Up a tree like a bullit out of a gun, upside down and reaching for the fence now,, he thinks is he streaches far enough he will be able to go for a walk round the Zoo like his Dad did 3 years ago,, silly panda boy, you just have to love him,,don't you!!!

Feeding Time at PA,,lovley big fat juicy pigeon,, I'm still worried about that last egg ??? I don't think its going to hatch now,,though I do hope I'm wrong.
Boy these chicks are getting the full monte today,,clean,,clean,,clean,,oh is a womans work never done,,IS she a first time mummy,being overly attentive and oh so clean with the chicks,,even the smallest bit of fluff she removes.Daddy had arrived,,boy is he a disciplinarian,,no hello kids,,just bunches then alltogether and sits on them,,no messing with this daddy then !!!

My poor cats need another vallium each, can't cope with all this activity,, poor old things,,never mind they can have prawns for supper,, they get better fed than we humans do.
All looks well so far with the PA Peregrines and the Ospreys in Scotland.
My friend Bob who is the boss over at the Safari Park is going through a population boom too,,it must be catching,,Rhino babies,,giraffe babies,,several sealion babies,,African wild dog litters,,Lion cubs,,tiger cubs,, no Elephant calves as yet though,,Cheetah's to young to breed as yet,, didnt ask about the creepy crawly house ,,don't like them,,so babies there arn't my thing,,ughhh.
Thanks heavens I'm not preggers,, mind you it would be a miricle,,I had a hysterectomy,,HAAA ,,
Well thats it so far,,just looking forward to all the new life,, and hopeing Bob will let me cuddle some of the babies soon,,don't mind wearing a gown and mask,,stops the babies getting scared if my face is covered [joke]

Hi Anne pet,,
Thick cream as we call it,, I think you call it Heavy Cream,, the kind you can whisk till it nice and thick,,but not like butter,,just thick enough to hold it's own and then put a teasoopful on top of the scones.
I always add a large teaspoon of vanilla extract [not essence] to it before I beat it,, and I don't add iceing sugar [powdered sugar] either,,its far to sweet for me,,I just like cream and the vanilla on its own.
does anyone want to know what a typical English high tea is ????

Hi, all it is a beautiful day here, I think winter has given up. The forecast has no snow in it!
dinner time at our nest, two chicks at the table, one just coming.
I have worked my way down to 423 pictures from my 1790 total from my trip last week. Now I have to take a break for a day, it is so hard to decide which pictures are the ones to keep when it comes to the eagle pictures. I like them all, but I know there is no point taking up memory with pictures that I won't do anything with.

When 2 chicks were eating awhile ago, the third in the back did some jumps and flaps....looked like he was doing jumping jacks! So funny.
well, I'll be darn, the LIVE FEED is up, probably kudos to John....the NEW STADIUM is fantastic, our seats are great, it is a fun atmosphere, and the weather could not have been better, we actually drove down and parked, we have a parking pass, right next to the stadium, took less then a half hour to get there

Speaking of cleaning the deck off...we were cleaning ours yesterday and Gene lifted up the grill lid, and there in the middle of the grill was a 6ft Black Snake, curled up like a package of rope sausage. There was no gas in the grill or we could have cooked him. LOL
Not much wind/breeze this evening as Spidey's web is very still.
Wanda - I only found a bird's nest in our grill one year - My toes are curling at your finding the snake!!!!

I had to go read about the black snake, because I thought they were poisonous. Only the ones in Australia are poisonous. We don't have black snakes around here, that I know of. It is a pretty snake, but I don't think I would want one in my grill.

I see spidey has been busy this weekend doing rennovations. Darn! Kids are sleeping in the center of the nest. BW kids are sleeping, and osprey on eggs is also asleep. Wish I was.
All have a great eagle/panda day. Eyes to the sky, see the raptors fly!
it's raining like mad in Finland, and we have avery wet osprey on Finney's nest. Sun's out in Scotland, and looks like the osprey is panting, mouth is open. That rain in Finland is coming down sideways, good grief. Jackdaw is in nest staying dry.

I can still see one egg under mom falcon in PA, so guess at least one hasn't hatched yet. Don't know if #4 has hatched or not. They haven't updated the site from the 3 that hatched Friday.
Stopped raining in Finland. Wonder if we have an egg? Adult has been laying in the same place all morning.
Deer in PA, and one of them is the deer with the bad legs. I'm sure glad to see her, haven't seen her for a while, so nice to see she's ok!!
Well, the BW kids have finally walked totally out of cam view. The nest is MT. Haven't seen that for quite a while. (They're off to the bottom right, but cannot view them on cam.)

Awww, little falcon babies are waking up. Must be time for breakfast! Haven't seen either our kids or BW kids eat breakfast yet.
Well, I only see 3 babies, so guess our PA falcon has 2 unhatched eggs still. Kinda hard to see, she's not getting off them yet. See better when dad brings breakfast. One sorta came out from under her and fell over, and she nudged him back with her beak. So cute!
She's really looking around, waiting impatiently for food for the kids!

Not a good day so far! You're not missing anything, the kids woke up about an hour ago I think, sorta moved around the nest, and then went back to sleep. They're still sleeping. BW kids have been all over the nest, but only 1 on cam now, and he's just sitting there. Hopefully Steve will reset the live cam when he comes in!

Morning, Ceil. Thanks for the PA info. When did the 4th one hatch, do you know? I definately saw one egg this morning, near her butt, but haven't been able to count the chicks yet. I'm waiting for a good luck with dad brings food for breakfast. And having said that, I can see only 1 egg now. So they're very close together!
Our kids are waking up again, but no food has been delivered.
