Nilla is so heavy on my mind. I pray she is doing ok!! If procedure was on time this am she could be joking around with the nurses & Drs - that would be wonderful.....
Funny thing -- there was a black bird in the NU nest. Saw it take off and an adult eagle landed. I have not seen the black bird come back and torment the adult like they do the eaglet!
Adult eagle at NU...Osprey at CT...MT nest at BW, but I feel confident Mr or Mrs Eagle will be by. I think Lisa told me that not all the eagles there migrate, and ,to come when the weather is cooler, to see the eagles and other birds. I was there many years ago at the height of the geese migration.
Nilla had to be at the hospital in Winchester at 7:15 a.m. Praying for her too.

Tai is a pretty fur piece up in a tree. Makes me nervous!
I believe that is DAD osprey at CT. Baby has really brown eyes and Moms' are grey-blue. This ones is slightly brown.
Now Tai is back down out of the tree, safe I am assuming! Miss him coming down.
I was watching him, SHARON. He is getting really cocky going up and down those trees. Macho Panda Cub!!!
Not to worry, NORMA Mei is a bit of a drama queen when she wants something. I think she might be a little bit spoiled, and, if I worked there I would spoil her the most. Doctor wanted NILLA to go straight to hospital when she had her appointment yesterday, but, she opted to go back today, they are going to look at the stents they put in, hope all is going well for NILLABEAN
Tai was just at the screen visiting Tian Tian! That was so cute.
Lun Lun just left the cub for a minute. I frapped it but it froze part-way through.

Everyone was looking for the meaning of "Lun Lun". I don't think there is any meaning besides being part of that rock star's last name. Read Below:
Lun Lun was renamed by a Taiwanese rock star, Su Huilun, who "adopted" her at the Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding.
Ocean City is 69 degrees, winds out of the NE at 13mph, a tad chilly here, also.
OC is also under a high surf advisory, with 6 to 8 foot waves in the surf zone. A little back-lash present from Florence.

After many, many hours osprey just took off up at CT. I see the shadow of same osprey, or, different one on the pole above the cam.
Hope we don't get fish slime all over the cam again.

I'm with you, on that one, DOREEN I live right outside of Washington D.C. and had never felt closer to ground zero, then that day. My husband could see the smoke rising above the Pentagon, from his office which is about a mile from the White House. Very scary day, but certainly strengthened my resolve to fight against these bunch of roaches. What goes around comes around.

It is so cool that even though I haven't really watched the cams yet today, needed my full screen, but it is so fun to read People across the ocean, and people across the states, and sometimes even people across the stree can all enjot the same cam at the same time. So cool.
I don't see ehre anyone has heard from Nilla yet She had even mentioned driving herself as everyone is busy. Surely hope we hear something before bedtime. if they actually did the cardia cath, and they did prep her fo rthat, then my guess is they will keep her over night again!!!

Hi Everyone....All my appointments and husbands was in Winchester today. I told Nilla yesterday my appointments was in Martinsburg cause I wanted to surprise her at Winchester today.
OK SEEN NILLA AT CATH. LAB. SHE HAD THE CATH. IN THE OTHER LEG...ALL IS OK, SHE THINKS MAYBE HE MIGHT HAVE DONE SOMETHING TO 1 OF THE STENTS SHE'S NOT SURE....AFTERWARDS SHE HAD ALOT OF CHEST PAIN THEY GAVE HER MORPHINE THEN DEMEROL WHIPPPPEEE WHEN I SEEN HER SHE WAS WAITING FOR HER RIDE HOME.....DON'T REALLY THINK SHE WAS FEELING ANY PAIN LOL AT THAT TIME....I STAYED WITH HER AWHILE UNTIL GRANDSON CAME TO DRIVE HER AND HER CAR HOME...yes she drove herself there...NEEDLESS TO SAY HER BLOOD PRESSURE WAS REAL GOOD AFTER GETTING THE DEMEROL AND THE MORPHINE lol all relax !! SHE SAID TELL EVERYONE SHE WILL BE ON TONIGHT Of course I told her to stay off blog and rest with those meds in her atleast for rest of day since she was being released around 3:30 3:45pm something like that but she said I'll be on tonight ....She was also given a perscription for 30 days of Percocet....
Just talked to Nilla. She is okay. She said her groin is hurting. She has a mohawk! :) And she is taking her "perkysets". She will try to be on later. They said her ticker was ticking quite nicely and everything looked good.
Very Glad to see some news about Nilla Sounds good!!! Time to eat, and gonna pull up a cam or two if I can for a litle while. Blog at ya later

Yep Sharon they did the right leg groin last time did the left leg gron this time. She told me this when I was up there. She said, "I don't know what I got there now." I told her laughing, "Nilla you have a mohawk lol." Yep that's what I got she said.....now she just has to win the wax, glitter and sparkles; red, white and blue ones. She can wait to use the washcloth with them in it until October 12th that is Columbus Day. She'll sparkle and glitter in red white and blue what a tradition to set....lmbo

I would really like to see that spot where he lays to see just how much of a drop it really is. Maybe it just looks to us like a longgggg dropoff. Maybe it is not that far really..cause why wouldn't they teach him since they teach him other things not to lay there. Or even they wouldn't have such a huge dropoff place, you would think.......oh well just thinking here

NORMABYRD Lets' report the news correctly now. TC and KH have not tide the knot yet. Technically they are still "living in sin" as us old folks like to call it. They have time to go to a football game and yet are to busy to get married. Not condeming, just wondering where or if they have priorities. This is JMHO.
NORMA Mei Xiang is lying on a platform bed, it is in the adjoinig room, off of the main den. They had one just like it in the birthing den and it was a great escape for her, before you know who started to climb.
I'm keeping and eye out for any visitors to the BW site.
I've got to tell ya, that Frieda cam drives me nuts.

Just a beautiful shot of an osprey up on the New Hampshire site, the one with the still waters running underneath.
Spideys' net is slowly beginning to appear at the BW site, the light, I think, goes on around 7:30p.m. There is definitely a spot that is in the net where it was glowing last night, but, it doesn't look like a spider.
The falcon cam keeps going white on me. How rude!

GLO, JO, PAULA AND VICKY, Nice of you to stop into to visit the,"ALL MITS...ALL THE TIME SHOW". Mits got really tired and hungry, so I ate, watched HOUSE, and made a phone call. But I just saw those little eyasses and they are adorable.
Enjoy those baby falcons, after watching the ones up in Harrisburg, right from the start, they grow really fast.

How was the weather at the beach today? Cloudy all day up here! Yuck. Need some sunshine.
Just finished off some Toll House Morsels...couldn't find any other chocolate!
Weather was partly sunny, temp around 70 and a NE breeze around 10 to 20 mph. I love toll house morsels... semi-sweet chocolate is my fav.

I felt Nilla wouldn't be on blog by now. She had those shots and was trying to stay awake. I figure she layed down in bed and out she went. Which was best.
Husbands cousin went home; we all won some and lost some. She won't be here for weekend to play. Going by to Philly for weekend. She hadn't drank wine in awhile. Husband had some left over before he was put on Coumadin. Where his heart doctor told him to drink a glass a night. Bless her heart she hadn't drank in awhile 2 glasses and she was even funnier that usual; and she is pretty funny.

Actually my life is pretty wonderful I have the Muddy Mississsippi, McDonalds Fries, and Whiteys ice cream. Now you don't know what Whiteys Ice Cream is...but if you ever come here you won't leave the area without it LOL.
