Dana, the foster mom says they are wearing her out and then she settles! Afraid I was worn out long before she was and would never calm down!
Jim, a few sightings of Belle and Truder yesterday, and early this AM. Neighbor to nest told Heather yesterday that he saw all three eagles either Th. or Fr. BUT.....check John's album on our Yahoo photo page and see the JUVIE pic he got last weekend....so there may be 4 birds....at least!
Hedgie-Lynn that is what we had talked about. That Mai when you had her. Needed more than just you. She needed a dog to run and play and wear herself out. So she wouldn't think you was the dog to play with. Glad she is happy. Which those people would just go ahead and adopt her. That way she wouldn't have to do anymore re-adjusting.
lol Lolly should I say 'familiar Momsters'. I do like reading the comments from our new fresh thinking Momsters. Keeps me young & alive but sometimes confused. I can't run with the big dogs anymore. I am becoming a lurker at times. But here I am!
Ok BEagle have both nest up Davenport (Alcoa) and Decorah are different nest. Davenport (Alcoa) has a 2nd egg laid Feb 20th that needs to hatch. Decorah laid 3 eggs Feb. 23, Feb. 26, Mar.2 and eagle just flew off nest. No hatch there yet but the egg has pits and cracks. So I'm expecting a hatch soon--- http://www.raptorresource.org/falcon_cams/index.html
Oh, an FYI on the Eagles4Kids nest....Larry and Lucy...Lucy hasn't been seen since last Saturday March 19. They don't know what happened. Thankfully no eggs or chicks in nest.
Too bad about the eaglesforkids female. Glad there weren't any eggs......but a tough lesson for the kids there, too. Hope she just decided to relocate and that nothing happened to her.
Forgot to tell you----someone last night mentioned peanut butter and honey sandwich.....saw in store this week that the major manufacturers all have jars of pb/honey combo now, both smooth and crunchy! How about that?
Speaking of crunchy----wonder what Crunch Bob is up to? We haven't seen him in a couple of months.
Loch of the Lowes update. Chrissy and SusanM finally got the attention of the press. Don't know if this will change anything, but it's out there now and we will see what happens from here.
While I still have a few minutes left of morning............Good Morning!!
I finally caught up on posts since I left last night. I sure enjoyed you gals last night!!
Question: Do you have to constantly refresh and scroll down to the bottom of the page to keep up with the latest posts on this site? Just checking in case I am missing something!!
Yes, PA-Lynn, you need to refresh. This blog does not automatically refresh. I just grab the little tab at the right of the blog and scroll down. Do not know if there is a more efficient way to do that, but what I do works fine for me.

