very wet and sloppy and getting colder, more windy, water coursing through all the little runs and rivulets pretty good... need to read back on the old thread to see what everyone has been up to...
Rain has lightened up greatly when I took the trash out, so did not get hardly wet at all. But I came in crying because of the dogs next door. I am friends now with the Animal Control officer and I am just going to call her tomorrow and see what she can do....I just can't stand it anymore. Just makes me so angry and sad.
Got back a little while ago from picking Luna up at Rus and Rebecca's. Cold wind and rain out there. Not fun to be outdoors.
We enjoyed the Globetrotters. It's the third time we've seen them. I remember watching them on television when I was a child. That, as I recall, was the day of Meadowlark Lemon.
Hunter has a third basketball to add to his collection.
Margy, if you can get $25 tickets, that is a bargain. Ours cost $40 each. Pretty good seats, though.
The kitties were very interested in Luna. They stayed close by to watch. There was a little hissing when one thought Luna was too close. They usually make themselves quite scarce when we are there--at least Henry does. He is a shy kitty.
Yes, our trip today means that Kathryn has been up there every day since Tuesday. I think she may see about taking Luna to a local vet for a pressure check tomorrow.

Accidentally posted on the old thread, so I brought it over here.
Hi all! Just got home. Wow, we accomplished a lot! We boxed everything that did not sell and moved it to the garage. Also, the estate sale folks also had stuff there and we had to separate it from Faye's stuff and moved it to the garage too. Jack fixed the broken screen door on her porch and removed all nails and hangers from the walls. Laurel, vacuumed, mopped and scrubbed the bathrooms. I spot cleaned the carpet, packed, and scrubbed the counters. House looks great and ready to be sold. Hopefully it will go on the market tomorrow.
When we ready to leave, Laurel discovered her battery was dead. While we were waiting for Joey to bring jumper cables, Laurel moved a garbage can, bumped a lawn sprinkler pipe and water sprayed everywhere. It was a comedy of errors! However, two wonderful neighbors came running with tools to cut off the water. Yea! Poor Laurel was in tears. Alls well, ends well. Got her car started and she headed home. Joey said the sprinkler system needed spring checking anyway and they can fix that pipe.
She has spring break week after next. We will help her with the lawn then. It needs mowing, weed eating and edging.
Now....may I vent????? This is Joey's mother's house. What did Joey do? Nothing! What will Joey do for the lawn....NOTHING! Excuse me while I SCREAM!!
Oh, Shirley, good to have you back. Glad you enjoyed the show! I remember Meadowlark Lemon!! Don't blame Kat at all for wanting to stay close to home if at all possible tomorrow. Poor Luna.
Shucks, just got 503-ed. I had been saving the messages, but not the last one.
Was thinking snow when the temps dropped into the low 40s this afternoon, though it needs to be a bit colder for that. The wind is miserable. Blowing hard.
I started a fire in the fireplace when we got home. Very cozy.
caught your message on the other thread Shirley, so sorry for all this traveling for Kathryn, for many reasons but one being the outrageous rise in gasoline prices! tough on the body, tough on the heart, and tough on the pocketbook !
Glad you are home roosting at your roost now, and way cool, Hunter has a Third Basketball...
cannot make the Globetrotters show Tuesday, not enough notice or planning time, but James's father will keep an eye on their schedule for the next time they pass close to the area
Well I guess I just got home in time from the grocery store. If it is snowing yuck!!
I had brought Smart Balance "all Natural" peanut butter. Gluten and Lactose free. Don't have to refrigate either. o hydrogenated oil, no refined sugar, 0g trans fatty acides, 320 mg of Omega-3 in ALA per serving.
I question the 19% - Maybe they have been giving us a daily %. She was 22% all day yesterday. Mai will move into the next poll. We need more votes because in one of the other categories one had 40%
I stopped to see my Great Niece. Of course she is beautiful ( : She does not look like she weighs 7lb 13oz. She had on a preemie outfit and it was too big. I couldn't hold her this time cause I had vacuumed and dusted the house. My hands were not strong enough. I'll make sure I get to hold her the next time. She kept ahold onto my finger for a long time lol
I hate to grocery shop in the rain and then have to get wet loading the groceries into the car. Today was tough. And, we had Kathryn's car. We need to finish clearing out the garage so that her car can fit. I always park in the garage, but her SUV needs some extra space cleared out.
I had never had seen of the snow prediction Lolly when I was watching... mostly just squally stuff, guess because the temperatures dropped with cold front coming pushing through I hear some Southern parts of the state got half a foot of snow though...
