Has anybody read James Patterson's the Murder Club series? They're good books. Anyway, they made a TV show out of either the first or some of them, not clear on that. It's on TV tonight, at 9 in my area, but can't remember what channel. So gonna have some go juice so I can actually stay awake for Meerkat Manor and then even The Murder Club. Man, that's pushing it! But gonna try.
I'm so frustrated I could scream, so gonna go home.

Hi, eagle lovers! I saw on the previous blog where Norma said there was going to be a freeze somewhere in WV. I've checked different sites and 34 is the lowest forcast for tonight that I can find for this area. It was 39 when I left the office last evening at 5:30 and it is 44 up on this mountain right now! My friends and I had a great time at Pipestem State Resort last weekend. We didn't get to Tamarack or the New River Gorge Bridge, which I had hoped we would - but we did take the tour of The Bunker at The Greenbrier and then had lunch at The Greenbrier. The Bunker tour was very interesting and well worth the trip. The Greenbrier is beautiful. Pipestem Resort is a really nice park. The food at the 2 restaurants was excellent. I recommend Pipestem, the Bunker tour and a Greenbrier lunch to all of you! Happy Birthday, Jo!!

Nice to see the cam up. I wanted to let all of you who watch Tesoro FL cam know that if you are using this link Tesoro Cam That once you get the page loaded, if you choose PTZ you can actually control the cam yourselves. Has up down right left zoom and minimize on it. Fun driving ahead I hope.

Well HiDee Hoeeee here i go... I hear its Mema's Jo Special day... She is turning a 39 again... Just like Norma did the other day... They dont look much like twins... But they both give ya a grin... and walk with the cane when ever their legs are in pain... But Jo's on the mend see she got out of wind... So doctors made her better... now she can go to the nest... hold her head up high with the rest..... watching our 2 eagles flying above or setting in the nest... We all send our love to Mema Jo... dont party to much because next weekend is a must to get all the hugs and who knows maybe even BIG POOP SHOW!!!!! Love Ya, Nilla

Wow Nilla Great capture. Thanks so much for sending it my way. I don't really watch that cam anymore, but I do follow what you all are saying. Just another one of those overall sad things we seem to have had a run on lately. I am glad to see the beauty of that MaMa in flight though. What a time I think she has had whether she is the old Freida or a new Freida.

This is the first weekend my son John actually has Jasmin all weekend as a dad...he even got her a crib.... he is showing her off to family..lol especially his dad.. Jasmin has her pappys beautiful blue eyes...
Belle flew in 16 seconds after Lib did.
So they are not together anymore?
Oh no he and Jenny have not been together since she got pregnant.. she didnt want to be with him... Thats why there was a doubt Jasmin was his but we took a DNA test and it came back 99.99999% Jasmine is his daughter... I knew from the very first ultra sound picture i saw of her at 3 months she was his... same head shape..lol
Sorry to hear that, but glad he is taking on the Dad responsibilities.

well we all knew that but he just had to see it in black n white ..so i bought a DNA test had it shipped to me... took the swabs and sent it back had results in 5 days... Way cheaper than going thru court and things...the whole thing cost $107.00 $99.00 for test and $7.00 for shipping...

Dinner was tasty! Loved every bite of
my crab imperial! Almost ordered dessert but was too full. After being home awhile - here comes the entire family - German Chocolate cake & ice cream and lots of hugs! Who could ask for anything more - except to do it again next year! lol

OMG, both Frieda and Frodo were just there! Now only one parent. Think Frodo brought lunch! Looks like Frieda is feeding Dolly now.
Kind of confused on which one is doing what in Aussie Land.
I'm sure Frodo brought the food, but I thought Frieda had taken over feeding...now the one feeding looks smaller compared to Dolly, so I guess it's probably Frodo still.

Mits-I am fine, that's not the medicine talking, that's just me being normal. LOL. Shortly after surgery, Brad and I were in a minor, very minor, accident. Other persons fault. When the officers got there and questioned everybody, the last was me. One asked me my age. The normal answer to that question varies but most can't be printed here. LOL. Without thinking I said 45. They took a vote, they want me on anesthia when I am working. Easier to get along with.
By your pics, I'm sure you saw more than I did...I can only keep 30 second cam on here at home....10 second popup cam freezes up computer after awhile...
Wanda-I had suggested a locals lunch just before the other magistrate quit and you opened the store, maybe in November when we aren't quite so busy. Or we can do evenings. Just need to know what works for everybody.

Slow connection, or slow computer causing the freeze up? Never had that problem with this type of site, but I purposely got a lot of Extra RAM when I bought this puter, owing to many earlier tragedies with my machines.
Maybe you can just buy a RAM strip on-line (If there are open slots in the machine)and add...it's easy to do, following the instructions.

NORMA, JO, PAULA and all others who gave me sites for purchasing eagles....I got my first one yesterday from the Autubon Soc. that sings the eagle calls. It is just beautiful. I have ordered another one from another site and his name is Soar. I also ordered my sister in New York a Hawk that screetches just like a hawk and she will just thrilled to death. She has been down lately and I thought this would perk her up and it did. She has hawks that fly over a mountain next to her house that she just loves. So to all of you that gave me sites to go to, A GREAT BIG THANK YOU TO ALL.

I have been sitting herewatching Brisbane sleep, an MT nest at BW and Bai really giving Squiggles a through washing. That squiggles is sure starting to get around a little better. There goes Bai bringing stuff into the den. I guess it is time for housecleaning there. Squiggles is smart and staying out of the way.

Yep mine get chicken for breakfast and treats...China has me spoofed and I don't expect my neighbors to do that, so off to the kitchen I go to be a cut up. I am not having any luck in getting the Tesoro Cam. I get into the PTZ but no cam picture.
I'm sure they are doing their best to get the cell, as Steven reminds us often, this is not a part of their real job, know it is frustrating, but "IT IS WHAT IT IS"!
I don't like their PTZ, it is on boards now, and it is tooooo slow.
Hey - I am happy to be viewing our eagles in September and October - last year we didn't get to see them until December!!!

Sorry to hear youcan't get it to work for you Mema Jo. Its been pretty busy this morning moving all around. I am sure it will become more so as folks find out it is there. Someone drove it into the tree and left it there a while ago, maybe that is when you tried and didn't get to see the cam picture.
Right now it is in a great position. I mostly leave it alone and let others do the driving as long as they are on the nest or just peeking around and head it back to the nest when they are finished.
OK back to the chicken now.
I left it on the nest, I'd rather the people who know what they are doing operate it.
GLO--That was me that drove into the tree. I had too many Eagle Talons! I called a tow truck but they said they don't come into that area. I think Jill or Robyn has a Jeep; maybe they will help pull me out. lol
I like the way the National Zoo is intergrated their cams on differnt species, really nice to see the gorillas
