I can't tell them apart. It amazes me that you can. Maybe when I've had more practice.

No, no direct line. I'm just so eat up with them right now that I'm constantly checking when the feed is down so I won't miss anything.

Please pass my best wishes and prayers on to Robyn.

You guys seem to be a very close bunch. That's a special bond and not to be taken lightly. You are fortunate.

Dinner time (almost) here....
I didn't take a panda nap today....
I'll be back early evening - need to
shop for some little gal clothing as Germany prices are so very high when you convert to American $$. And the selections are limited.

I just tried to get onto Kent #2 and it said I was FORBIDDEN, now how rude is that:):):)

MITS said...

paula eagleholic said...

Hey, sunshine at the nest....lots of preening going on!

and the live feed is up!

That is a big fish. Wish BWE had big fish like that to eat.

They are having Tornado warnings in Dorchester County, but from the looks of radar, don't think they are going to hit Blackwater, the worst of the storms seem to be to the east.

feeding our nest

MITS said...

Ann-Marie thinks Spidey put his meal right smack in the middle of his web, just to annoy us...and it is working

MITS said...

parent back...landed with a thud, and seem to get caught on a stick.

MITS said...

parent just took off again, think it forgot to bring in dinner

Costume Lady said...

We need a Bat to fly into Spidy's web and steal his meal and flop around and destroy the web. I know there must be some in the barn.

MITS said...

release the bats!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

paula eagleholic said...

Hmmm, wonder if spidey is gone or just not hungry

Costume Lady said...

Pearl climbed up on the nest pretty high today...just a little higher and she could have spidy for dessert. COME ON PEARL!

Costume Lady said...

Wow...that Poop Shoot must be a world record! LOL

MITS said...

Do we have fresh food for dinner?

MITS said...

WOOOOO NELLY...look at that wing span.

The winners of the Eaglet-Naming Contest have been selected. We've emailed the winners for notification.

I didn't get an email!
Maybe Norma did!!!

deb said...

I'm home and didn't get an e-mail either, so I didn't win the naming contest. That spider web has to go on our cam!! I had a great weekend, took tons of pictures. It will take me awhile to get through them all.

Mema Jo said...

Hummer's eggs are still there - It is time for a hatching if you go by the previous schedule......

OR eagle nesting

Did my shopping for little gals & just loved it! Now to ship to Germany. Takes about 13 days to get there.

Hi DEB - I won't go without saying
Welcome Back!! Anxious to see all your photos.

Lake Wash has a chick.
NBG has a chick.

I'm just leaving for a little while

deb said...

Yeah, on the new chicks and I see no more snow in Oregon. Thank goodness.

There is still a little snow left around here, but just where the shade keeps it from melting. Unfortunately there is more in the forecast for Thursday. I don't understand what is going on with this weather!! Enough already.

Mema Jo said...

You're getting more snow - thank goodness you have mowed the grass!!!

I am glad you had a fun time.
I am going to get ready for bed.

Good Night Everyone
Peaceful sleep & pleasant dreams
Prayers being said for all needs

Boy, that was a quick decision on the BW eaglet names...nope, wasn't me either!

Won't be around tomorrow morning...early meeting...

paula eagleholic said...

Gosh, Deb, hope the forecast for snow is wrong!!

Gnite!

GOOD NIGHT EVERYONE

PRAYERS

movin said...

Well, I don't know why, but I'm a little surprised the BWO female laid a second egg today.

My live feed is working tonight, but owing to Spidey's constructions and the placement of the chicks, I can see absolutely nothing of them....

But the webs are blowing in the wind.

Good morning everyone and new members I have not had the pleasure of meeting... yet.

Thank you all for your well wishes, prayers, ecards and so on. I am home and have been since sunday afternoon. I am a little sore but a heck of a lot better then I felt prior to Friday.

Soon I will be able to resume all my favorite things, Tori has been so helpful.

I saw our 3 little ones, I can't believe how fast they grow, it will be a blast going to open house and seeing the three of them around the nest and I will be free of back and leg pain, WOOHOO. I couldn't do this anymore, every 6 to 8 mths. If anyone has a herniated disc and needs surgery I have the best Surgeon for you, thanks to my daughters Teacher.

Another little tidbit...

I am not moving as of today, with the market as bad as it is I will still profit but not by much and as a single mom I refuse to take that loss.

School resumed today for me after an 8 week break so I will be keeping busy once again but will make the time to come here more often, I sure miss everyone.

Jo I will get that email out to you tomorrow, Tori and I just hung out in bed watching tv with 2 of the 3 cats, at least I have an excuse to stay in bed without guilt of being a slacker lol.

Hugs

Good morning, world. Robyn, great to hear from you! We've missed you.
Not too bad out, foggy in spots, but 45° in PA, 51° here in VA. Can't see a bloody thing on our cam except the IR shining on whatever bug spidey has in his web. Evidentally that's a good spot, cause he has a bigger something there this morning. Totally blocks out the nest. Both BW kids are sleeping. It looks like we got our 2nd osprey egg yesterday, and one of the parents is sleeping on both eggs. How very cool! Both ospreys are in both Finland nests, jackdaw on her 5 eggs, and either Wonder Woman, Isla or her hubby Angus is on their eggs. They have also updated the diary for the couple. No other cams open at the moment. All have a great eagle/panda day. Eyes to the sky, see the raptors fly!

Suzanne said...

Switch in Scotland, jackdaw eggs are uncovered...well partially. She has them covered with nesting materials. Both in Finney's nest, can't get other osprey nest. BW kids still sleeping, as is the BWO osprey. Cannot view our cam at all, can't see a thing but a big white bug. CO owletts, one was in the nestbox but is not gone. They're big kids now, they've fledged, so they're out and about.
Back in a while.

Suzanne said...

Deer in PA.

floralgirl said...

Morning Suzanne. live feed is still working this morning, but that spiderweb is really annoying.

Suzanne said...

Morning, Megan. Can you see anything behind that bug? It is very annoying!! Hides most of the nest where the kids hang out.

Suzanne said...

Salt lick cam is in and out in PA. Getting some deer activity.

Costume Lady said...

GOOD MORNING SUZ & MEGAN...
I got up just in time to see Hanaky Panky in Finland. Hope to see some eggs there soon. So glad they are allowing us to see that nest again this year. We enjoyed watching Finny grow up so much.

Suzanne said...

LOL, good morning, Wanda. So you saw that too, huh? Think at the rate they're going, we're definately going to get some eggs in that nest! That's a good thing. And the female just finished eating a fish, so maybe she's planning on spending the night in the nest soon. Can't get the other Finland osprey nest cam up, just the jackdaws. They sure have very beautiful blue eyes! Can't see much of our kids with that blasted bug right in the middle of the pic!

floralgirl said...

Hard to see anything with that darn bug in the middle of screen, chicks are huddled together. 44° herre right now, looks like one small shower around, hope it misses us. The sun is supposed to come out this afternoon. BW chicks look so soggy.

floralgirl said...

Hello Wanda. The live feed still has sound, but the hum is so loud, it's hard to listen...

Suzanne said...

Thanks, Megan. Heard the weather last night, and didn't pay the least bit of attention. Just background noise, so had no idea if it was supposed to rain or be sunny today.

Suzanne said...

Egg turning, BWO. Maybe a switch too, both are in the nest.

NEW THREAD!