Good Evening! Already??? Been raining heavily for awhile andv windy, too! Found pics in camera that hadn't been deleted (thank goodness) and saw a cool critter today by surprise---put on blog. I have to read back & see what's up ☺
Egads, forgot to tell everyone that our friends from Paw Paw called this afternoon and had about an inch of snow! Jerry said he was watching the car race and the snow fall!!
Dear Lolly, I read the Faye's house saga & I was wondering, too, about "where was her son?????" She should refuse to go back there on her break, but I know the reason will probably be he can't get off work. Feel free to do a Maxine vent like I did this morning about 'puter changes!! LOL
Movie finished - deck is white white and it is still coming down. I just didn't think the temps were going to drop enough for us to get the snow they had in the forecast.
I hope the BWEaglett doesn't decide to stick his head out from under mom tonight
wow that was a quick update full of neat stuff Paula... your visit, Lake Washington Colorado
so glad you got home okay with the wintry weather
I was watching late when things were very dark and ghostly, at one point it seemed Liberty moved like he was going to get up...but I never really saw him get all the way up...and I never saw a second eagle... it got too dark for me to see much after that, and I did not note the time it occurred
I have a lot of catching up to do....but Lolly, I sure am glad I saw what you said when you screamed, because I was spitting out the same words while I was reading everything that Joey HADN'T done!!!!!! Grrrrrrr.
I think that Sharon had a good birthday Everyone is blaming her about the snow being a b-day wish. Hope Megan is doing ok - I'm not certain is Steve's mom ventured home today & if so I hope it was early before bad weather. Lynne is lucky to have a mil that knows the right time to be there and especially for making the Pineapple Up-side-down cake!
Paula, It is fun to watch those little ones walking all over the place, isn't it? Jayden seems to run everywhere. He just can't wait to get where he is going, so he runa:) I'll bet she looks like a wind up doll:)
Thanks for tolerating my scream. I am so blessed to have such a wonderful hubby who does things, who sees things that need to be done and jumps in there and does them. He is a fixer!
Joey is not. I will not go on about what he does not do. It is just too frustrating. Laurel loves him, so I keep my mouth quiet. Laurel is like us and she is not afraid of hard work.
I am so sorry you are all having yucky weather. It was cold here this morning, 34, but warmed up into the 60's. We do have a chance of rain Tuesday. Hope so as we need it badly.
We have about an inch of snow on our grill, but not sticking to the patio or the sidewalk. This was all a surprise to me. I seldom listen to the weather anymore and am use to Megan giving the forecast.
GG was very good today...feeling good and eating good. I made her french fries (something she hasn't had in years) and Tilapia. Had a spinach dip and Hawaiian bread as an appetizer. She ate half the fish and half of the fries and said she didn't want anymore...I left her plate on the table and little by little she ate it all:)
There is some snow in the nest, so it's impossible to tell at this dark hour where Belle's head is. Seeing blobs of white all over nest instead of the usual one.
27° here right now, ground is snow covered. Today's wild weather-sunny Sunny. Highs in the upper 40s. Northwest winds 15 to 20 mph. Gusts up to 45 mph...decreasing to 30 mph this afternoon. 2 hr school delay here in MD- probably due to water issues as much as snow.
Good morning everyone. I am hoping and waiting for that Sunshine at the nest blog so I can open up my pop up. Maybe soon after reading the nestcast :-). i surely hope so. At least our egglets have the added shell right now to help mom and dad keep them warm and dry. I am worried about the 3 at Blackwater. But read where both parents were tenting together there some yesterday. They will all do OK I certainly hope but remember those first few storms my first year of watching when i saw the devotion and care of parenting that eagles were displaying for us. It should be a required course before HP for humans to see how some parenting is actually done in this world. OK I will now get off that soapbox. Wishing you all a good day.
Yes, Lori is right----snow is very iced! Just made the trek to get the papers and put the trash can away before it blows away! Crunch, crunch with every step.
Darn, wish we had sound. I think the first post about the beak may be one of the trolls. Anyway, I don't see any holes in the eggs, I think there was something stuck to one of them, or it was a shadow.
I believe the next round of voting opens around 11AM for PretroMix! I submitted a different picture, as suggested by the sponsors, but since they are giving us til MN to do that, it may not change until tomorrow.
Wow, I just got up!! Haven't slept that long since I was a teenager! Was sooo tired last night. Can't remember what I did??