So magpie said I wouldn't get anything done today, and she is probably right. I just wanted to say Good Morning and I will ATTEMPT to work and catch up at the same time. LOL
BEagle: You are sweet, and others also who said Okay to all my Magpie-ing this morning... It's the Eagle-Watching-Momsters-and-Dadsters Company I Keep that makes me how and what I am ♥ (the good parts about me, that is)
Yay and Double Yay about our Sissy Bev ☺
Thanks for the new thread Steve I promise to behave
and now to fantasize: the Shadow or non-shadow as it is now on the nest, is that of the Invisible yet Invincible Liberty keeping an Eagle Eye on his Royal Sycamore Palace
Good Day to everyone here right now, and later on...
Lynn - no problem, I was going to joke that at least today we took the time to open the newspaper ! Neat about the Superintendent and the Eagle, bears repeating
thanks for the ISS Alert, we will need to tell our newcomers about that : International Space Station, orbits the earth 23 times a day, and there are times when it is very visible to view with the "naked" eye like an airplane, no blinking lights, catches the rays of the rising or setting sun....and is Awesome! Have to add, Paula got me hookeed ! More on all that, maybe later
Good morning! I was tired last night from a long day, and I forgot to mention that during my visit to the nest, both Earl and Rita said the intruder was quite large. I don't know what to make of that, on the cam Belle looked to be larger than the intruder, correct? And it makes more sense that the intruder is male? But they both commented on the intruder's size ... and being that they are very familiar with Belle and Liberty and have seen all three around the property, it's kind of hard to imagine them getting it wrong. And the report from NCTC also stated that they believed it was a female? I'm so confused.
Thanks for the link to the Courier article, sUSAn! Feel so bad for Chrissy....know her heart is broken over all of this...and her dander is up! Does not sound like anything is going to change, tho'.
can say this Heather... not sure if the NCTC neighbor couple are seeing a male or males, Liberty and/or other ones...but the consensus is that the Intruder on the nest is a Male - the one also seen perching in the above-nest branches with Belle that is from careful study of comparison pictures, behavior... and...some other factors
and don't worry about double posting - we all do it, we call it a stutter or a hiccup...now if your post is REALLLY long you might want to go through that bother of trashcanning it ☺
I finished reading the page and now I see that Sissy is going home. That is great news. As someone else already said, it is much easier and nicer to recover at home.
Thanks for clearing that up for me, magpie. I had a moment there of confusion, with the neighbors and also viewers on the ground commenting on the intruder's size, and the report from the NCTC. So, a juvenile can have puffed-up feathers that make it look larger?
FYI. While the NCTC resident couple is.very nice and SEE eagles every day, I think maybe not very knowledgabe about eagles. Thought B and T were residents of the nest. Also said eaglet was doing fine because momma would regurgitate food to feed. I'm just sayin...

Pam. Yes, juvies can appear larger because they still have their baby feathers so to say. Bigger and fluffier. TRudy will appear to shrink as it gets adult plumage.
Heather, another thing, these birds are large, Period! I had read from others about the feathers being a little ruffled and puffy...more can add to that... Intruder often looks rather long and sleek....I am going to leave lots of room now for the experts, I am into triple digits, time to get into street clothes and try to find some wildflowers, wildlife, Vitamins D and K, and probably the grandson !
Best wishes, Ahoy Mateys! Love you all !! xoxoxoxo ♥
Susan, thanks. I know we had seen Belle and Turd Bird nose to nose when they were in the nest late the other night, and Paula had called it beaking. Just didn't know if it was more common in newer 'relationships.' You know--like when you can't get enough of someone when you first start dating. lol
I am certainly not conceding that this fling with Turd Bird is a relationship. Maybe either Lolly or Wanda (can't remember who) was right in calling her Jezza-Belle. Hopefully Belle is just playing kissy-face with Turd Bird only when Lib is out of the area. Shame on you, Belle.
Very strange doings on FB. Shar commented that Sissy is home and eating mashed taters....I tried to comment and it said I didn't have permission to do so.....refreshed page and her post was GONE! ARGH! Anyway, Shar and Sissy, I said that mashed taters was a great "first" home-cooked meal!
I agree about FB doing weird things. I like FB as I have said before if nothing more then checking on grandkids and look at pics of them. And also keeping tract of dear friends.
I am taking a break Shirley do you have a deadline on grading ... I think it is nice you can relax and blog.
I need to run to Home Depot to have my blind sent out to company and fixed so on the way back my nephew and I will make a stop at nest, he wanted to go see the eagles.
Doing a load of dark laundry and realized there a tissue in jeans pocket... As I was putting clothes n dryer. Oooops. obviously shd have checked pockets a little closer. Also found two 20s. Yippeee. And that's my laundry TIP of the day. Ha
I'm heading off to the land of no internet, aka my parents house. Gonna hang out with my Grandma and my sister, and my nieces, and my brand new nephew.
Needed to "rest my back(side)" a couple of hours ago..just woke up! Hahahaha.
Thanks for the Iowan links to cams, Hedgie, Dana, Beagle.
I think one of those my uncle, who lives in Sioux City, emailed me yesterday. Not sure which one right now. Come to think of it, I think that uncle-aunt sent me the link to Sheptown 6 or 7 years ago.
All too fast and furious to get pics. Maybe Paula was recording. Fingers crossed...... would like to see slo-mo.....didn't get a good look to be sure who it was.......sure would like to think it might have been Lib.
Steve and I decided that going to the nest today was not a good idea. We just have SO much stuff around here that needs doin'. We got very far behind with illnesses, my post illness costochondritis, some extra hours of work for me and a lot more hours for him.....maybe nest weekend.
I am thinking (and I know that is a dangerous thing) that whoever the other one was had a fish and Belle was trying to get it from him. Flew off once, came back, she went after him again and he took off again.
Thanks, Shirley!!! I kind of thought that was what you were talking about, but I couldn't make out the right words with those initials!! I'll catch on yet....

