Thanks, Steve. Thanks for the heads up, Megan. Brought this over:
Our parent has returned, and is now feeding the babies. they look like they're in middle, little, and oldest lineup. Big just got the first bite, little one is getting a bite now. The middle one is facing into the nest, away from feeding. Other 2 are facing Belle (I think) who is at the 1 o'clock posn feeding the kids.
Thanks again steve;Great photo of the nest and young.I did it again #1 eagle dad today.I hope everyone has a great day.I will post about my eagles here later.
Egg turning in NBG, and an eaglet has returned to the nest in Tesoro. Either Belle just came in, or flew from the side, very hard to tell. In any case, Belle is in the center of the nest now. Oldest chick is watching her.
OH, she must have food. Both of the oldest chicks are heading her way and both have their little wings out. That's adorable. Think the baby is between the bigger ones.
Good Morning suzanne; I did see a little head bobbing head yesterday afternoon.I watched the male feed the young but i still can't tell how many they have.I took some photos of nest useing my scope and got some fair pictures of him feeding, and also a picture of the female with a fish in flite headed to the nest.I will post them as soon as i download them to my computer.
GOOD MORNING EAGLE BUDDIES!!---WOW! CONGRATS! INDIANA DAVE---You are #1 DAD this a.m. & every a.m.------cool rainy a.m. here in WV--home of "BELLE & LIBERTY--PLUS 3"!----temp. 40°---We are truly BLESSED with these 3 adorable 'little imps'----ENJOY THIS GLORIOUS DAY!!----LIFE IS GOOD!!!!
Hello Norma:) light showers headed toward the nest, with lots of rain behind that. Looks like anothere rainy, cloudy spring day. Boy is my grass gonna need mowing next week:(
Good morning everyone. Hmmm well my live feed just says loading. Must be my turn. Hope everyone enjoys a great day. Remember to check for your FeedBlitz Suzanne even if you can't see anything else you can see the first animated photo on the page.
Check yesterday's pic (4/3/08) of the VA COUPLE!!!----LADY looks so lovely sitting on the nest & sitting up higher-- above her---the MALE EAGLE is looking down at her!!!---AWESOME PHOTO!!!!
Glo, saw the animated photo, and hate to ask, but what is it? Your comment said someting about right before the 6 o'clock feeding by Stephanie? Is that an eaglet? Looks awful featherless.
I've been watching BW off and on, but think parent gave each of them very small bites of food a while ago. She ate most of whatever it was. Both of them sat there and watched her eat. Now she's moved over and is covering the #1 chick, and leaving the other one out in the rain. She fed first chick more than 2nd chick also, but that just makes me so mad! She is deliberately ignoring the 2nd baby. I know this is nature, but I don't have to be happy about it.
SUZANNE---I didn't see the feeding at BWE---But I thought the EAGLETS seemed more alert this a.m.!---But you have been watching them more than I have!!!
Ok, seems our golden eagles are really WHITE TAILED SEA EAGLES, not goldens. A close relative to the Bald Eagle. In any case, very cool to see them, since they're different.
Yes you have, Norma. They are the pics I sent you and said they were golden eagles. I have been corrected, and they are white tailed sea eagles, not golden eagles. Evidentally a close relative to our bald eagle. But I sent you quite a few pics last couple days. Check your email. It's the 2nd Finland osprey nest, not Finney's nest!
SuzanneIt is the day old eaglet hatched at IWS hatching facility doing a poopshoot just before the 6 pm feeding last night. That is the towel they wrap around it as they prepare to feed it.
Ok well is anyone else besides me having problems with the live feed today. Would like to know before I reboot the whole computer needlessly.
I saw both of them at the CO Site------I thought that was a first time for me too!!---SUZANNE!!---GOOGLED the WHITE TAILED SEA EAGLE!!----Looks something like the bird DEB had that time---that no one could identify!!!
