Well Here's a question....... Anyone who comes on this blog can click on a name and then click on their email.......... How do we protect against spam - Our email is how we signed in for our User Id...
Well, gonna go watch TV for a bit. Have a good night! Prayers being said for everyone. The night light is on, the porch light will see you coming, and the eye scanner is enabled. G'night!
I think we are good to go, at least with this group. :) I really forgot what a pain in the butt it is to change your email address. I have stuff everywhere!
Chrissy told me about her latest incident with the vandals....don't whether the bobbies got there or not. Just plain scary! Lolly, I will send you instructions!
No I didn't lose any addresses, just didn't think I had Lolly's but did. I had forgotten to click on the show email address when I set this new google account up. It won't let you change addresses, you have to set up a whole new one.
Sharon, I was never able to open up Paula's directions on Momsters either. I would love to try it, like, I have blonde roots and it will take me a month!
Hi, Margy, My bones are all still connected! Got so weary of studying I've quit for today. Think I do better when I study for a bit, then stop for a while and let it all sink in. Lolly, What's the latest with Chrissy? Not another incident!! Doggone those people, anyway!
Laughed out loud at the email that was sent around. One of the phrases was something like this....."if you want to go back to your youth....remember algebra!" I sat at the computer just giggling like an idiot. I can relate to that!
Need to tell you about my HS algebra teacher. He was weird! I did not like him at all! I struggled and passed. He wrote in my year book something to the effect "you thought you would not make it, but you did."
Years later, after college and married. I read in the paper about a mass murderer in east Texas. He charged into a church, shooting. Well, not many folks are named Albert King III and sure enough, it was him!
Gosh, guess I've pulled a 'Margy' here! Paid another bill online that I almost forgot, and never got to the TV. Guess I'd better go see what's on. Prayers have been said for all; see you here in the morning. Good night. (I really am going this time!) :o]
The link on Momster's opens up into a Microsoft Office Word Doc. You may not have it and that is why it won't download. It is there in full detail - believe me
If your email address is just sitting out on the blog in a post, a "bot" can scan for it and send you spam email. A bot cannot click on your name and then send you an email.
Also, the clickable link instructions are on the momsters site 2 different ways...I found out some of you cannot open the word files...so it is out there in just a plain text format....like notepad. Hmmm, I just checked and it's not there! I'll repost it so you can access it again.
Tonight we had our Volunteer dinner. It was really a good time, and we laughed a lot. I got interviewed again today for the Yankton paper. They always ask what the best thing to come out of the event was. Today I told the honest truth and said it was the people I have met, the birds come in second. It is so nice to meet people who become so important in your life.
Guess it's mostly goodnight by now to everyone. Had to work on 'puter in Word making cardsttock backings w/labels, etc. for photos and articles from classmates for bulletin board. Just printed the last ones!!!During a break had a couple crabs, but that's not enough!!!! Paula's headed for the beach---is this reunion spot? Ours is picnic in the school cafeteria!☺ Where's Sharon? We are probably the only ones who didn't make the beach yet!!When do you want to go??
Yes, it is scary, isn't it? I was surprised when I read the paper. His name jumped out at me. But, I always did think he was weird. I think he was very intelligent, but slightly off. Anyway, I have a mass murderer's autograph. Whoopee! NOT!
well don't know what the size of the waves were, but they looked like they were coming to get me...one of the few times I have ever seen them pull the lifeguards off the beach....and waves were to rough and breaking to close to shore for surfers....but then again out surfers here do not seem to be the reckless type...
Heading for the tub, gang. Don't forget to send Suz her email birthday greetings tonight or early AM---she can't read the blog, leaves work at noon and doesn't have a puter at home, but opens her email at work! Prayers for all. Solemn remembrances tomorrow. It will be an emotional day. Love you all.
Think is is time for me to turn in as well. Going to Denton in the morning. Grandmommys and Grandaddys are being treated at Jacob's school. Then we head to Joseph's school for lunch. Whoopee! But, then coming home as Jack has a teleconference. Earning a few $$$.
Yes, Deb, it's the friends on here that make all the difference in the world! Sounds like a great evening.
And yes, Lowreeda, the reunion is at the beach! Leaving here in the morning, dropping dogs off with my brother at Moms...then doing a quick Home Depot run for supplies...then headed to the beach.
Don't think I'll be on here in the morning, so I will wish everyone a great TGIF and a wonderful weekend and Monday!
