Hedgie hmmm sorry you can't get the cam to open. Works well for me although I don't have it opened right now. Guess I will go see if it has developed a problem. I hope not. I am running on firefox but that shouldn't make a difference.
DUH if you are reading the info then the link did open for you just not the webcam. Hmmm I honestly don't know what to suggest. I think for some browsers there was a plug in you had to allow. Seemed to load for me fine though first time in there.

I am sure she will receive counseling, and surely they will forgive her driving error. She was obviously in shock. Yes, it was, Lynn. The mother may have been named Ginny, also. It was the oldest daughter that was my friend. They lived on the curve of Winchester Ave Ext., right across from the Carpet store. I think there is a vet set up there now.

Yes it was a long day. Those new shoes I brought the other day. Tennis shoes the side at the ankle is too high. Has the bone in my ankle where I can hardly walk. Don't know if I can take them back. I sure could use the $50.00 they cost. Thank the Lord I found a pair today at Sears that has a lower cut at the ankle. Reebok this pair is.

four evening classroom sessions, and four half-day Saturday field trips....would I ever like to attend all that with those three !
2) "This Race is for the Birds" sponsored by the Potomac Audubon Society at NCTC on April 9 - also a self-timed walk

and
3) Wildlife Signs Walk at Cacapon State Park on March 19 - this will show how to look for animal tracks and other signs of wildlife in West Virginia forests...

I also got to see the eagle romping on the White Rock nest. They are not there now. They must be romping with the smell of spring in the air.

HELP----any magic tips about stinky disposal drains?? I have run it with ice, used PineSol, used vinegar and baking soda; I used the dish-scrapoing brush and ran all around inside it---odor is just AWFUL! It got much worse after running dishwasher this morning. Thought THAT would have flushed it well. I'm gonna have to put the stoppers in if you don't have any ideas!!

Lynn, I don't know if it will help with your disposer, but my mother-in-law would plug up the sink and fill it with water and let a whole sink full of water drain through the disposer. I would think the dishwasher takes care of that, but it does not hurt to try.
It worked on my disposer when it smelled of cantaloupe on a hot summer day.

I watched a demo. A solution of garlic water was sprayed on a towel and did it smell!
Then they took the product and sprayed it on the towel over the garlic odor.
Poof...it was gone!

I had 2 leasons, about the size of a pencil eraser removed from my face today, and they are now the size of a quarter and a fifty cent piece, with a blood red spot in the middle. I look like the elephant man. Couldn't go to Ash Wednesday services tonight...didn't want to frighten the children...YES, it's that bad!
Having more removed in two weeks. YIKES!! One is a cyst and will have to be cut off and sutured...I will certainly be a sight. Been wanting to do this for years... wrinkles, I can live with, but not these thingys:)

Got home from school a little while ago, and have been checking e-mails and reading back a bit on the blog.
I remembered to vote for Mai tonight!
Lynn, one thing that seems to work well for me with the disposal is a product called "Plink" that I get at Walmart, usually on the aisle where the dishwasher soap and cleaning products are. It comes on a cardboard
blister pack, and the product is a large gel capsule that looks kind of like bubble bath. You put the capsule down the disposal, run it, and run water (hot water, I think) down the disposal too. It smells like citrus or lemon. To renew it, you run hot water and turn on the disposal. Works well for me, and it's pretty inexpensive. Worth a try! I would think that bleach would do the trick too, though. Prayers for your injured toe! Sounds mighty painful!

Feeling a little better this morning than yesterday. Eyes are running nose is running but sinuses seem to be draining today so atleast I can breathe a little better.

Hello. Nothing good about this dreary morning here. Feeling awful and having a time with Mai. Behaviorist comes at 11, and Carolyn is bringing me more tissues and meds soon. So I probably won't have time to be on much. Forgive me if I miss you or commenting. Love you all.
Belle is wet, but not tenting much.
BTW----the straight bleach followed by a sinkful of hot water did the trick with the disposal! Thanks!!!

Lib just brought in breakfast. Can faintly hear them calling out! Or maybe it was Belle...she's eating and flapping and he took off.
And he flew right back out of the nest. Rain has stopped for the moment. Belle is up and eating the fish.
Belle flew out- Lib is back.

Oh no>..Looks like Mai is slipping a bit... I just voted for today. Still raining here. No water in the canal yet! It will be here soon. The south branch in WV picked up a good bit of rain out of this storm. It will take some time to get down this far.
Wanda, you will be surprised how quickly your face will heal!! You will be beautiful again very soon!!! Just don't scratch!! Did Dr. Hurst do it?? Swoon!!! Isn't that awful to get excited about a man my daughters went to school with???
