Think I will call this "I THINK NOT" Good Morning, Each and everyone one of us this morning woke up with heavy hearts remembering this day 5 years ago. I stand here with tears in my eyes thinking of those families who lost loved ones also those who still to this day lose loved ones over in Iraq and other countries where the USA is fightening for their Freedom.. Does it make sense?? Sometimes not, should we leave and pull out and let them just deal with those fanatics who want this power? I think not. This country struggles each day as do we people living in it merely to live and survive with our ecomomy..Oh yes we still fly our flags and wear the Red White and Blue, stand with hands over hearts when the Anthem is played,DID THE TERRORIST break our spirit's? I THINK NOT...

I just imagine as I watch that eagle look over the landside, if he has any idea of the Country into which he has been born. What an important emblem of Freedom, Majesty, Courage, he stands there so proudly representing to all of us.

I didnt get a shot i had acustomer who lives down by the river at Shepherdstown and he was telling me he has been seening adult eagles flying.. OOOOOO our liberty n Belle, he also said there are juvies.. Said he saw an eagle actually get a fish from the river and fly off.. H eis an avid out doorsman.. When he left i told him to keep and eye on the sky....

Thanks for the praises of quiting smoking BUT i think since Nov when my sister died of lung cancer and watching her waste away to nothing and die before my eyes it was always in the back of my mind to quit this illness just reinforced that for me.. Hugssss

Thought I would get a look at LunLun's cub a few minutes ago as she changed her position by rolling all over the place - no luck!
Love the NU nest eaglet! Don't know why the blackbirds bug him so much - I don't think they eat fish!

Tai was just stretching up towards the wire that zapped him before. He wanted to do it, but finally backed away. Mei is in the den. Somebody is outside the door of the den looking in at her. She is stretched up at the window closing the window and opening it back up! Don't know where baby boy is at the moment. She is pacing.
I don't know what they are doing outside that den, but Mei is none too happy about it. They are opening the door now and she is getting out of there.

It is so funny. Lun Lun just rolls back and forth holding on to that cub for dear life. Mei, however, is having to absolutely fight to keep Tai off of her. He is hanging over her head on the limb, now he is chewing on her back. I swear sometimes it looks like she smacks him right in the face. She ain't even playing right now! She is just wanting to eat her bamboo in peace!
Speaking of peace, the NU eaglet looks kind of peaceful now because the black birds have backed off for the minute.
It appears we were all watching the little Tai-meister!

Terrible day for you all, I just happend to have the TV News on that day and I couldnt beleive my eyes, I thought like most, that there had been some sort of what I thought a gas explosion, and then I saw the second plane, I thought no one could be so manic as to blindly follow such so called religious fanatisium, then the last thing I saw through my tears were all the people begging from very high windows and I though this cant be real, this doesnt happen to civilised human beings, but then I dont think they know what the word civilised means, just like the IRA they like the taste of blood and use the name of religion as an excuse to vent there madnesss.

Chrissy, it was a horrible day in our history but they surely didn't win. I think it just made Americans understand the importance of our freedom, of our loved ones, not to take anything for granted and appreciate what we do have. UNITED WE STILL STAND, no matter what!!
Eaglet still in the NU nest. It has been just lovely watching him all day! Lun Lun curled up with baby again. Mei and Tai near the grotto but not sure what they are doing, too far off from the camera.

Nilla, I am so proud of you. I knew you could do it. Let us know about doctor visit. I am sick of grading papers. My oldest son(all of my kids are teachers,too)said Mom, give them an open book test and take the day off. He is in elementary and doesn't understand that college students must get what they pay for out of their classes. I don't know if any of you ever got upset when teachers didn't get back papers in a timely fashion, but if I assign it, I take the time to grade it and get it back on time. Pet peeve of mine. College costs too much for kids not to get money's worth. Today sad day isn't it? But a day of hope, and all eagle Momsters seem to be doing great. God Bless the USA and our own little eagle symbols of freedom. I miss the little feathery fluffs. donna

Dear Friends, My nephew spent a year in Iraq. God delivered him safely to state side. He is now on a secret mission (state side). Even my sister doesn't know where he is at the present. His name is CJ. He turned 20 in Iraq. He is just a baby to us. Would you all please pray for him today? Just a simple "God Bless You today, CJ, in the name of Jesus" would be great. His mother and I would appreciate it so much. Sometimes we forget about our state side soldiers and the missions they are given while in the states. thanks friends donna

It's 5:11pm My Panda cam in GA stopped - does anyone else have the same problem? I am going to restart..I thought it was to be us 24/7.

Where do i begin.. went to doctors had blood work and a EKG... well they wanted to admitt me to hospitol from the doctors office but i refused i had to come home. I am having another heart catherization done tomarrow morning at 7:15 i need to be at Winchester Hospitol.. They want to explore my heart and check the stents put in and do a more complete inspection i guess.. I am at home right now.. Will BBL .. JUST SEEMS LIKE I AM GOING THRU MY OWN 9/11 HERE RIGHT NOW...

Tried to post something about MITS flashing an official panda rescue badge and hollering for them to bring the nets and move out of her way and rushing around getting all the zoo employees all confused
ROFLMAO, BELLE. I may be seen on ledges, but, I usually keep my poop-shoots private. TEE_HEE! If I could walk into that zoo and hang some kind of hammock, I would...I don't ever want to hear him cry out in pain again, or hear his Mom in distress either. I'm still trying to figure out why they turned the sound off.