Hi, Jo. Have a good day. See you later.
Just took a few pictures of the pretty flowers and trees, but got cold doing it.

Oh My Look at the sign on's - we are a group of oldie Momsters.. lol
Lynn-Hedgie found pictures of Mai name back to Trixie. She sure looks milder in those pictures. Doesn't she?
Morning, Jo, Dana, Sharon, Hedgie, Strong H.
Has anyone seen the pair lately or have any news relating to them??
C(°ٿ°)D Jim
BWE is feeding chicks. BWO is stacking lumber at a record pace.
C(°ٿ°)D Jim
LOL Jo! Watch out who you call oldie!!!!☺
Dana, the foster mom says they are wearing her out and then she settles! Afraid I was worn out long before she was and would never calm down!

C(°ٿ°)D Jim
Well, just talked to Sissy and she gets to come home. She is doing really well today, so much better than ever anticipated. God is good!!!
Good morning everyone! Glad to hear that Sharon.
Glad Sissy is recovering and coming home.
The hospital isn't a good place to rest. Home is so much better.
Good chilly morning to you all.
The Alcoa nest now has a chick.
Magpie I hope you see this.
I always read your posts no matter how many. You have a sweet inner spirit.
Sharon so glad Sissy is getting to come home. With this "new superbug that is being picked up in hospitals", I'm glad she will be home.
At Davenport Iowa eagle nest first egg laid Feb. 17 hatched sometime today 37 days. They still have 2nd egg laid Feb. 20th to hatch.
Dana, is the Davenport the same as Decorah?
Yippee....Sissy back in her roost! That will be healing in itself! Hospitals are no place to be for long!
Congrats to Alcoa!
lol Lolly should I say 'familiar Momsters'. I do like reading the comments from our new fresh thinking Momsters. Keeps me young & alive but
sometimes confused. I can't run with the big dogs anymore. I am becoming a lurker at times. But here I am!
BEagle no different nest this nest is near the Mississippi River
(f) Liberty (m) Justice.
Both parents on the TH nest. Can't tell if their egg has hatched yet, but I don't "think" so.
C(°ٿ°)D Jim
Jo, you will never be able to go from the Matriarch of the Eaglet Momsters to a lurker!
The Phoebe's chicks are looking fluffy.
BEagle I am doing a re-check on that? About Davenpot and decorah.
I keep checking the TH and WE nests. Haven't seen any hatchings yet.
TH first egg was on February 17th so it's about time. They lost one of their eggs and who would know which one.
Someone said they figured out how to expand the screen size of the Alcoa feed. Anyone here know how?
I think it may be too early for Decorah to hatch Dana.
At the bottom of the Alcoa (oh....now I see that the Alcoa nest is the Davenport nest....:)
Anyway, at the bottom of the cam it says BITGRAVITY. To the left is the volume and to the left of volume is the expansion button.
Nest Update Saturday March 26
Belle and Truder visited from 6.36a-6.41a. Digging in the bowl, some beaking
Here's the Decorah nest.
http://www.ustream.tv/channel/decorah-eagles#utm_campaigne=synclickback&source=http://www.raptorresource.org/falcon_cams/decorah_eagle_xcel.html&medium=3064708
Shheeezzz!
Ok BEagle have both nest up Davenport (Alcoa) and Decorah are different nest. Davenport (Alcoa) has a 2nd egg laid Feb 20th that needs to hatch. Decorah laid 3 eggs
Feb. 23, Feb. 26, Mar.2 and eagle just flew off nest. No hatch there yet but the egg has pits and cracks. So I'm expecting a hatch soon---
http://www.raptorresource.org/falcon_cams/index.html
Thanks, BEagle. It was so small I couldn't see it.
Decorah - 3 eggs laid 2/23, 2/26, 3/2
Decorah 37 days would make 37 days would be April 1st
Oh, an FYI on the Eagles4Kids nest....Larry and Lucy...Lucy hasn't been seen since last Saturday March 19. They don't know what happened. Thankfully no eggs or chicks in nest.
The first Decorah egg was laid on February 23.
That was the first of three.
That first egg is what they are calling a dirty egg. It is not a white egg.
No, BEagle, they are different nests.
Decorah
Davenport
The second and third eggs are the normal white eggs. Interesting.
Oh no. Lucy hasn't been seen.
When I checked the eagles4kids this morning that must have been Larry on the nest then.
I finally put a magnifying glass next to my machine for spotting little gizmos on these sites.
:)
Sharon, glad to hear Sissy is going home. Glad everything went well!
Too bad about the eaglesforkids female. Glad there weren't any eggs......but a tough lesson for the kids there, too. Hope she just decided to relocate and that nothing happened to her.
Maybe Larry wonders where Lucy is.
:(
Forgot to tell you----someone last night mentioned peanut butter and honey sandwich.....saw in store this week that the major manufacturers all have jars of pb/honey combo now, both smooth and crunchy! How about that?

