Thanks Paula! The plan is to keep this up through May. Goal was 40 pounds. We will see what happens. It was encouraging to eat real food Easter and dessert and I did not gain.
I think tha'ts Belle in the nest currently with Hidey...she rearranged some fluff in the bowl, now standing in the bowl with Hidey

Hidey is finding his/her own little niblets of food. Growing up too fast!
I checked the Hancock forum and the third egg hatched.
Good Tuesday morning to JO, DEB,LOLLY, PAULA WANDA, NORMA, SHARON, MITS ON HER WAY TO ARIZONE(SAFE TRIP), and all others who may get on here today. Lookslike i got in in time to see Hidey settle down for his morning nap.:) Still loving the pic and the sound.
Got it off it's beak then, I believe, picked it back up and ate it.
DEB, just watched your link and you were right. It brought tears to my eyes. What a beautiful voice that lady has. I do hope she just doesn't go home and stop there. She was just beautiful, and such a real person. No airs about her.
NORMA Didn't get to tell you yesterday that I noticed you had an avatar finally and of course it is your W. Virginia seal. You go girl. Hope all has been well with you and those scuba divers are keeping you busy.:)

Sidney nest--if an egg hatched, maybe that's a half shell showing, or end of a stick. Can't imagine she would leave egg out in the open!?.

JO Good luck at the eye doctors today. I know how that feels; been going since I think I was three or four years old. Am blind in one eye so have to depend on the other and take care of it. When I had my catarac removed from my good eye, they implanted a lens in it so I don't have coke bottle glasses anymore, which is great. But as you get older, you do start seeing a little fuzzy; in your eyes and head. At almost 66 I feel for you.

What is with all the soft stuff being brought in. Pretty soon Hidey won''t be able to ever get out. I thought maybe the parents was trying to reinforce the nest on the right side so Hidey wouldn't fall off the ledge.
Wonder how long Hidey will stay under the fluff?

Finally go up and did a poop shoot, now just a couple of wing flaps...sitting up looking around
Just back in time to see Hidey's poop shoot. He really shoots it out there. I keep wanting to yell at him to get back from the edge!
I wish they would put more fluffy stuff over on the right side.
