winters in Florida and along the Gulf Coast....
I figured out how to post pictures over there, but not videos. I'll have to see if I can find some directions.

Then you can just post the link once it's uploaded.

The pelicans haven't come back here yet. NE birders are starting to see them, so it shouldn't be too much longer. Grebes are back though, they are fun to watch.

Paula, we once help our grandaughter move when she was in school in Charlottesville. It was snowing and she had a THIRD floor apartment! I swear, I thought we were all going to have a heart attack!!

Discovery landing postponed due to clouds and winds....hoping now for a 3-something touchdown....MTBR.
3:14 is next opportunity.
Just did a quick check of some cams, Puleston and Kentucky and Loch Lowes in Scotland all had one bird...
Loch Garten had one earlier but not now.
Also, Camclickers has some active nests, Eastern Phoebe, Two Eastern bluebirds, one in Ky and one in Tx, (both with eggs) also Northern Flicker. Barred Owl cam is down temporarily but should be back up again soon, and Barn Owl cam seems to be down.
It's a good site but requires a little patience while things are opening up. Daily Highlights gives some good pictures of what is going on.
