Well, that was one of the best viewings, and ISS
is going to be even brighter one other night this week. Reminded me of Venus on the move....I love it when it gets fiery red just before disappearing!

Good evening. Was just looking at the moon and trying to see ISS, but afraid that this dummy looked at tomorrows' time instead of todays...duh!!!! So was only half an hour or so late!!! And fear that tomorrows' elevation will be too low for here. Oh, well....it's not going anywhere...will be around for a long time.
Oh, no, Lady Terps lost...what a shame..boo hoo. Feel really bad for them, esp. the seniors, and of course coach Brenda Friese (sp?).
Too bad about the Lady Terps for sure!

OH, NO, MR. BILL! Pistachios OFF LIMITS? GeeGee keeps a bowlfull of those wonderful nuts on her table at all times and we all eat them! Wonder how long this has been a problem? I'll have to look into it.

I just happened to see something about Mattie's Talent Show..I'll have to look that up!
Hi all! We have been home about 30 min. Day went very well. We left here at 8:15 , got there at 10:15 and they took Dan for surgery at 10:30. Prayers were answered .....all went well. Dan was back in his room by 1:45, and before we left this evening he had walked down the hall. They said they will probably keep him a little longer than usual because he was so ill from the pancreatitis.
It is a very nice hospital and I have never seen such a pretty view from a hosp. room. Over looked a small lake, so close you could
dive into it from his 2nd floor window. LOL Watched a pair of Canada geese. Female was on a nest of eggs. The male was swimming around scaring off other birds. Watched a hawk land in a tree over the nest. Beautiful view of the hawk from the window.
LOlly, glad to hear BIL is doing so well. Thank goodness. Hope he gets better each day!
Gonna hit the sack...weekend finally caught up with me.

Thank you, Paula. He was so sick Friday night, and it is rather scary when you are not at home. Do not know the doctor, do not know the hospital, etc. But all has gone very well.

good news about Dan, Lolly...I can't get settled tonight....had a Starbucks mocha frappuccino, around 3 this afternoon, knew that would do me in:)