Hi eagle peeps. Nest visitors, bundle up, it's COLD and windy!!!!
The kids may have the faith to see Lucy back at the nest. Many possibilities.
Hedgie I just had a PB&J. Thanks for the PB&H update.
Thank you for the updates on the NCTC nest Paula. I need to direct my friends at work to this blog.
You would think they found it by now!
I just wonder how long it will be before we have some sort of understanding of what happened and what will happen with Liberty and Belle!!
I think someone said that it's faster to have comments emailed.
I don't but I use the 'home' and 'end' keys to navigate from top to bottom.
When on the posting page you have to put your cursor outside the comment box then hit 'end' to get to the bottom.
Yes, PA-Lynn, you need to refresh. This blog does not automatically refresh. I just grab the little tab at the right of the blog and scroll down. Do not know if there is a more efficient way to do that, but what I do works fine for me.
Yes, Lynne, same thing for me. Refresh, scroll down. Sometimes it puts me back at the last message before the refresh, but more often it doesn't.
Thanks BEagle! Any bit of help is appreciated when you're a like me!

Meant to say when you're a "newbie" like me!! Thanks for the suggestions. Didn't want to miss a shortcut if there was one!
Every time I check on the White Rock eagle I get the impression that the eagle would rather be in the air than sitting on the nest. LOL
Duty calls though.
If you click completely out of the comment box, below the line under the "publish your comment", and then hit ctrl + end, it will take you to the bottom of the page and ctrl + home will bring you back to the top.
So magpie said I wouldn't get anything done today, and she is probably right. I just wanted to say Good Morning and I will ATTEMPT to work and catch up at the same time. LOL
Still have not been able to catch TH eagle (82?) off the egg cup.
I hope they fare well with their remaining egg.
And I must go after a few more nest stops. BBL.
Lynn. That was Jo w the peanut butter and homey. Yummy
Okay I'll double digit it ☺
BEagle: You are sweet, and others also who said Okay to all my Magpie-ing this morning...

