Remember how we had to look at Spidey and the Eagle Spirits.... We would strain to make out who was in the nest and if they changed their position when sitting on the clutch of eggs. Oh My! NOW we will see everything!

Not too bad out tonight, but had the heat on in the car. Lots of stars most places, but other places very heavy fog. So it may be nice driving, or it may not be nice driving. 54° at my house, 61° here.
Have out cam open, but can see where the nest is because of the infrared light, but have to look through those psychadelic lines, terrible pic. Liked the pic on the blog, though, so cool to see our eagles there again!
Bai was laying on her back, had Squiggles on her chest washing her, way too cute. Now Bai is sitting up, I presume nursing the baby. Looks like it.
All have a great eagle/panda day.

I wanted to find something, and went back a couple blogs. After we all came over to a new blog, Carol in WV asked a question about cats and hawks. Tracy, in SW Colorado answered her. Haven't seen Tracy before, so just wanted to say hi Tracy, and welcome. Hopefully you'll be another converted lurker and join us!
Our cam is going from bad to worse, and Bai and Squiggles are sleeping. Think that's Frieda on the eggs, and the site does not mention anything about the eggs hatching yet. Maybe today one will pop outta that shell.
Bai just rolled over and took Squiggles with her. She picked Squigs up first, then rolled over. How cute.

I was reading your comment about Tracy in SW Colorado; so I went back and found her comment regarding cats as prey. If it wasn't for you, we would never have noticed it. If I have time later this afternoon, when she may be more likely lurking, I will say something about it to the others and encourage her to join us regularly. We would enjoy the perspective of someone from Colorado.

I guess by now, you have read Anne-Marie's statement to us and the she is coming for the Open House on the 20th. I really will try to get away from the shop to join the group at least for lunch. Very exciting!

Just happened to get the wrong day this time, and saw Tracy's comment. Since she's a lurker, maybe she goes back to see what's going on. So I'm glad you're going to say something later when she's probably up. I think it would be nice to have someone from CO join us!

GOOD MORNING SUZANNE AND WANDA AND ALL OTHER EAGLE BUDDIES OUT THERE. Our cam is sure a mess this morning. Couldn't see an eagle if I tried.
SUZANNE, sorry that I had to abruptly stop typing yesterday. A bus driver came into the room and was in desperate need of a moniter for her bus, which was already 15 minutes late getting off. Soooooo I just had to take off. I am in here earlier today as I have to moniter the bus to and from school again today. At least today, I had a heads up, so I could get in here early and set up the room for my teacher.
FRODO is still sitting on her eggs in Brisbane. I haven't read that any have hatched yet. That should keep us watching until we have full time eagles in our nest.
Looks like Bai is holding Squiggles and giving her a tongue bath this morning. They are just so precious to watch.
So glad to see that Anne-Marie is back home safe and sound. Didn't read if that was her red dress or not that you all are passing around.

Had my window open again last night, but it is getting a little warmer again here. Woke up to showers this morning.

SUZANNE I think that Steven has it out for you in the early morning hours with the eagle nest. We can't get anymore early reports of your eagle sightings. I sure hope that it clears up as they fix the kinks and bugs on it. That is sure a messy video feed.
I am doing fine from my fall; no broken bones, just a black and blue finger and face. It is more of an embarassment that anything else. I am trying to slow down in the room now. Children and teacher can wait.

I'd love to come up for the open house. I do visit my son on a weekend in October, but don't know when that will be yet. I come up to see him and get apples and pumpkins to take back to the beach. LADIES---New thread---come on over.....
One of our security guards just collapsed, geez. She's only 32 for crying out loud! But think the EMS said she would be alright. She had chest pains, shortness of breath, then collapsed. They've taken her in the ambulance now, so hope she's gonna be alright.
