Did you see the divers? There are 7 of them down there, so 7 of them have to come back up, so keep watching. Not sure how much air they have, how long they stay down. Never paid attention.

Norma it seems sometimes when fish disappear, the divers are not far behind, at least that is what I have observed.

Norma, I saw that fish this morning too, then also a little while ago. Wonder if he knows he's on cam, and showing off for the world! Got home Sat at 5 till 9. Attempted to stay up and watch something on TV, but that didn't work too well! Went to bed after I got 2 kitties off my lap, maybe shortly before 10 or so. I was beat!
Paula, nest looked good this morning, but those squiggly lines are still there. Sometimes just the one at the top, other times, one at the top, and one in the middle. They're still there, but you can hardly see them during the day. Only way you can tell is by the wiggly leaf on the left and right, sorta at 10 and 2 on the cam. They look clear now, so I won't say the squiggly lines are there now.

Hi again everyone. Vicky and I are on the Pennsylvania turnpike. It has been the experience of a lifetime for me to meet all of you and head for the nest. Even though we did not see the eagles on Sat, we were back there a little after 6 am Sun morning and were met by both Lib and Belle.....My trip at that point was complete. Everything after that was just frosting on the cake. Hugs to each of you who helped to make this trip happen, which brings it celar back to very early 2006 and up to the directions hugs and memories of Oct 20, 2007. What a difference one eagle cam has mde to my life.
Well, the electric CO has made it a very late HELLO EVERYONE for me this morning Praying for safe traveling for all our Momsters on the Road!

the Malibu fire is not very close, but there are approx. a dozen wildfires in So Cal, the winds and temperature are very high, the humidity is very low.

I'm think they have been doing that, he doesn't seem to be in too much pain, but who really knows, know they are aware of it and are doing everything they can...it really hurts the keepers to see one of their animals in distress.

YES, I will feel better when I see her. The San Diego Wildlife park is closed do to the wildfires, but everything is ok and animals are showing no stress per their site news, the zoo is open as usual

Last time that Jim checked in he said the fires were not near him but since then many new fires have popped up and I haven't seen him today.
Glo-It is that way in both panhandles. Only 20 miles in the eastern panhandle on 81 and I think a little less in the northern where you just crossed. Somebody wasn't thinking straight whe they mapped out WV. LOL

Actually, it's hot here and the air is full of smoke, which I can smell with door and windows shut, A/C on. But most of the fires are in the mountains at least 50 miles away from here...
Except the Santiago Canyon fire, which is not too far east in the Santa Ana Mountains. Really east of Irvine more to the south.
That's a very beautiful area in the Cleveland National Forest for a scenic drive in a sports car, and the canyons are generally targets of brush fires (because there is a lot of brush and scrub oak, etc., which gets very dry under these conditions.
This particular area is not immediately threatened, but many are, and our fire fighters are really committed to the maximum.

No Jim, Rumsey Tavern is less than 20 y/o. Forget just when they built it but was after I moved to Martinsburg and that was 20 years ago. But there are many historical places in Shepherdstown and the surrounding area. Great for Civil War buffs as a lot of teh action took place in the area.
JILL--You are right, there is a lot of action in Shepherdstown. LOL
PAULA--Loved your photo of Steve and Anne-Marie. You captured the happiness of the day in their smiles.
Good gona be arainy night and tomarrow so get ouyr water wings on...lol You are right Jill it was 20 years ago they built Clarion Hotel my ex husband and son helped build it.. thats how i know it also has government facilities under it.. Oh my showing the fires out in Malibu, California and its horrible!!! Well like i said calling for rain starting tonight and all day tomarrow we need it... Hope Glo and Vicky get home before it comes out to that area also.... As for Jasmin being so sick, she seems to be alittle better her mom said at least she got some sleep after we left the hospitol at 4am... I dont see Dolly on cam... havent checked other cams yet... But Nilla, any baby can get it not just the premmies, there is a vaccine for it, but most insurance companies don't want to pay for it.

Glo and Vicky and I had a hard time leaving WV as the bridges over the Shenandoah and the Potomac were backed up for miles by the time we got there. We thought maybe we might have to go househunting!*grin* We got back to my place in PA at about 11:15p.m. on Sunday night. They left here about 10:30 this morning and I'm sure gonna miss them!
