Howdy Folks.. Just a short stop in suns is out and hopefully the bad weather is passed for now.. Jo Jo Jo now did i ever need anything but a smile and sweet talk to get into NCTC?? LOL Well according to Vicky thats what she thinks.. Jo as for the NCTC trip i will have Jazzy and dont know about the nest visit but i am counting on the dinner at Rumsey for sure...Right now i am feeling so much better being on the steroids... Well back to work... BBL

Just checked Delta---looks like no one put the groceries away yet! That's one heavy item--only edges flapping in the wind. When I 1st saw nest the other day I thought, "who put graffiti on the trees"?! Realized the chicklets did it!

Our babes can't sleep tonight...they are wandering around looking for something to get into. All three are sitting up as though it were broad daylight.
I just remembered Wanda that as the eaglets grow they will start to sleep while sitting just like the adults.
Maybe they are coming of age!
They look like they are searching for midnight snacks.
Do eagles sleep with their heads under their wing?
I guess the answer is yes at least when they are nesting & incubating the eggs. I've never seen it done other then at that time.....

65° this morning, looks like it will be a nice day, in the 80's and partly sunny. Live feed has sound but no pic. Can see all 3 on the still cam, but that spiderweb is really blocking the view. Have a great Sunday everybody!
Good morning...sounds like a pretty day there. Still 3 there one sitting backwards near launch pad. another facing launch pad but back a few inches and one at just about 1 o clock sitting on the edge as well.
GOOD MORNING GLO...yes, it is a pretty morning. I just watched your video of the eagles and the storm. I LMBO in the begining when the eaglets jumped clean up out of the nest when they heard that clap of thunder.

I don't imagine our Live Feed will come back til tomorrow. Sure do miss seeing them jump and flop around. Hopefully we will see some of their antics next Saturday, if they haven't all fledged.
Even if they fledge Wanda they will hang around the nest for awhile. They don't look ready yet. At least Tiny doesn't. I had never realized that as they get older they do not lay down unless incubating eggs. Interesting.
Off to get that cup of tea. BBL