I love what GLO said about classes befor HP in adults!;)
Last year, when GG watched our eagles tending to Palmer, she said, "wouldn't the world be a better place if humans took that much care in raising their children?"
Hi all! March is a weird month here too! towards the end of the week there's snow predicted in the north of the country, the hilly places in the center of the country and maybe in Jerusalem. This happens almost every year!
Yea, I saw that comment about both eggs cracking. It's probably just some grass stuck to the egg. Today is only day 30 for the first egg and day 27 for the second egg.
Lolly You can vent here anytime. Yes your Jack and you are really doers (if that is a word). I just don't understand men like Joey. I ask myself what they think they buy a house and they don't need to keep the yard work up????? Wife has enough to do with the children. I just grrrrr sometimes at some men. Others just know and do!!! Now that's what I call a GOOD MAN ( :
Good Morning Everyone.. Sun is shinning and I hope the snow with ice under it soon melts away. Last night's weather mentioned yet another storm system moving towards us - I hope it is all rain. Sorry Margy got called in on a planned day off. Kristen is coming down today. That's my bright spot.
It's all marsh area that they burn so I don't think there's any worry about deer. They do the burns in small sections so the wildlife just moves over. Not sure what the ultimate purpose is.
Lynn I see 2 new sets of photographs on the Petromix site. They have 2 divisions: The Precious and The Fetching. I see some pics that I know were very low % in the voting but I don't see Mai. What's with that?
Both Mom and Dad (I mean the Lord & Lady) are in the nest! Quite a family Quite different then they were 2 yrs ago when the Lord didn't seem to know what to do.

That's a Big 10-4 Steve !
Been out in this wet mess myself...I will go tell the others
Thank You!
Well thanks, Margy! Quite a surprise. Hope your day was great despite the weather.
Andy, sounds like a lot of fun at the dog park. Wish we had something like that here. No such luck in a rural area. I bet all 3 of you are pooped!

In case it was missed on the old thread: ARMY WIVES returns tonight!!!! 9PM Eastern on Lifetime!!
Yep, Margy, still in a flood watch until MN. It is 34° now.
We were up towards Hagerstown and
Came home on RT 40. The creeks we passed are swollen.
I really don't want to see a snowflake

You sure are right about being out in this weather.

Sleeting and snowing both here.
Wow, what a day Lolly!
As Hedgie would say, you two were whirling dervishes!
Note I said TWO and not THREE hint hint, got your drift through your vent
Glad to read that Paula and Nugz are going "out" for dinner at John and AJAys -
sounds like Glo had a good day, Glo and Dex and everyone at the "workplace" no doubt!
Yes Jo...lots and lots of running and standing and falling water !
good to be IN, and OUT of that mess
wondering of this will lead to some school delays or cancellations Monday, throughout the state...will go check that site and report back soon

Take Care hope to see you wonderful people tomorrow.
Great report on Taylor Nichole, Dana, thank you ! ♥

Good evening all. Thanks so much for all the birthday wishes. This has been such a wonderful day.
..as Birthdays should be, Sharon !
Good to see you here with us ♥
Hey Sharon! Glad you had a wonderful day! Hear you are getting a bit forgetful. LOL Glad you remembered where to find us. ♥ U
I need some help with the link to the place I can vote for Mai. I am not finding it. Thanks!
Happy birthday, Sharon.
Vote for Mai here
Go to the Fetching Division.
Sharon, what kind of weather are you getting there ?
Pendleton and Hampshire Counties, WV school just posted delays for Monday
I think that list will grow
Thanks, Lolly. I voted.
I had used a link on FB when I voted before, but I could not find it. I need to save the link this time.
Interesting comments about Mai at the bottom of the page.
Need to do some laundry tonight. I am wondering if there will be school delays around here.
We really ran into some hard rain on our journey down I-95 this afternoon. Had a nice visit with Rus and Rebecca, though.
I hate to grocery shop in the rain and then have to get wet loading the groceries into the car. Today was tough. And, we had Kathryn's car. We need to finish clearing out the garage so that her car can fit. I always park in the garage, but her SUV needs some extra space cleared out.
BTW Hubby and I are watching a movie.
BBL
Laundry will have to wait. I am heading upstairs to my bed. See you tomorrow. God bless and good night.
Ad.....it is snowing like crazy....ground is covered. BooHiss.
Winter weather advisory until 2AM.
