Planted 200 snaps, 115 calendulas, and 100 dianthus in the ground yesterday, hoping mother nature will water them for me today.

Our two eggs look good, and we think we've seen the father bringing in fish for the mother, which is another good sign.
As a reminder, we could see a third egg by the end of Thursday. Once we have our full clutch, we'll open this season's Osprey Cam Web Log.

Good morning! Presently 70 and cloudy. We apparently are having a rainy season as we have possible showers for the next week or so.
Plan to work some in the yard. Tonight have a blood donors banquet to go to. Going again to Texas Motor Speedway, same as last year. Plan to take the ride at 95mph around the track in a van. LOL
All seems quiet on the cams. OK could be having lots of cloudy weather and possible storms. (same as us!)So, if they go off again do not be surprised.
ajsmolski, when NCTC first partnered w/ the new provider, many of us had to re-download FlashPlayer, so you might try that.
Thanks-I may try that. I've been wanted to show it to my science class, but it won't load in the morning when I have them. It does load in the afternoon, so I'm not sure that flash is the problem. I may reinstall when I get a chance. Thanks for the tip!

Lynn it did not effect me but it did Mary Margaret. They did rap on our door this morning and tell us that our water would be off from 9 to 12 today. Not the water main break but the replacement of pipes. It has been a nightmare.

I tried to say "hi" to Suzanne, but I think I missed her this morning. Left early to get her hair cut.
I guess some SPAM really was sent out in her name yesterday. I looked at it, barely noticed a similarity to somebody's address I knew, wasn't interested, so I put it into the SPAM FILE.
She doesn't usually use that address to mail to me, but I guess I'd better get it out of that file for future use.

Hi, I am home for lunch, no mowing today. The grass is too wet. Has any one been watching LW to see if they have a hatch? We might not see the eaglet for a while. I don't see food in the nest, so maybe not.

GOOD MORNING! How is everyone this morning? Saw Hidey wake up and pretty up her feathers a few minutes ago. Was that a dove I was hearing back there? I have a bunch of them out here, too. I actually slept in this morning! Felt really good. It's cloudy and in the mid-
50s here in SoCal; sun expected this afternoon. No wind today, so maybe when the sun's out a little I can get a pic of the hummer nest! Don't want to use a flash. The gardeners are doing the yard right now-- told them not to get near the nest, or ELSE! Gotta check for job listings, so will CU in a bit. Take care! :o]
Well, I didn't get to play in the dirt anymore today. I did get a few flowers planted earlier this morning though. We are having a spring shower and it is great. I can handle weather like this. It is the 40 and raining weather I hate, or worse yet, snow in April and May!!
Got some bread in the bread machine, dishes in the dishwasher, clothes in the washer and dryer, and now am gonna go fold a load! Woohoo!! What fun!

hello everyone. Just wanted to let you know how much I am enjoying the eaglets. I started watching a couple weeks ago and I am so hooked. They are several of us in this office and we start our day tuning in to differnt sites. We started watching Hidey which is still our favorite and we have started watching the HI site.We witnessed the first hatching and we are waiting for the second one. I really enjoy the blog and love seeing what each of you talk about all day.I agree with Mema Jo,I was afraid Hidey was going to fall fraom the nest. Keep up the good work! thanks!

Well, the flicker is pecking out another hole in the same tree but down further and I can see directly into it. If at first you don't succeed, try, try again!