Lynn, mine is next Sat., the 19th. I'm ready to do ojne real FUN thing!!I volunteered to make a 3'x8' banner and picked up the cut vinyl for text today!!!!Great guy that owns a sign shop did it and was so reasonable I couldn't believe it!!!! Well, we've got to organize a beach trip!We used to go every year in May for car meet, but F got tired of the jam trying to get out of inlet parking lot. I DO NOT have to have a reason to go. Hadn't heard yet about Chrissy's outside vandals again---just terrible. She spent yesterday writing a poem about our dear little feathered friend and posted it today on LDK Forum.
WooHoo!! Hey Dana, they won in O/T. What a game!!!! Pittsburgh 13 - Tenn Titans 10
Now I have to settle down before I can sleep. Hubby did good, only spoke to me once during the game and stole the remote during a commercial while I was away from my chair. Troy Palomalo was injured and the Steelers need him, this is only the first game of the season. Boo Hoo ...
Thanks to everyone for their encouraging words for 20 month old grandson, Max. I guess we're too impatient. You should hear him give us h@#l. We don't understand him but the look on his face makes us laugh and he gets mad. Poor kid we really shouldn't do that but it is so funny. We don't mean to be cruel, really, we love him dearly.
You're probably right. When he starts talking we won't be able to shut him up. Just wish he lived closer to us. They're in VA and we're in PA. The 6 hour drive is tortuous on me. Besides I sleep in a recliner for about 6 years now. I'm a mess physically.
Have a blessed, restful night and I'll catch up with you tomorrow. Prayers for those in need/want.
Yes, I am still up but getting ready to go now. Been talking to Jon on Facebook. He is going to Italy on the 29th of this month. He won some kind of contest online and will be performing some music on an organ. Pretty excited about that!
Just my luck! I got on the wrong train tonight and ended up in somplace called Sleepy Town. Had to turn around and come back home to Blogville. Now I find out that everyone has been talking while I was gone.
Paula, enjoy the beach. Lolly, you make my case for class -- you can't tell a killer by his algebra lessons.
Glad the night light was on when I got back. Turning my light off now.
Good morning! You all had lots to say after I went to sleep last night. I can't get through it all this morning, so I will just say hello to everyone and I hope you have a good day.
It is a day to count our blessings and hope for the best at this dawn of 9/11/09. Take care. Remember those who went before us and thos who protect us.
Good morning eagle and panda and various other wildlife friends!
I was just thinking about 9/11/2001 and what a day that was. Everything was just surreal. In the middle of all the tragedy, it felt like our country had never been more united. We went to the First Church of the Nazarene that night and prayed with Mommy and it was such a special time. Never would have thought such a thing would happen to us.
Friday's Landing Strategy Fri, 11 Sep 2009 12:14:02 AM UTC-0100
Capcom Eric Boe informed the crew that if weather looks unfavorable for Friday’s first Kennedy Space Center landing opportunity, the entry team will focus early on the 2nd landing opportunity. If weather prevents landing on the 2nd Kennedy opportunity, Boe said the shuttle will land Friday at Edwards Air Force Base.
Not only should we remember the ones that lost their lives that day, but also the ones who survived that day but whose lives were changed forever!!! Such an emotional day!
morning Sharon, I saw your question after I left last night.....I was watching some new episodes of shows on HGTV....and the time just flew by, came back and had to read all the comments, and then went to bed..
Good Morning on this, one of the most memorable and solemn days in our Nation's history. May we all join our prayers with love and gratitude for all those so profoundly affected by the events of September 11, 2001... and for all our Leaders and Military personnel around the world, our Police, Fire, and EMS personnel, and all those committed to our freedom and protection, and each and every one of us. May we always strive to stand up for what is right and good. God Bless America... xo ♥
GOOD MORNING EAGLE BUDDIES!!---GOD BLESS AMERICA!----REMEMBER--US FLAG at half mast & WV FLAG at half mast tomorrow--in re: former AUDITOR GLENN GAINER'S death--(father of our present Auditor--GLENN GAINER, JR.---- MORNIN' SHIRLEY---SISSY--MITS & BEDFORD SHARON!!----SENDING PRAYERS TO KEEP OUR NATION SAFE ON THIS DAY OF REMEMBRANCE.........
Megan put up some great pictures of our Eagles in the nest on September 9, morning visit, Jo got a great capture from last night's visit, and I got one from this morning...
Hi Norma....Mits....Sharon....Sissy.....Shirley who is probably at school...and everyone to follow...
Hi, Gang, Had the weirdest thing happen last night! Had typed up a comment, and when I tried to publish it, all of a sudden, poof! My comment apparently got lost in space, and the blog disappeared, and I got a message saying the website could not be displayed! Tried for quite a while, but the blog, the MyOutdoorTV.com website, AND the still cam website all said they could not be displayed! Finally gave up until now. Not sure whether it was a Time Warner problem like Jim was having, or what. Glad I can get back here today!