Yay and Double Yay about our Sissy Bev ☺
Thanks for the new thread Steve
I promise to behave
Just checked the ISS sightings....every day coming up for over a week, but early morning hours---most after daylight starts, so probably can't see it!
and now to fantasize:
the Shadow or non-shadow as it is now on the nest, is that of the Invisible yet Invincible Liberty keeping an Eagle Eye on his Royal Sycamore Palace
Good Day to everyone here right now, and later on...
Good morning everybody. I hope you are having a lovely day.
Glad that Sharon's Sissy is feeling better than expected.
And I LOVE the periodic updates from Paula, and sometimes others.
I have a question about beaking: I have not Googled it yet, but I assume it is part of bonding? Does it occur more often with new couples? Thanks.
Oh Margy. That's so sweet. Will always remember.
Lynn - no problem, I was going to joke that at least today we took the time to open the newspaper !
Neat about the Superintendent and the Eagle, bears repeating
thanks for the ISS Alert, we will need to tell our newcomers about that :
International Space Station, orbits the earth 23 times a day, and there are times when it is very visible to view with the "naked" eye
like an airplane, no blinking lights, catches the rays of the rising or setting sun....and is Awesome!
Have to add, Paula got me hookeed !
More on all that, maybe later

BEagle, when I first viewed your avatar after a little nap, I thought it was clown fish swimming...duh! just wasn't focused
PammySue you will get a good answer from an Eagle Expert ☺
Heather
some say, that it being a juvenile, with rougher feathers and puffing up some...it looked pretty large, again others will tweak this for you
Hello everyone! Just doing a quick check on the updates. I have to run we'll be picking up Tim's kids for the week. Still lurking LOL!
Okay, thank you magpie. So the consensus right now is that it is a male?
I think Mr. and Mrs. Mema Jo know how to keep the right kind of company on here !
Enjoy your dinner and family time Jo and Mr. Jo ☺
Oh Sharon Glad to hear that Sissy's doing well!☻
Pammy. Don't know if it's a techie term but was used to describe their touching beaks as if kissing.
can say this Heather...
not sure if the NCTC neighbor couple are seeing a male or males, Liberty and/or other ones...but the consensus is that the Intruder on the nest is a Male
- the one also seen perching in the above-nest branches with Belle
that is from careful study of comparison pictures, behavior...
and...some other factors
and don't worry about double posting - we all do it, we call it a stutter or a hiccup...now if your post is REALLLY long you might want to go through that bother of trashcanning it ☺
Pam. Not just new couples. Have seen pairs do this in eagles and ospreys, which are what I watch mostly.
Thanks for the call over Jim,♥ morning everyone!!! I've been trying to catch up, but it's dang near impossible☺☺☺.
Sharon, could you manage to have your avatar up even when you aren't posting? Your smile makes me smile - love it!☺♥
I finished reading the page and now I see that Sissy is going home.
Just saw that Geraldine Ferrarro just passed away
oops, forgot to say glad to hear Bev is feeling well enough to need her TEA!!! So happy for her.☺
Geraldine Ferraro has just passed away at 75. First woman candidate for Vice President.
PA-Lynn before you do refresh this blog remember time of last post just in case it doesn't take you back to it but to the top.
FYI. While the NCTC resident couple is.very nice and SEE eagles every day, I think maybe not very knowledgabe about eagles. Thought B and T were residents of the nest. Also said eaglet was doing fine because momma would regurgitate food to feed. I'm just sayin...
Something a few seconds ago flew under the nest bird? eagle? couldn't till too low. Was headed from left to right.
Watching CNN, too, Robyn?
I don't watch it as much since Kathryn and Hunter came to live with me.
Kind of a family joke that I watch it as much as I do. My mother was addicted to CNN when she lived alone.
going to add this Blogging Tip

NO I don't watch CNN but did catch it elsewhere.
I figured with Liz Taylor passing then Ferrarro I wonder if the 3's will be all female this time...
Iris!
that is sweet what you said about Sharon ☺
Heather, another thing, these birds are large, Period!
I had read from others about the feathers being a little ruffled and puffy...more can add to that...

