Belle is alert for some reason. She puffed up then all of a sudden she flapped her wings. Now she is watching all around her. Just flapped again. I am rewatching this so if you have if taped, look back a couple of minutes. Not she really jumped at something.
She was doing that last night about this time too. I wonder if there is an owl roosting nearby or something. Maybe going into the barn. The barn is sort of behind her to the left.
Maine cameraman zoomed in on the nest, announcing that it is probably egg laying time. She appears to be in the correct position, but it is hard to see!
Hi gang, what a blessed day it has been. All 3 fluffy bobbles seem to be doing well. Kept 5 grandkids overnight. Dyed eggs, went to church to hunt eggs (plastic candy filled only) and am looking forward to Passion Play at church tomorrow night. Dear hubby had to take part no one else would do. He nails Jesus to cross. It breaks his heart, and mine, too. Have a blessed one, dear dear friends. much love and prayers, mauley

Not sure what it would be - Paula & I thought maybe an owl... at least something flying .... I watched after signing off - and she seemed to settle down.
I need to call it a day! Too much of a great thing makes you tired sometimes. Headed in to bed - Hope the Easter Rabbit leaves you all good chocolate ----- Yipes! I forgot to get the jelly beans! I am in big trouble.

I can't tell if the Maine eagle is sleeping or what, definitely not holding her head up like she was.
What are you doing for Easter, Norma?
Eagle just flew into the Kent 2 nest.
Now moved up to kent 1.
Our eagle is asleep, Maine eagle is awake.
Maine back to sleep, now i can tell the difference, by watching her put her head under the wing. Kent eagle left. Dog wants out.
Back at Kent!
Kent left again. She is bringing in a lot of sticks today, they are showing between the two limbs to the left of the screen.
Belle is alert for some reason. She puffed up then all of a sudden she flapped her wings. Now she is watching all around her. Just flapped again. I am rewatching this so if you have if taped, look back a couple of minutes. Not she really jumped at something.
Now she looked, instead of Not.
I moved up to current time, she is not so puffy now. She really made herself look big earlier, but she is definitely still alert.
She was doing that last night about this time too. I wonder if there is an owl roosting nearby or something. Maybe going into the barn. The barn is sort of behind her to the left.
Did you see that big wing flap? She really jumped that time.
ohh! Wing flap again and she is really looking around.
That could be, at first she was facing about 1 o'clock, now about 9 o'clock.
She is still very alert to whatever it is.
Maine cameraman zoomed in on the nest, announcing that it is probably egg laying time. She appears to be in the correct position, but it is hard to see!

Sounds like a fun night and day with the grandkids!
Whatever the concern was for Belle, she has settled in and is taking a nap.
Mauley, My sympathies to you & hubby. What a bad part!
Norma, Guess we'll be eating at home & glancing at Bobbles! Lolly's in TX & we should have already left! LOL

Both eagles at KENT!!
I got so excited I posted that twice. I started reading Jo's comment and then jumped out of my chair. Now to finish reading about Jo's day.
Jill mentioned that it happened last night, too. She really was watching whatever it was, then finally calmed down and went to sleep.
One eagle left Kent. Maine eagle woke up, then right back to sleep.
Maine eagle up and moving around.
both eagles back at Kent. Maine eagle must have needed a stretch, back down in nest.
Howdy all!
Got the easter baskets all made...had fun shopping for stuff!
Kewl about Maine...hopefully an egg soon!
Yes it is exciting, In the new position she is in, I can't see her anymore. She is laying with her head facing about 11 o'clock.