The "Images from the Season" on the Finney Land Nest (clickable link to the left side of the nest view) are really amazing, includes Raven, Sea Eagle, a beautiful white gull of some sort, and of course, the beautiful Osprey family.
I need to disappear for a little while, got some things to take are of.
Best wishes, for a Beautiful Day, Inside and Out... xo ♥
The comment I tried to publish last night was for Margy. The thistle in my avatar is in the Scottish Highlands, in the Strathmashie Forest. Just a gorgeous place! Wanna go back there; didn't get to spend enough time looking around. Could hear all kinds of birds in the trees, but couldn't see them. They hid well!
LORETTA---I loved your remark the other day----you told PAULA--she gets to go to BEACH for her Reunion---& you have yours in the lunch room!----sounds like my reunions!!!!! ho!
MORNIN' SHIRLEY---I am guessing you have arrived at school by now! REMEMBER it's TGIF Day!---I haven't told you how much I like the fabric for your new furniture!! I am so far behind---but feeling better too!----
Margy, I looked at the 'Images of the Season' pictures at Finney--they are really good ones....We'd like to try to go back to Scotland next September, but would not be able to go to England too. Trip depends on if we can get sister-in-law & brother-in-law's time share in Scotland to stay at. Can't afford to see England too, time-wise. Would have to get an OK from school to get time off. Would really like to meet Chrissy, though. Must pray for a solution.
Sissy, Shirley, Sharon & Margy, Amen to your comments regarding 9/11/01. We have much to be thankful for, and much to remember. Need to count all our blessings, and pray for our leaders. Hope we can keep our sense of unity that we had after that horrible tragedy.
Just getting started because the "train" got me home so late I was exhausted.
Doing laundry and remember 9/11/01. Was at school and no one knew what to do about classes. One student asked to leave because she couldn't contact her mom at the Pentagon but she turned out to be safe. Was really unnerving -- no phones worked, metro trains were stopped, etc. Had one professor who saw the plane hit the pentagon and she disappeared two days later because she couldn't live in D.C. anymore. Much to remember and much more to be grateful for.
Okay thanks, Deb - I would never have known it was a ruby-throated...and just kinda kidding about the recipe...not to worry, you have enough going on without taking care of my food needs ☺
Judie - special thoughts today for you, and anyone more closely related to the happenings than I was here in the Eastern Panhandle of WV...
I have a feeling we are all re-winding the events of that day and the days that followed; where we were, who we were with...and as someone mentioned earlier, how it truly changed our lives in ways we are still discovering
Good somber morning. Not much going on here...a few sprinkles, a bit breezy, but not darkly gloomy. Norma, still no text to Nancy's obit on funeral home website, and nothing in papers. Will continue to watch for something. Judie, my BFF worked DOD in Rosslyn and had a daily AM meeting at the Pentagon....tried for hours and hours to reach her on her cell.....it was late evening before she finally let me know she was home safe and sound....had been on her way to Pentagon but hadn't gotten there yet.
Deb, hummer pics are great! Has anyone ever tried Mock Apple Pie using Ritz crackers? I haven't, but people swear you can't tell there's no apples! Still need to look at your new photos, Margy.
Here is my rewind of 9/11/2001 - I was working at HealthSouth. Mommy called a little before 9 saying that a plane had hit one of the Towers. My first thought was that somebody had flipped out with Air Traffic Control. When I was talking to her, the other tower got hit. I knew then it probably was not air traffic control. Went into the waiting room for physical therapy and we were all just standing around watching television, just in total shock. Then somebody said a plane had crashed into the Pentagon and a plane crashed in Pennsylvania. The fear I had overtake me at that moment was huge! Not knowing what was still to come, not knowing what damage had already been done.
Alan Jackson wrote the perfect song, in my opinion, to say how most of us were feeling that day.
MORNIN' HEDGIE---no obit--can't figure what is happening now--guess we must try calling bro again!!---she has been cremated--thanks for all your updates--most helpful---
I was at work, too, Sharon. We had security guards on the roof with binocs watching the skies, and they had locked down the building.......later learned that GM had issued the orders at all plants. I had a "hidden" TV in a storage room----luckily doorway was right next to my computer, so was able to watch or listen all day.......in between hugging a lot of patients as we all reached out in fear for comfort.