It can be very frustrating when you write an earth-shaking message and it gets snapped up by the blogger cop.
Of course, I have been known to hit "delete" instead of copy. But that is my problem. Can't blame the blogger cop then.
Hi JudyE hope the work day goes fast! Love the new avatar,
also
Mariadangleart's - the horses !
and everyone else's !
Have eagles visited the nest since siting at 6:30a?
wvgal dana
Thanks for the tip. You can miss a lot if you leave even for a short 30 minutes!
Little chick in view at Alcoa!!
up until 10:30 - not Susan,
and since about an hour ago, not
Hello Again Pa-Lynn!!
I think Jezza-Belle is perfect, at least for now.
Thanks so much, Iris, for saying that. I was going to change my avatar so you all wouldn't have to look at my mug anymore!
I like your avatar, Sharon.
By the Way:
Blogger "cop" will present itself as a Conflicting Edit message
Service Error 503 - check posts to see if your actually DID publish...often, usually, it does!
others have pointed that out, I am just plagiarizing ☺
which reminds me: Where did Judie go ??? one post and she has disappeared !
Yes, Sharon, and maybe Liberty DID mess with some skanky turkey vulture and Belle is giving him a dose of his own medicine.
Should we dare name this soap-opera-like event? Of course, there is As The Nest Turns, but that is not very creative . . .
Shirley. Have a fried who's addicted to the weather channel. So funny.
Isn't this all so edcational? We observe, read, visit the nest and at the end of the day... It's all up to Mother Nature.
Hmm, Jezabel. Our Belle might not be a match for her. But she seems to be engaging an extramarital affair here.
So maybe she is playing along, keeping the bachelor eagle busy to protect Lib?
Playing kissy kissy in the nest?
Survival of the fittest. No love lost?
Lots to learn about eagles.
As the Nest Turns . . .
Peyton Place of the Eagle World . . .
Keep watching.
Well, I would take Wolf Blitzer and Anderson Cooper over the Weather Channel. But there is more to life than any of them.
We have eagles.
So nice to have Eaglet Momsters to share this nest and share our observations. Thanks to you all!!
Oooops and Dadsters. Sorry bout that.
Shirley. Make that a fried friend. Hahaha
I heard a horn honk!
headed out...

Didn't even notice the typo, WV Sus.
Hedgie, it looked like a double post so I deleted 1 and both are gone. Try again. :)
I agree about FB doing weird things.
I like FB as I have said before if nothing more then checking on grandkids
and look at pics of them. And also keeping tract of dear friends.
I am taking a break
Shirley do you have a deadline on grading ... I think it is nice you can relax and blog.
BBL & I may lurk awhile before I do
HONK IF YOU LIKE LIBERTY ♥♥
Hubby didn't get a pic due to the statue of Liberty not being on the corner.
I need to run to Home Depot to have my blind sent out to company and fixed so on the way back my nephew and I will make a stop at nest, he wanted to go see the eagles.
I have a deadline. It's Monday.
One HONK for Lib.
A question. A blind? Are you going to hide in it and watch from that? Or are you talking about blinds for windows?
Statue of Liberty?
I am confused.
Doing a load of dark laundry and realized there a tissue in jeans pocket... As I was putting clothes n dryer. Oooops. obviously shd have checked pockets a little closer. Also found two 20s. Yippeee. And that's my laundry TIP of the day. Ha
HONK....HONK.....
I use to see the Statue of Liberty almost everyday, what a sight. Funny I lived in Staten Island and never once went to the Island she is on
Well twenties are much better than used tissues!
LOL Susan I always tell Tori to make sure her pockets are empty before she tosses them in the hamper, does she listen? NO! Kids
Hello jennyl moon.
I'm heading off to the land of no internet, aka my parents house. Gonna hang out with my Grandma and my sister, and my nieces, and my brand new nephew.
Have a good day, you guys.
Probably will not be able to catch up later. :(
Bye, PammySue.
CLUNK!!!!
we have a visitor in the tree
Shook tree that time.....wonder who?? Come on down!
C(°ٿ°)D Jim
I hear and now see an eagle!
Chirp, shadow......and Belle.....and HIM and HP and off.
just what the hell was that?
More screaming and he's back and she chased him off.
She's not having any part of that HP nonsense NOW.
Robyn,
Looking forward to the report from the nest area! Hope you can see something!
Hey Robyn. Be sure to send this to your mom on LOTL:

