What....you can rewind footage? how far back can it go? Mits,I showed my hubby those bird feeder holders they had, the tall wooden poles, he's already been notified I want him to build me one of those for next winter.

It is under preferences - playback settings - man it can go up to 12 hours...
That is so funny watching her get situated just right on those eggs. I was never able to see the live feed before, this is really great.
Get the hang of it now before there is something that you really want to see - don't move the slider too quick...you move the "live" button backwards...if you move it forward to quick, it resets and you lose it all...or that's the way it used to be.

It has to be great for you Megan. Remember for those that couldn't get "live feed". We would do the step by step comments. Trying so you all could get the feel of what was happening. Nothing like the "real mccoy" is it?

YW Dana So many new folks hear the nam eof Spunky but don't know the story and well those of us who do know the story can't watch it too many itmes anyway. At least I can't. Yes indeed it was quite the storm. Gave out young eagle the added "hutzpah" needed to get on with life out of the nest :).

I just finished with the Spunky, Ms. Inbetween and Big Boy page. That was nice to have for your memories and for those like me, who wasn't watching then. I hope we get a lot of the same great memories this year, minus that storm where Spunky had to hold on for dear life.

Stephanie was allowed to leave her room today for the first time. So far, so good with the chemo. No side effects yet.

Good evening ya'll! It has been a super busy day. I wanted to say thank you to Deb and Chrissy for my b-day cards! You all are certainly on the ball, even with my b-day being tomorrow, the 6th. Well, I need to get going. My pillow is calling me. Hubby is taking me to a large shopping mall tomorrow as my present so I need to rest up. Talk to ya'll later! Who knows, maybe an egg will hatch tomorrow! :)

Paula Mitz says there is a storm coming and hatching is very near. I'm worried.
Anne - they are calling for rain on Fri/Sat. The temps are supposed to be in the 40's. I have also heard rain/snow, but if we get any snow, I doubt it would amount to much. I think hatching is probably going to be after this weekend.
We should be in good shape, Anne. Chance of rain Friday and some light snow Sat., highs in the 40' and 50s ..good egg hatching weather.
Anne, rain/snow forecast for the nest. Low temps around 32. IF there is any snow it will probably melt when it hits the ground. Last I checked they weren't calling for any accumulation. I think they will be fine. As will BW. Cold rain there.

Good morning, world. Chilly out, but no wind, so not so bad. All the flooded roads yesterday, almost everything was totally dry this morning. Had some serious wind yesterday to dry things. 31° in PA, 36° here in VA. Our eagle is awake, and was looking up at the cam when I brought the cam up.
Ok, so where was I over an hour ago? Anyway, both BW and our eagles are asleep. Been busy already, so better post this. All have a great eagle/panda day. Eyes to the sky, see the raptors fly!