Good Night Shirley...
yeah, agree with you about grocery shopping in the rain, did some of that with James and his father today
Wow, think it is snowing at Blackwater, ghostly views at BWO and at BWE, very wet and partly snowy-like eagle parent
the temperatures will be a big factor overnight, Lynn
do you think Charlie will take Carolyn in or will she tough it out on her own ?
Golly, gee whiz! Did they predict your snow?
I had never had seen of the snow prediction Lolly when I was watching...
mostly just squally stuff, guess because the temperatures dropped with cold front coming pushing through
I hear some Southern parts of the state got half a foot of snow though...
Mercer, where Bluefield is, just put up a delay for Monday
Good Evening! Already???
Been raining heavily for awhile andv windy, too!
Found pics in camera that hadn't been deleted (thank goodness) and saw a cool critter today by surprise---put on blog.
I have to read back & see what's up ☺
Egads, forgot to tell everyone that our friends from Paw Paw called this afternoon and had about an inch of snow! Jerry said he was watching the car race and the snow fall!!
great surprise picures, Loretta !
late dinner time here
back later
Big full tenting at BWE
Our cam is a flakey puzzle?? I guess that is Belle's head at about 9:00 & tail up in the air at 1:00??!!
BWE Lady is tenting.
Dear Lolly, I read the Faye's house saga & I was wondering, too, about "where was her son?????"
She should refuse to go back there on her break, but I know the reason will probably be he can't get off work.
Feel free to do a Maxine vent like I did this morning about 'puter changes!! LOL
You got it, Loretta. And I see that big tenting going on at BWE, too.
Wow, Paula! She almost looks like a big fish!
Shirley, glad the kitties did well with Luna. Glad ya'll enjoyed the Globetrotters. I remember Meadowlark Lemon, too.
Lolly, no problem with you screaming here about the lawn! I hear ya!
Anyone see our eagles switch this evening? Didn't see any comments.
Had a nice evening up at John & Ajays. Gianni is so cute walking around the house! Had fun playing cars and hide and seek with Brensin and Cohen.
Gianni was afraid of Nugz when we first got there. Would scream anytime he came close. But, by the end of the evening, she was petting Nugz :)
It was sleeting at John's when I left, but then turned to snow halfway home. Still snowing here now, big wet sloppy flakes.
Lake washington live stream is back online.
Movie finished - deck is white white
and it is still coming down. I just didn't think the temps were going to drop enough for us to get the snow they had in the forecast.
I hope the BWEaglett doesn't decide to stick his head out from under mom tonight
Colorado has 3 eggs.
Looks like Mom has things well covered at BWE!
wow that was a quick update full of neat stuff Paula...
your visit,
Lake Washington
Colorado
so glad you got home okay with the wintry weather
I was watching late when things were very dark and ghostly, at one point it seemed Liberty moved like he was going to get up...but I never really saw him get all the way up...and I never saw a second eagle...
it got too dark for me to see much after that, and I did not note the time it occurred
Slow mo egg roll, looks like Belle. Don't see a shake off.
Head now facing 11ish
Now a shake off and wiggle wiggle, facing 2ish
Well, Army Wives was not ALL THAT! God, but none of the edge of your seat stuff the previews depicted. Guess it will come later in the season.
It is still snowing....and they are saying 1-3".....I'd say we already have one.
I have a lot of catching up to do....but Lolly, I sure am glad I saw what you said when you screamed, because I was spitting out the same words while I was reading everything that Joey HADN'T done!!!!!! Grrrrrrr.
I think Laurel should take spring break and go away.......leave Joey to do what needs to be done.
I think that Sharon had a good birthday
Everyone is blaming her about the snow being a b-day wish.
Hope Megan is doing ok -
I'm not certain is Steve's mom ventured home today & if so I hope it was early before bad weather.
Lynne is lucky to have a mil that knows the right time to be there and especially for making the Pineapple Up-side-down cake!
News time and then heading into the
pillows. I am so glad Hunter got that basketball - maybe it had autographs on it.
You all take care and be careful when you go out in the morning... Hopefully there will be school delays where necessary for safety's sake
Tee Hee Lynn, Lolly sounded like you last night and the left behind fence stakes when she was talking about Joey.
I think I mentioned last night that snow was predicted for us!
Shirley, I didn't realize that you all stayed up north last night! At Susan's? Oops---you went to bed already!
Margy, where do you get all of those school reports?
Having said that I better leave.....
Good Night and pleasant dreams to all
Prayers for everyone, their friends, their families & their pets
Hugs to all ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥
Make it thru the nigh Belle & Lady BW
Deputy just said that roads are getting very slick.
