I see Sharon saw an early morning switch at 4:22 this morning, that is about the time I was trying to crawl out of bed !
Fire bug seems to have been loose in our county overnight, three big fires, all either abandoned or unoccupied buildings....but lots of damage and some very exhausted fire fighters today...
pretty comfortable, can't jump up and get the phone, she had dinner, and is going thru emails.taking 1 pain pill every 6 hours.

Saw swarms of Box Elder bugs on a door near on the office buildings, co-worker thought they were barnacles at first ! Also saw a my frisy neighborhood bunny rabbit and heard a pile of robins just at dusk.. ♪ ♫ Wonderful evening song.

Not too uncomfortable - Mainly keeping leg elevated but do use the walker like to come out to dinner table or go to loo.... I'll be starting some rehab here in the house this upcoming week.

Ok, end of the ride for today. We are just west of Abilene and way ahead of schedule! Had a good sunset, did you see it? Also, while I had to drive around Dallas today, I made a video of the Dallas skyline.
Nobody is happier than TK since she now has her driver back in the seat, and we just played some flashlight games.
Now, I am going to go eat!
See ya in the morning. It will be an early start so see ya here!
I see that everyone is still waiting for the first egg to hatch; maybe tonight will be the night.
So glad to see JO back on even if for a short while. I am so glad she will be able to see the hatching of the eaglets.
Spent a nice day with my son; church, breakfast out, back to our house to watch the Tar Heels beat DUKE in the Dean Dome and then had dinner here before he had to go back to his wife and family. He will be leaving on the 24th of this month to join the Army and will be transported to Arkansas where he will go through basic. So we love whatever time we can have with him. It is a long story and for another time.

No MITS, I sure didn't. Life since Oct. 5th has sure been one heck of a mess. Like I said, long story. Another reason I haven't been on much. Didn't feel too great about life in general to chat and then all the different sicknesses I have had to coup with. I'll write you sometime to explain.

looked at both sets of pics,are we sure there is not a chick there, I keep looking at the egg with the hole and honestly to me it looks like the same size hole we have been seeing the last 3 days, so if that one happens to be a dud, being hypothetical here, when would the second egg be ready to hatch?

35 days for egg one was yesterday, but 35 days seems to be too soon for the first egg. Last year was 37 or 38, so we will just have to see.
I think that I have had it for tonight also. Have work in the am. You all have a good night and we'll see what our eagle brings us in the am. Tomorrow brings a new day with new beginnings. Rest peacefully.
I thought the earlier dark spot we saw was on the end of the egg, this one looks more towards the middle.
Tuesday to Thursday would be days 36 to 38 for second egg.

I didn't realize anyone was still up, but I was watching the live cam on and off for a few minutes. I looked at Deb's shots and it looked to blurry and indefinite.
**BUT !! ** When Belle just got up and rolled the eggs I got a very definite sight of a large pip hole near the center of one egg!
No question it is a hole and it is enlarged, so probably in the morning Lib-Belle will have their first chick of the year. OOORAH!
