I see tinyurl.com, but how do you make it a link when you cut and paste it? Mine is still just an address and you can't click on it. And how do you name it?
OH, it's still hot here also, and I took the air conditioners out 2 weeks ago and now one of nmy STUPID neighbors is burning plastic and garbage and it is scenting my whole house. OH joy!!

And it worked perfectly, Megan. those are the bugs, but I have only seen 1 so far.
When I came home today, there were about 25 of them on every window screen. Yuck! The address works, but I want to know hopw they add it as a link and you don't have to cut and paste. My eyes are watering from the trash burning...
Megan, isn't there a law about burning trash?
Yes, it's illegal to burn trash, but many people around here do it. You can drive down the road and see their trash burn barrels out in the yard. You would have to figure out who it is and call in a complaint, during business hours of course, and all they do is issue a warning if that. Two years ago our neighbors were buring creosote covered railroad ties, they smoldered for days. Nauseating...

Megan, looking at the stink bugs article, I'm amazed that they have only been around since 1996. Some years they are on my screens and flying all over the place.

Wedding was fun, short and sweet and lots of cake on the floor :) It was my sons best friend. Had a great time, got home, fed and walked dogs....gotta go finish the kitchen floor :(

Ok, hang on Jo, still reading emails from you and Paula.I got distracted, walked outside to look for moonvine flowers, have 3 tonite, they're beautiful and very fragrant. Mits, only that particular variety has been around since 1996, other native ones have been here longer. I didn't realize that by smashing them I'm probably attracting more. There are dead ones all over my roof.

Megan I have them ll over my screens too. My cats are having a ball. I took a pic over the summer of an immature one but back then I didn't know what it was. This was a year of seeing many bugs I never seen before.

FOOD SUNDAY MORNING EAGLE LOVERS. I am up early trying to catch our two lovely eagles in the nest this morning before I go to mass. Knowing my luck, they probably won't show. NO STINK BUGS HERE YET! :)

oNE EAGLE GONE. :(
Only one eagle showed up so far. Seemed to be looking around and up above to see where partner was.
Whoever it was stayed there about 10 minutes, so I guess that is all the show we are going to get this am.
Wildlife in Africa starting to wake up and come to Pete's Pond for their drink of water. I hope they stay away from Mr. Alligator today. He is just too sneaky for me.
Still can't see eggs in Brisbane. It sure is getting close to hatching time.
GOOD MORNING CANDY--
The eagles are a no-show this morning. I was up at 5:30 and watched for them until 6:00. They made their apperance yesterday morning at 6:45.
Nothing new on the scene, except an ALLIGATOR just slipped into the water, quiet as can be, SNAP is how we say it in Kindergarten. I hope no animal gets snapped this day by Mr. Alligator.
Time for me to get ready for mass. Hope you all have a fun and safe Sunday. BBL
GOOD MORNING WANDA! We did have an eagle this morning; only one tho. It stayed for about ten minutes and then took off. Whoever it was, it was around 6:45.

I can't believe I missed the 6:45 arrival. That is the same as yesterday. They must have a regular schedule. I think I laid down and went back to sleep. We hiked in the mountains yesterday and I guess the mountain air did me in. It must have been the air because, surely, it wasn't the climb!!
Haven't had my coffee yet and the Capt. just got up, so BBL.