Margy, Carolyn is on the road. THey are having power outages of short duration in her area.
Thanks all for voting! LOL, Shirley...comments were by Dana, Wanda and my Carolyn. Don't know who the smart-aleck was!
Hope everyone has safe travels! ☺ ♥
Gonna see news & probably konk out, so Pleasant Feather Dreams to all ;>)
Had a darn SB on the TV this evening! Seems to be one a day lately in my house. Poor Lynne.....hope they have disappeared from her house.
Good night, my dear friends!!! Stay warm and safe, and have pleasant dreams! Prayers for all.
Lynn, I found about 5 of those SB's yesterday. Smushed em!
Little more snow on Belle...doesn't look too deep in the nest, think a lot of it melted at first.
Going to go fold the last load of laundry and hit the hay.
Hugs to all ♥
West Virginia School Closings and Delays
and there is a link on the
your4state.com
site for other areas besides WV -
if there are any
still only Pendleton, Hampshire, and Mercer in WV showing with delays...so far
Paula, It is fun to watch those little ones walking all over the place, isn't it? Jayden seems to run everywhere. He just can't wait to get where he is going, so he runa:)
I'll bet she looks like a wind up doll:)
Have been watching TV and now the news is over.
Thanks for tolerating my scream. I am so blessed to have such a wonderful hubby who does things, who sees things that need to be done and jumps in there and does them. He is a fixer!

Good Night to everyone from here too..
got busy doing something and got back on here late to say it in time before many slipped on past
Hope to see a late night post from Wanda...and some of our other night owls, and then Lori early in the morning but I might be sleeping for all that
Prayers for safe travels, now, in the morning...and all the time
God Bless Us, Every One
xoxo ♥
We have about an inch of snow on our grill, but not sticking to the patio or the sidewalk. This was all a surprise to me. I seldom listen to the weather anymore and am use to Megan giving the forecast.
Nite, Margy...
well while I was typing two of the night owls were posting...
Lolly, I did not mean to exclude Jack from my comment earlier about whirling dervishes...was just thinking of you and Laurel at time
'Night Wanda...and Gene...and Lolly & Jack
xoxox
GG was very good today...feeling good and eating good. I made her french fries (something she hasn't had in years) and Tilapia. Had a spinach dip and Hawaiian bread as an appetizer. She ate half the fish and half of the fries and said she didn't want anymore...I left her plate on the table and little by little she ate it all:)
I'm going to check my emails and facebook, then get some sleep...didn't get enough last night.
GOOD NIGHT MY FRIENDS
PRAYERS AND BLESSINGS FOR ALL
Was given more clothes for the Closet today and...$200 check for Soup Kitchen:) Yahoo!
Well, I am calling it a day as well. Guess we start voting again in the morning?
Good nite all! Sweet dreams!
Good morning Eagle crazies!
Got up and was shocked to see snow on the ground. WOW that wasn't in the forecast when I went to bed.
Last temp check was 33 so hopefully nothing has frozen.
Let's hear it for weather surprises -- BOOOOOO!
There is some snow in the nest, so it's impossible to tell at this dark hour where Belle's head is. Seeing blobs of white all over nest instead of the usual one.
Eeee-gads!
This is the darkest I've ever the nest.
Glad we're getting the big full moon AND DayLight Saving Time next week so we can keep our peepers pealed for the first eaglet !!!
LIGHT AT THE NEST AGAIN - thanks to infrared!
The snow that fell is surely frozen since it was such a wet snow.
BELLE is all snuggled in with her head turned back & tucked between her wings.
It even looks like a few snowflakes frozen on her pretty head. Hard to tell, it is a grainy picture until we get the natural sunlight.
I think LIB is in the area - she's watching something and probably hoping for a break.
OH, Bless her heart. Belle is soaking wet.
If I could climb 100' into the tree and she'd let me - I'd have a blanket up there in no time! :)
Not 100% sure, but I think I missed a switch - returned to egg rolling and wiggle, wiggle and a smaller looking Daddy caring for the eggs.
Looks like Belle is back - I'm guessing that's her.
Unbeliveable how wet they are!
Good Morning MEGAN. :)
Hi Glo!
I couldn't agree more on the parenting subject. Climb back up there on that soapbox!
I didn't get to see the BWE parents tenting the eaglets together, but I probably would have cried. How sweet!
It does make you cry the first time you see some of what goes on in these nests to raise their young. It surely does me. Its also very inspiring.
Well, GLO and MEGAN and YOU wonderful Eagle watchers who've yet to sign on this morning -
Have a beautiful day!
