Thanks DEB for the info on the OREGON NEST----I haven't missed a day checking the OREGON NEST!!----It was almost empty of SNOW for a couple of days & then WHAMMO!!--SNOW AGAIN----I have noticed it being mussed sometimes---Just supposed it was the wind!!! Thanks!!

Thanks Mits, I did check to see if the sound was muted or not and it looks like it should be working...
The refreshing cam is still 8 minutes off of the correct time and taking about a minute to refresh, but at least I can save a picture once in awhile...
Glad to hear I'm not the only one with some problems. But, don't get me wrong, I love the live feed!

I have tried to drop my firewall and it is still saying loading then it will try but will go back and try to load again. It does this over and over. Wish I were not missing all the action.

It's an alternative to real player...but you have to uninstall your real player first before you install the alternative one.
We downloaded a RealAlternative called Media Player Classic. Mema Jo sent us the link. You may not need it if the problem gets resolved.
I have a Dell Widows XP and I use Verizon DSL. Sorry for not having the answer to the version of Realplayer. Where might I locate that?
Eagleeye, the site may want you to dwnld a registry cleaner first, but don't be alarmed. I removed it later, as I already have one.

Hi Karen, I've had sound. Is hard to tell right now (there is a hum), but just heard truck or something going by.
Karen - sound is working here...has a hum, but can still hear things
30 second cam was down, but that is working....RP was down just for a short while this morning
Saw some Bball scores awhile ago...WV was down from their opponent, Xavier??, I think, & UNC was up.

Hey Mits - I was just watching some video from earlier today and heard the dogs. The guy who owns the farm and barn behind the nest has 2 yellow labs....I'm pretty sure it was them barking.

I had a black lab down here for many years and he was a nice dog. Labs are very gentle dogs.

When I tested it with another URL, the sound was fine. Makes no sense.
Might have the try the alternate player. I have Vista and the latest version of Real Player so don't know why others have sound and I don't... I thought it must be a Vista thing, but if you have XP then that is not the case either. MTBR

Good Friday morning, world! We FINALLY made it. Been a long week. Nice out, 45° in PA, 47° here, but no rain or wind, so not bad. Wow, will have to go back and see what I missed, this is a long blog.
I do see we have the 30 sec cam up again, glad to see that. And I saw Lisa's update on BWE that more fish came in yesterday for the twins, and both parents were feeding both chicks! Thank you, God!!! Hope that continues.
All have a great eagle/panda day. Eyes to the sky, see the raptors fly!
OMG, Belle (I think) just moved, and she's on the babies but sleeping right next to one heck of a whale!!! Man, that fish is almost as big as she is!!! Guess the babies won't go hungry any time soon, that's for sure!! Would like to see several fish that size in BWE, but would settle for just one!
Think Belle may be feeding the kids, looks like she has the fish in her talons now, and she's standing over the kids.

I'm not sure the 30 sec cam is working now either. Belle has been in that same position, along with Spidey's webs, for about an hour or so. Maybe not quite an hour. But nothing's moving. So.........
Let's hope they both come up before COB, or they'll be down all weekend, and that's not cool!

Snowing like mad in Maine, and raining pretty heavy in PA. Belle is awake, was looking this way but just turned around to check on the kids. BW parent is awake and sitting with the sleeping kids. Pretty much still dark everywhere else, so not much going on. Oh, did lose NBG, they were up this morning, now just a big white nothing.