MORNIN DEB!!!--You always beat me at the KENT site! ---as well as the ME SITE!!!----Do you think the WHITE TAILED SEA EAGLE----(particularly the head) looks some what like the pic you had---no one could identify----
Hello everyone, just checking before work....I don't have live feed either. Says "cannot connect to site", DUH!? Dave, where do I find the website to your picturs? Thx
Hi Naturenut Just click on my name and it will take you to my Blog then scroll down to indiana nesting eagles 2008 and click, then it will open the next page and then click on the small eagles nest and that will take you to my webshots site Enjoy indiana Nesting Eagles-----Dave
Thanks Dave! I went everywhere except clicking on the nest! You are so fortunate to be able to get a good view of nest. The one at Park where I work is so high, that it will be forever before we get to see any eaglets! Our giraffes never came in to take a look!!LOL I've only been able to get mostly7 far away pics of the adults.
Good Morning dear ones, Soggy wet day in se KY today as well. Hope all of you have a wonderful eagle watching day, and I can't wait to get home and see the live cam. Let me know through the blog if Little Bit of Fluff gets his bites at feeding. Thanks and BBL. yours donna
I've been watching eagle, owl & other wildlife cams for over a year now but I just discovered the NCTC cam a couple days ago. How excited to find one in my own state (even though it's miles from me as I live in southern WV)!! But I am not getting a feed this morning so I am assuming it's not a 24/7 cam? Whatever...keep up the good work!
BTW....I saw you talking about how some of can't get on NCTC....I tried to get onto fws.gov.....nothing will open, and it is not my computer because IE lets you check for connectivity to site and everything is fine.
Good Morning Everyone! Black screen here! Eagle cam is up for me though. Even so - everyone seems in good spirits guess because it is Friday! That really used to mean something to me - but since retirement - every day can be a Friday!
Morning, all! So glad it's FRIDAY!! Jo, one of these days I'll be able to say the same thing... every day is Friday. Man, can't wait for that day to come. How's the world treating ya, Mits?
MORNIN' HELEN!!--That is how my cam acted all last weekend!!---Now it is freezing up every few min!! Wondered if you went to the ZOO yesterday & if so---Did you see the 'LITTLE PRINCE'???
WHOA HELEN!!!!--If you are being investigated-----it's the RIGHT WING that's after you!!---Heck--we LIFT WING FOLKS---don't investigate any one!!!---We just go with the flow!!---ho!
Good morning, and thank you so much for your webcam. I have sent the link to everyone in my address book, and one of my friends, who is a kindergarten teacher, keeps the webcam open in her classroom so her students can watch the eagles. She is teaching them a valuable love of nature through your site. I recently returned from photographing eaglets in Llano, Texas, but they have now fledged. There are over 24 nesting pair in the Lake Buchanan area. We eagle lovers in Texas are so excited!
Rebbjess - It is a great web cam site for learning! Glad you joined us & IF you have any photos, you could create a blog on your profile to share with all of us.

Welcome Rebbjess! My daughter & sil live in Bastrop & have4 sent us pics of eagle nest in Llano. Last pic of about a month ago showed huge EAGLET! Small world!
Thanks, Helen. Gonna say hi all and bye all again. All have a great eagle/panda weekend and afternoon. Hope the live feed comes up, or if nothing else, you can watch the 3 minute cam. Not the same, but better than nothing. I guess. Blog at ya Monday. Eyes to the sky, see the raptors fly!
Well I give up for now- but I shall return. ROFLAO all you want- humor keeps us all sane- now sing along with me to the tune of Rawhide... loading, loading, loading, keep that real player loading.....
Ps..- my vaccuum just blew up or shorted out or something, it smells like it burned out- now it won't work - hubby is not going to believe me...........
Still get nothing but black screen. Glad some of you can get on occasionally. Guess I will get more done around the house today. Also, going to babysit youngest grandson this afternoon. Yea!
Nature can be nauseating! Wildwatch owl cam - had 6 eggs & now down to 2 hooties. The survival rate isn't so great. They are the barn owls.... the great horned owls seem to be ok!
Well, I have to get ready for the workmen to Power Wash my patio and staircase area in prep for painting... They just replaced all the rotted or cracked and warped lumber. Should look like new when they are done.
Lib delivered the big fish that you see laying at 6 in the nest...Belle immediately mantled it and dragged it to its current spot...she even had some for lunch while the kids played in the bowl...
Then Belle left, and came back with fluff, left again and came back with fluff again. Lib left, and Belle covered up the babies with fluff! Then it looked like she flew up to the branch above on the back left...