HTBBL (hoping to BBL) :)
A sunny, cold, windy Mon. morning greeting to all!
New pics from Bob Quinn are up for BW:
Bob Pics
Yes, Lori is right----snow is very iced! Just made the trek to get the papers and put the trash can away before it blows away!
Crunch, crunch with every step.
BWE bobbles are getting breakfast!
Thanks for that closings link, Margy! Much easier than trying to watch for the scrolling stuff on TV.
Anyone else just see the egg roll at the nest?
No Megan, I didn't. There are some comments on OD, tho. I think the first one about the beak is incorrect,
Darn, wish we had sound.
Belle just flew off, and our eggs are alone. Lots of sunny shadow.
Ha, Megan....don't know what that poster thought he/she saw......I didn't see anything unusual when she was off the nest.
Good Bright Sunny West Virginia Morning, Eagle Pals
My day off just turned into a workday -
10:30 - 4 pm -
oh well, Gas Money !!
did you all see that HUGE fish at BWE before it started becoming chow ?? A couple of hours ago it was...
Wowser, seemed almost as big as the parents !
Best wishes for a good day, I'l try to watch things from work !
xoxox

thanks for posting that!
So true !
Okay late-riser...enjoy your Monday, still hope to see you Tuesday at Soup Kitchen, and Yay !
on those clothes and money donations ☺
I was sleeping in until the phone rang also :)
but I was up around 7:15 to see the nests
okay bye fairy is standing ready
I don't know, now one of them is saying both eggs are cracking. I gotta stay away from those comments.
Hi all! March is a weird month here too! towards the end of the week there's snow predicted in the north of the country, the hilly places in the center of the country and maybe in Jerusalem. This happens almost every year!
Morning Lori, Megan, Glo, Paula, Margy, Lynn. Wanda, and lurkers.
Thanks Lori for the wishes for a beautiful day.
Sorry your mostly gone when I get here.
Margy glad you got some rest since you got the
call to go in. Take good care lady.
Lynn I am praying for you to GET WELL !!!
Wanda I do love what you said GG said. It is so very true.
Thanks Lynn will have to check out Bob's pictues. ( :
Good morning! Lynn - yes that was a controlled burn on Blackwater refuge property.
Yea, I saw that comment about both eggs cracking. It's probably just some grass stuck to the egg. Today is only day 30 for the first egg and day 27 for the second egg.
Okay, Bob. Ceil and I were wondering what happens to the wildlife when they do that? Do they drive the deer, etc. out somehow first??
Morning Geula you might get snow????
Hi Bob heading soon to see your pictures.
I was trying to find where Mai's picture is for voting today???
Lynne's MIL sure was nice to know how to feed the ill. Oh pineapple upside down cake will make
anyone feel "better" tee hee
OH, and I sent an email to Steve about the sound....please let me know when you hear sound.
LOL, Megan....and they certainly wouldn't both be hatching on the same day!! Rumor-mongers!
Margy, so sorry you got called in-----WOOF!!!
Dana, Lolly's poor Laurel was doing all of that hard work---with more to come---at Joey's late mothers' house!! And he wasn't!!!
Interesting looking fish remains at BWE...
I know Lynn ticks me off....sorry Lolly.
Bob what a beautiful assortment of nature pictures. That mallard duck close up is gorgeous.
Why do they need to do a burn at Blackwater? Is it so the grass doesn't take over the water areas?
I see some pics that I know were very low % in the voting but I
don't see Mai. What's with that?
Good Morning Bob - Headed over to view some wonderful pics of yours.
BWE eatin time...look how big they are. Little guy in front :)
Little guy just stole my heart!
not a link Jo I read your comment about voting for Mai. I am getting the same thing as you. Yes Lynn what is happening?
Both Mom and Dad (I mean the Lord & Lady) are in the nest! Quite a family
Quite different then they were 2 yrs ago when the Lord didn't seem to know what to do.
So now the guy wants NCTC to review footage.......give me a break!
cam zoomed back out
Belle up and flapping on the back of the nest, then finally off to the right.
Eggs appear to have shadows on them...no evidence of hatching.
I don't know what is going on unless there was a HUGE last minute rush of votes for the other dogs.........sent an email and waiting for a reply.
Cool return, landed on the short tree trunk at 10ish...could see shadow of eagle on nest before returning to the nest
******NEW THREAD********
Okay, here's the scoop.....they are still updating....page won't even open now at all! Got an email saying it should be ready soon! Will let you know!
