Wanda, I see you asked me a question last night after I was gone. Sorry, I clicked off as soon as I said good night.
I am as confused by your cousin's message as everyone else. I think it is a language problem. He does not understand--at least that is the most likely reason for the confused message.
I do not know much about those on-line translators, but I would be hesitant to trust them blindly. I agree with Lynn. You could send something you do not mean to say. I would, at least, want to get someone to check a message before sending it.
Once, my daughter was writing a pen pal and got a letter in a language we could not read (do not remember what language). We found someone at a local college who was happy to help us.
We had to go see this lady in person. Now, with the Internet, you might be able to touch base with someone online.
Thanks, Loretta, for letting us know. I guess where there is a will there is a way. At least we won't have to watch him suffer in the nest anymore. I'd like to think that she/he will compensate for the deformed leg.
GOOD MORNING EVERYONE:) 74° here and sunny:) Have a blessed Sunday.
Good Morning All! Up early so I can head to Market. Loretta Great news concerning Koo! Very thankful she now knows the feeling of flying. I will read more thoroughly when I return about the event! Wanda - any butterflies yet? I will play catch up when I get back.
Funny thing, last night, my son commented that the house was buzzed by two ospreys yesterday. Of course, I pictured two birds and thought it was interesting that he noticed. Then he explained that those ospreys are helicopter / jet plane things.
GOOD MORNING EAGLE BUDDIES!!---I 'think' I have read yesterday's blog----but got lost in the conversation a couple of times!!---ho!---that's what makes our blog so interesting---outsiders could never figure out what we are talking about!!----sending good thoughts & prayers to SISSY & TOM----HEDGIE'S friend KEN---DANA & ED and an EAGLE prayer for DEB'S EAGLE & KOO!!-----GOD BLESS!!
Have been listening to the Scottish osprey site all morning. There have been lots of osprey sounds and occasional quacking. I can't see what is happening, but something between ospreys and ducks that involves squeals and quacks and lots of flying around and clunking against the microphone.
EXPECTING A 'SCORCHER' HERE TODAY IN WILD & WONDERFUL WV!!!----'HOME OF LIBERTY & BELLE---PARENTS OF OUR INTELLIGENT--BEAUTIFUL 'BABY' aka HEIDY & MIRACLE'!!!-----LIFE IS GOOD!----GIVE THANKS-----

Yes, Norma, I'm expecting it to be plenty hot here as well. I will be thankful for air conditioning at school when I go back. Do remember pre-air conditioning days at school, and at home.
Just want to make sure JIM understands that the driving with windows rolled up---so others would think we had a/c---was a JOKE!---we probably did it for about 15 mins at a time!!!!!!----we were trying to be 'FUNNY'---way back when we were young!----ho!
I think my older kids had some school closures because of excessive heat. Doubt that the younger ones had that experience. I remember that Rus and Kathryn went to a middle school that did not have air conditioning. My older ones are 30-somethings and my younger ones are 20-somethings.
WHOA! SHIRLEY---Bet you look BEAUTIFUL this am---new hair perm----envy you---I have had 1 perm in my life---it was a disaster!!!---you have beautiful hair in your pic---
Thank you, Norma. My hair gets pretty limp if I do not do something to give it body, so that is why I get perms. It makes things much easier when I am rushing off to work.
KOO & a OSPREY PARENT are in the nest---KOO is lying down--so happy she found she could fly---pray that she receives help----sending up an EAGLE PRAYER for her----
No sofa yet. Thought I would go shopping later today. All I need for that room is a love seat. It is a very small room (about 12x12). Then I need to think about my family room.
I get overwhelmed when I think of making too many large purchases. Need to concentrate on one room at a time. Of course, they want to offer amazing deals if I purchase lots of stuff at once.

Happy Birthday to Maggie ☺
Good Sunday Morning, Eagle Friends.
Have Fun at Market, Jo! Sounds like a family reunion ☺
Think it's going to be HOT today, guess I'll sleep through some of it.
Good Night....even though I just said Good Morning
xox ☺ ♥
Chick just arrived at Finland water with a fish, boats on the water, Koo alone in the nest at Finney's.
Check out Loretta's pictures of the flying ospreylet.
I hear a yellow-billed cuckoo at NCTC nest...
Finland chick left with its fish.
Harrumph.
Okay, I said good night. So long.
Good morning.

At the moment, I do not know anyone at my school who speaks Italian. I'll bet Judie might have a connection, though.
Something is walking all over the microphone at the Scottish osprey nest. Nothing in nest, though.

Yes, thanks, Loretta, for letting us know about Koo.
Wanda, have you heard anything from Nags Head this morning? How was the weather last night?
No, Shirley, haven't heard from daughter, but checked the doppler map before I went to bed and the storm was headed to Va Beach.
Quacking and other sounds at the osprey nest in Scotland, but nothing to see. Maybe they've gotten a duck? Would an osprey eat a duck?
I thought it was north of Nags Head.
Va Beach is North of Nags Head on my map:)
Yep, on my map, too.
Looks like the storm is now off the coast of Delaware...looks like it is a big one!
Headed towards NY.
Unless I have missed some news, I don't think we have had any hurricanes yet, this season. WE REALLY CAN DO WITHOUT ANY!
I need to pull myself together and find something to wear to church. Haven't even had coffee yet. BBL

Waiting for an osprey and a duck to land in the nest fighting over a fish.

sorry--can't remove my mistake!--
forgive me---
Norma, I have decided that it is not worth removing them most of the time. Sometimes it throws you off the blog when you do that.
SHIRLEY---I remember those days too!----

HEY EAGLE BUDDIES!--COME ON OVER---STEVE HAS GIVEN US A NEW 'HOT' THREAD THIS AM----
Agitated osprey has landed at the Scottish nest . . . I think. Behind overhanging branch.