Wow! Just saw a pileated woodpecker fly thru at the farm house exhibit office where I am today. Of course he disappeared when I got camera & went outside. We got DSL here today....I can visit blog & 30 sec. (8 min.) cam. Check back in when I get home tonight.
The big announcement at Kent was just about the Kids in the Nest project. I thought Loraine was talking about something new coming for this nest, but she only talked about the history of the cam and the new programs available on the Kids in the Nest site. Darn.
same here, Megan##$$^%^$, I do not understand this site at all, I can get a perfect pic from 8,000 miles away, and can't get a site 90 minutes from me!!!!!
Mine went down a while ago, so I just laid down and took a little nap. I was really hoping the loading would work this time but it doesn't. $@#)$(%^$%@@!
It wouldn't even be so bad if I could get into the still cam but still can't do that. The last time I was able to view the still cam was 3/28. This is sucking!
Isee new fluff in the BWE and NCTC nests. NCTC trying to do cover up of youngsters but Tiny keeps popping out. Yes, my live feed is running. Afraid to say so - that it will go down.

Good morning again. And, yes, patiently (or not) waiting on the live feed!
Oh, good morning, Dave. Think you'll get a peek at the babies this weekend?
Well the oldest one has made the baby totally disappear. Think she's sitting on him. Middle one hasn't moved.
LIVE FEED IS UP!!
THANK YOU!! I was starting to have eagle cam withdrawals...
Now Belle is feeding the kids and totally blocking the view. I can see her back, but no chicks.

Well, I have to get ready for the workmen to Power Wash my patio and staircase area in prep for painting... They just replaced all the rotted or cracked and warped lumber. Should look like new when they are done.

Power washing does make it look like new!
Kewl - fishing must be good today!
both parents our nest!
Yes, yet another BIG fish!
Lib delivered the big fish that you see laying at 6 in the nest...Belle immediately mantled it and dragged it to its current spot...she even had some for lunch while the kids played in the bowl...
Then she drug that squirrel to the back and fed the kids...Tiny was first!
Then she fed Tiny and Middy
Now covering the babies with fluff!
Then Lib dropped back in for awhile...
And he had some of that fresh fish...
Looks like Belle ate on the back - all the kids were full - well Tiny did have another bite or two
Yea! Was just having lunch and saw humming birds for the first time this year at the feeder. Spring has sprung!
They did very well covering them with fluff! You can hardly see them.
Then Belle left, and came back with fluff, left again and came back with fluff again. Lib left, and Belle covered up the babies with fluff! Then it looked like she flew up to the branch above on the back left...
Osprey at BWO
Looks like a touch of sunshine on the BWE chicks
Colorado has a hatch!!!
Whoo Hoo for CO
I am headed out to appointment
I'll be back early evening......
Osprey at BWO, eagle at Kent 1.
Fly in at our nest.
Wow! Just saw a pileated woodpecker fly thru at the farm house exhibit office where I am today. Of course he disappeared when I got camera & went outside.
We got DSL here today....I can visit blog & 30 sec. (8 min.) cam. Check back in when I get home tonight.
I see we got another fish delivery, finally moved from the fly-in and you could see the fish.
Everyone seems to be all lined up and eating very nicely.
Eagle at Kent 2.
Any updates from Loraine, Deb?
The big announcement at Kent was just about the Kids in the Nest project. I thought Loraine was talking about something new coming for this nest, but she only talked about the history of the cam and the new programs available on the Kids in the Nest site. Darn.
The CO chick is a little fluff ball.
oh:(
Yay-live feed:)
I have a meeting at 4:30, bbl.
Our eagle just flew out of the nest with something in tow. Couldn't tell what it was!
hope it was taking the trash out...
Think them younguns got more Benadryl with that last feeding!
My - what big feet you have!
#@*%@#*$#@!$%%^&**(*(&^$%-live feed is down again here:((((((-loading.....................
geez, went out to eat left the RP on ,and come back and it has stopped and will not come back on...aaarrrggghhhhh!!!!
same here, Megan##$$^%^$, I do not understand this site at all, I can get a perfect pic from 8,000 miles away, and can't get a site 90 minutes from me!!!!!
I know- I don't mean to complain, but this is frustrating!!!!
you got that right, Megan..
