It is raining here too. Glad I got the lawn mowed. Whewww!
Oldest daughter and I activated the internet hook-up on my Mom's new computer this evening. Sent Mom the email of the baby panda sneezing and scaring the begeebies out of mama. She laughed hysterically (daughter had her on the phone). I think she will like it, eventually.
GOOD NIGHT EVERYONE SLEEP TIGHT PRAYERS..special one for Tori.
Good very wet Friday morning, world. It is pouring out! not cold though, so that's something. 60° in PA, 63° here. Can't see our kids at all through the web, light glares on the web and hides everything. Poor lonely Destiny is the only eaglet in BWE. Guess Intrepid is spending the night on the branches. Destiny just shook his wings, he's soaked. Poor BWO nest is MT. Jackdaw on kids nice and snuggly, osprey in eggs in Finland, and Finney's nest had mate arrive, both kinda flapped, then both took off for a sec. Male returned and turned eggs, now he's on them. Scotland osprey on eggs, and found another osprey nest in Scotland. Watched this last year but forgot about it. This one is on the top of a tree at Loch Garten in the Scottish Highlands. Refreshes every 2 mins.
Must be raining hard at BW, Destiny keeps shaking and now he's standing on the side of the nest. Think we're gonna lose our spidey cam. Keeps getting lines through the pic and can absolutely not see a thing behind the web. This refresh it cleared, first time in quite a few refreshes. Oh good grief! Now we have a spidey butt on the BWE cam!! Butt and about 4 legs. Well that's just got to go! And our cam is totally blurry, lines have run together to make just a blurry pic. Darn. Welcome to rainy Friday.
We're exploring the lock again, how very cool. Uh oh, now we have those psychadelic lines on our cam. Hurt my eyes, gotta close it. Spidey hasn't moved either, so that's also getting minimized. Lock is beautiful, but nobody flying around and no fish jumping. We're back on the nest. Must say, that was a nice trip
Zooming in on Isla. She's been flapping her wings and tail since I logged on this morning. Now she's still doing it, but talking up a storm. Wonder if we have a baby, and she's calling Angus? Searching the loch again, he's not flying around. Back to the marsh, not hiding there. Zooming out, not hiding in the trees. Back to Isla, mouth steady going and she's looking around but not getting up. Other osprey in Scotland is panting, and has been. Haven't read any info yet, so no idea how many and when the eggs were laid.
Standing up in Scotland, here comes Angus with a fish. Isla off eggs, zooming in, don't see a chick. well darn, move your tail. Oh, ok, she did...took the fish and flew off. Here comes dad.Zooming, closed talons turning eggs, no babies, just ants. Moving moss out. And down her goes...after another beak or two full of moss out of the way. Ok, move this stick too, then more moss. Well darn, still no babies! And there he goes, wiggle wiggle. he's a hoot.
Our cam has lines, but no more psycho lines. Hit BWE at just the wrong time... spidey got right in center cam pic. Now he's on the side. Ok, moving on back to minimizing...
Oh, jackdaw off babies, and wwe still have the one unhatched egg. Guess that our clutch of babies is gonna be 4. They're still nekked, but looks like they may be getting some fuzz. That would be a good thing! Little fuzz can go a long way in this case...
Egg turning again in Scotland. Seems our Angus just can't quite get comfy this morning. Jackdaw babies still alone, sleeping on top of each other. Oh, lol, there goes more moss. He's a hoot! And back on the eggs.
Think we have a big sister in PA. 3 are sleeping, and number 4 is trying to walk and flap wings. They were all trying to learn on that one, but she/he finally moved out of the way for more room. Keeps pulling at feathers in the nest and looking up. Probably hungry and parent is on top of nest box. Too cute. Pulls feathers then looks up.
Morning, Wanda. Sounds like it's cooling off a bit. Hope Steve can get the cams fixed before the weekend for you all! 30 sec pic is off and on this morning, mostly off for me. Those lines are a bit too bright at this hour!
Look at one of these falcon babies trying to eat. Must really be hungry. Had a feather and was holding it between his big feet and pulling it with his beak. There he goes again, attacking the feather. Well by golly he's gonna kill that thing!
Wodpecker in okie, and an osprey flew in in Scotland, and the one on eggs just had a fit...flapped wings big time. Now back on eggs and panting. Just saw a shadow, and he's watching the sky, so wonder if that was the intruder????
Wow, 3 very wet kids in our nest. Hanging out in a Z shape sorta, first oldest center, then middle next, and the little one on the perch. Both kids are in BWE, but swear Intrepid doesn't look quite as wet as Destiny.

All on one line.
May try to go see what else happened yesterday, but it's gonna be a busy day.
All have a great eagle/panda day. Eyes to the sky, see the raptors fly!

Just as I went to minimize it refreshed, and both eaglets are in the nest and spidey is off cam.

OMG, we have THREE stork babies!!! I thought there were only 2, but I'm looking at 3. One is very tiny, maybe it just hatched.
Can barely see wet kids thru the web, but they'll be visible in daylight. Both kids sitll in BWE, and darn, there go the lines on our cam.
BBIALW
Good morning Suz. The live feed is a mess this morning too but I can see lots of wing flapping going on and zebra-looking eaglets.
Morning, Sharon. Just saw the kids till the pic refreshed. Now I see psychadelic lines. Hurts my eyes.
Behind BWO nest looks like the fields up in my area. They look like ponds all over the place.

Live feed is gone which is probably a good thing as it was making me nauseous.
She gave up. Mom's not buying her eating feathers, so now she's snuggling and gonna go to sleep too.
GOOD MORNING SUZ & SHARON...
It is raining here and is 56°.
I hope we are not going to have another cam-less weekend.

Scotland just showed a panoramic view of the lake and hills beyond Isla's nest. BEAUTIFUL..I have never seen them show that before.
Breakfast for the PA falcons. Whatever it is, it's a big bird!
They do that early in the morning, here. It is beautiful!
COME ON OVER YOU "WET EAGLE WATCHERS"!!!----new thread!!!!!
OH, did you see that? Two chicks got the same bite and were playing tug o war with it. Too funny!
Mom's defeathering that bird so fast, she can't get the feathers out of her mouth!
LOL, she's covered with them!! Too funny. Look at her head, covered!