hi Jenny.
T m nest. Maybe HPAttemt. B there too. T flew off and screaming.
T off and whining
All too fast and furious to get pics. Maybe Paula was recording. Fingers crossed......
would like to see slo-mo.....didn't get a good look to be sure who it was.......sure would like to think it might have been Lib.
Oh sorry, don't mean to be a potty mouth.
Good afternoon all!
Steve and I decided that going to the nest today was not a good idea. We just have SO much stuff around here that needs doin'. We got very far behind with illnesses, my post illness costochondritis, some extra hours of work for me and a lot more hours for him.....maybe nest weekend.
Which eagle is in the nest now?? Looks male to me, but I don't see any brown on the head at all.
C(°ٿ°)D Jim
Shucks. Missied it! HP? Really?? Golly.
Shucks. Missied it! HP? Really?? Golly.
there appeared to be some white feathers on that other eagle's back like Truder has....too fast an episode!
The tail feathers don't look long enough to be Belle, does it?
Got a lttle excited there. Male that HP attempt. T in tree. B standing n nest
So, the Truder tried HP? And she chased him off?
I think there was food being brought in too.
That's Belle
Sounds like Belle calling out
Belle calling. For whom does Belle call?
Very interesting. . .
Definitely T on B
Right and stuff happened too quick to see much of the other eagle but I am pretty sure I saw a fish.
B wasn't n a bottoms up mood.
Honk Honk, Jenny!! ROBYN---could we hear a honk if you are on the road???
Doesn't sound like she is cussin' at him.
B still n nest. T still whining er calling.
Fish? Where did the fish go?
Is it Belle doing the calling?
Sharon, do you think Belle brought in a fish?
I'm sure someone somewhere has video.
That was some fast action.
I just saw her beak move. She is calling.
She is really watching something and still calling out.
Maybe she is sitting on a fish?
I am thinking (and I know that is a dangerous thing) that whoever the other one was had a fish and Belle was trying to get it from him. Flew off once, came back, she went after him again and he took off again.
B looks anxious but not for HP
So the intruder has the fish? Maybe that is why she is calling.
Belle shook and poofed.
Poof Belle. No fish in nest.
B does a good shake and off to rt.
Lynn2
I had that costochondritis in December. I had never heard of it before and man was it painful. I thought I had pnemonia!
Okay, for the NEWBIE, what is HP?
I know it doesn't stand for a computer!
Well that was sure exciting!!
Wish LoL would make up their minds. Now Cam 1 is back on the nesting box. WHY????
HP=Hanky-Panky. (Mating.)
Now can we call intruder Rudy??
Well, from what I read, the intruder does does not sound like a "Trudy."
I say Rudy it is.
Thanks, Shirley!!! I kind of thought that was what you were talking about, but I couldn't make out the right words with those initials!! I'll catch on yet....
Yup, good observation Sharon, he had a fish, wouldn't share. Look at very beginning of video

Intruder landed in nest now other eagle came in.
Intruder just left
Wish I had not been messing with a frozen computer screen. I missed most of the action. Hope someone got it.
Rudy back.
Saw a shadow below.
Now Belle? Eating a fish?
See shadows of eagle that flew.
Eagle in nest brought in food is eating.
Ha. B has the fish. T landed and took off. That's our girl.
Susan when you first posted the link I emailed to mom then.
If I remember Lynn I will honk, we are leaving around 3 to head to Ranson for HD then paneras to grab a sandwich to bring to nest
Poof again.
Still don't actually see a fish. No fish.
Rudy back.
Nestorations.
