Sometimes I hear the birds outside and think it is the cam. Then the other day I thought the geese on the cam were outside!
HORAY!!!!!! They finally came through. I'll take the live cam over the sound any day too. I'm with all of you.
I am not shutting my computer off again tonight either. I have one more day of anytime, all day viewing if I want and I hope I can see it.

Our parents are great.
Who would have ever thought (ten years ago), that this little fat granny would be playing peek a book with 3 little eaglets over a live cam on a computer. Dear ones, we oldies know how far technology has come from the first years we taught school and thought a 16 mm reel to reel film was just the greatest thing ever, even amid splicing with scotch tape and the like.
What's for supper? You can be sure ms bossy will get her fair share and more.

Does anyone else get blinking colorful psychedelic patterns on our live feed at times. I usually just turn it off & restart to get rid to it.

The USD women led most of the second half, but lost the lead in the last few minutes of the game.
No blinking colors here, sometimes I get a nice green color that makes me think they got color on the live cam, but it goes away.
JO How many Hooties soes MaMa owl have? Never mind, one just moved and I see another one under it. She must have two white balls of fluff, They are getting quite big already.
I don't see any blinking colors on the live cam either JO. It is always all shades of gray.
I bet you all forgot to put your lights out at 8pm tonight. I don't know what it is all about; something about conservation and living green.
I told my sister that my lights could go out but that I wasn't turning off the computer with the live feed for anyone. :)
Sorry DEB about your team. it sounded as if they gave them a good run for the money tho. We play at 9pm tonight, and I don't like the feeling that I am getting. We play Louisville. Whatever happens, happens. It is nice to win, but it is ok to lose too if you played your heart out.
Anyone here if SC/PH had a chick yet? I forgot all about it today with our cam problems and trying to move stuff out of the way for the new floor to be put in.

DEB Both eagles are at KENT; just sitting there. I wish they would start building their nest.
We think they are building it, Candy, but in a different direction than before. I wish they would turn on Cam 3 so we could see better. Lots of big sticks are showing today.
Thanks DEB for the heads up on the Ph nest. I am so glad that there are two eggs there this year. One is the lonliest.
Could you see the big sticks on cam 2 sticking up? I never seem to see anything that looks like action on there. There old nest was a big deep one. I guess they have time yet, tho.
I think they come into the nest from the other side more often than this side, because all of a sudden there are more sticks that you never see brought in.
They just seem content to sit there and look around. Must like the scenery still, so maybe they'll have a finished nest soon.

They are sitting up higher than they were last week. Then you could just barely see much of the body, mostly head!

Thanks JO. I don't get too excited anymore. Anyone can lose on any given day, and if we don't play well, we won't win. AND that is that. We have had ups and downs all year, so I go with the flow.

I saw two eagles on my way home this afternoon. I think they should have moved north by now, so I am wondering if they are local. That would be really exciting. They were about 20 miles north of me. They could be late migrating, I suppose, but I hope not.
The Kent eagles are sure staying a long time tonight.

Eagle flew into the nest, stayed a second or two then flew off. A minute later was back! Eagle on nest is very alert! Maybe an owl?

I see Belle is up and alert again. We are fading in the game, Louisville just came within 1 point. Doesn't look good for us. I see two raccoons at the Pa wildlife cam perusing the area.

Thanks JO and DEB for the congratualtions. We did win, but they came back in the second half and tied us and I got a little nervous. We are on to the final four.
Well, I see that JO called it a night, and I am about tuckered out myself. Our flooring came to the house tonight. I guess they like to keep it where it is going to be layed for a couple of days before laying it. It was a good thing that I had started to get things moved around a bit.
Belle, seems to have settled down again. I hope our nest can now calm down for the night and get a good night's sleep.
DEB you are the last, I guess. I am out of here and to bed. You have a good night as well as all eagle momsters and dadsters. Slelep well and pleasant dreams. Tomorrow is a new day and brings new beginnings.

Hey Geula- yep, looked like some cleaning and some tucking in around the little ones. Nice sunny morning here and at the nest, still only 26°, so it's a little chilly.
It's such a shame not to be able to hear them-we're spoiled! but I'll take picture over sound, any day!@

Definitely, as long as I have the live feed I'm happy:) I'm sure they'll figure out the sound issue eventually.
I suppose that everything is relative! Where I come from 26 is bloody cold! It doesn't get that cold here usually and if it does, then it doesn't last long....a day or so at most!
Well, yes, 26° is cold here too, but not unusual this time of year. Although a couple of mornngs this week it was 39°, it tends to vary in the spring. Highs at the nest today are supposed to be in the mid 40's.
the temp here in winter is usually between 50 and 60, but ther nights can be cold, like 32-39...
GOOD SUNDAY MORNING TO MEGAN AND GUELA, THE EARLY BIRDS THIS MORNING. I just peeked in for a moment to see how our nest fared the night. All seems intact and in order. Just got back from Mass and it is still drezzling out there. Says it is 45, but doesn't feel that warm to me. At least this rain/drizzle with keep the pollen down for a little bit.
Parent in the nest with chicklets and they seem pretty active now. Can't tell if she is feeding as her backit to the cam and she is at 6 o'clock,
Yes, it does look like parent is feeing lunch to our chicks. It looks like she tears off food and then gives to babies.
BW chicks are alone in their nest at the moment.
Snow mostly gone from aine nest, but no eagles there at this time. Water is a pretty blue and the wind is blowing.
No eagles at Kent, MaMa barn owl and two babies are sleeping. Heron sleeping on egg in nest. No osprey in that nest either.
Snow still in Oregon nest. No geese in osprey nest. Eagle in Ft. St Vrain nest with some snow around her. Colorado owl sitting in nest.
And off goue our parent after feeding our chicklets and all are snoozing for the time being.

Both parents in our nest now; one is on the chicks and the one that just flew in is just standing there looking around and off. Kiijs kuje sinetgubg was brought in, not sure, not a fish tho.
SUZANNE's falcon is in nest with the sun shining down on him/her making the bird look a beautiful blue.
Two Harbours and West end each have an eagle tending their nests.
NZ panda is busy sitting there eating her lunch.SD Zoo is darkish and hard to see 1 panda in the background; gao gao it says. Atlanta zoo cam is off line. So that is that for the Panda's.
The West end cam just had another eagle come into it's nest and it looked like he gave the sitting eagle a kiss or beaking.
NBG is finally on and has one ird sitting in nest. Babies still sleeping under watchful eyes of parent in our nest. BW babies still sleeping.
Bird is off Two Harbours nest and I can see two eggs there. SC'PH has parent sitting on nest. Wonder if there is a chick there yet.
Nothing in woods at Pa. Just long shadows from trees.
NORMA Don't see a diver in sight at Bonaire. mUst be a slow day>:(
And after all that observation, I think I'll get out of my church clothes and get comfortable. BBL
There has been a fish drop. Didn't see it tho in our nest.
