Well, I never look at the NCTC page for information because I always just go to the blog and cam. It has updates on our eagles on the eagle nest updates page. COOL!

Well, I was just counting up and Pearl will be 11 weeks old this Thursday. She could fledge anytime! OOOOHHHHH!!! I am not ready yet!
I am going to have to start getting up earlier again. Can't miss this!
Wanda ty been on and off here. Shot took full effect by Saturday. Cervical area feels "a lot better ( :".

Dana, ferrys come and go all day into the night, and occasionally you can see a cruise ship:).
NBG has a beautiful view from tree top down on the garden. There had been a grounds worker being very busy there. I think I would like to visit the gardens.

Now about RoTel dip. To one pound of velveeta you add one 10 oz. can or Rotel. (diced tomatoes and chilies) We also add approx. 2 T. chopped onion. Melt velveeta in microwave, add tomatoes, and onions, stir.
Have been eating this dip since slumber parties in high school. (That's eons ago!) Was a staple when raising my kids. Michael had it on everything!!! You serve it with corn chips....Fritoes or tostitoes.
Grocery stores here carry RoTel with the other canned tomatoes. Also, there are other brands of diced tomatoes and chilies. Guess you could use that...but that is not traditional. LOL
Heard from Suzanne! She had a good weekend, misses everyone! And she appreciates being missed here.
Jo, you really do need to visit the NBG, if you have not done so! When we breezed in and quickly breezed out (to see the nest), I was very impressed. I want to go back and I am sure I will! It is huge, but has a tram if folks do not want to walk.
Jo I'm glad Lucy made it through Memorial Day weekend also. From what Larry had said. That one boater he tried talking with wasn't so nice. Hopefully most people on that lake. Will respect the Loon Lucy and her eggs.

That was cool, all 3 lined up directly under the camera, but 1 just moved away!
I know Sharon I was looking at them lined up thinking "awww they look like innocent kids" lol