Of all the tributes written about 9-11, my favorite is MEET ME IN THE STAIRWELL. I would imagine all of us have read it, but if you would like to read it again, I have posted it on my blog WANDA'S WISHES. It is beautiful!
Commander Rick Sturckow and his crew were awakened at 9:32 a.m. EDT today with the song “Big Boy Toys” by Aaron Tippin, and they should be into the deorbit preparation timeline by 12:49 p.m.
The deorbit burn for the first Kennedy Space Center, Florida landing opportunity is at 4:41 p.m., with landing at 5:48 p.m. The second Florida landing window begins with a deorbit burn at 5:17 p.m., and ends with a landing at 7:23 p.m.
The first landing opportunity for Edwards Air Force Base, California has a deorbit burn time of 7:47 p.m., with landing at 8:53 p.m. The second opportunity would start with a deorbit burn at 9:23 p.m., and end with a landing at 10:28 p.m.
MORNIN' MOVIN'JIM!---What is happening with you?---I have been getting some COOL looks at DIEGO!!---Reminds me of TAI!---I'll always LOVE HIM!!---can never forget when he was up in the tree & couldn't get him down---aaaah!
There's one station about 20 miles away that has $2.89/gal. There are several Costcos (do you have Costco back there?) that have regular for $2.93/gal. Then it goes up, up, until you get to a tourist trap station where it is $3.47/gal.
Hi, Norma. I noticed that Bai Yun has begun leaving the boy baby alone more often and for longer periods while she feeds.
The officials there have already done a second exam, and since they are off camera now, I think they might be doing another exam...or perhaps they are cleaning the den out this morning.
Boy, Wanda, Wish we had your gas prices out here! Jim's pretty accurate; best price really close to me is $2.93. Have seen a $3.17 price too, and everything in between.
I feel that September 11 should be a National Holiday...can't very well have a holiday on the birthdays of all those that died, as we do for other prominent Americans...but we can certainly commemorate the day they did die... and they are certainly prominent Americans.
I know this is not a new idea.
Here's hoping that the rest of the day has some good things in your INBOXES...Me? I am getting rather attached to the routine of picking up James after school when I can, so that is what is in MY inbox today. So Happy to hear the Captain is ready to be out and about! ☺ ♥
I will miss all the possible landings of the shuttles, so I ask our "Shuttle Queens" Lynn and Helen to watch for me. Prayers for a Safe Landing, whether Florida or California.
God Bless You All, my dear friends, and Be of Good Cheer. xoxo ♥
Haven't caught up on todays comments. I'm blaming any mispelling on that I have to wear these dang sunglasses over my regular glasses. Been getting bad headaches.
Before this I don't know what caused all the mispellings lol
Good Afternoon All I'm slow moving today - don't think the sunshine will appear. Thanks Mits for the shuttle update and the dolphin cam! That is awesome. I still need to read today's comments from all of you and see what is going on. Sharon you were one of the last ones up last night and Shirley you skipped off to bed unnoticed. We all do pretty well keeping track of one another. Hurray for Capt Gene being up and about for a while today! Is he using the Eagle Cane?
Dana, I know that you and some others do not show an email..... I guess I could edit mine and delete it from showing - I'll try it. I really don't think it's a secret.. I hope not.. I don't like to break secrets.. Paula said it is when you put it in a comment that you can run into trouble.

Oh, man, I have a headache tonight. Guess the weather must be getting to me.
Facebook, Facebook Train, trainline.com, Twitter Train - all things Train I guess! :)
Chrissy told me about her latest incident with the vandals....don't whether the bobbies got there or not.
Just plain scary!
Lolly, I will send you instructions!
Sharon the email on here is correct.
Did you lose all your addresses? I sent you some ... Let me know if you want more...
CHOO CHOO! I was thinking that too Jo, about my email address being on my blog site.
No I didn't lose any addresses, just didn't think I had Lolly's but did. I had forgotten to click on the show email address when I set this new google account up. It won't let you change addresses, you have to set up a whole new one.
And yes, Margy, that is Train - Jimmy Stafford, Pat Monahan and Scott Underwood!
Sharon, I was never able to open up Paula's directions on Momsters either. I would love to try it, like, I have blonde roots and it will take me a month!
Wanda, you've got mail!
SHARON, Thank you so much. Now I have something to do in my SPARE TIME!;)
Directions coming at you, Wanda!
Or, if you are like me, you loose the directions. Around here some where!
Ok...on it's way! Lolly, did you get it okay?
I just went again to the directions on momsters for the clickable link. Still can not open it up. It is some kind of file that I can not open.
Going to bed my hiney, Sharon!
You are definitely pulling a Ceil-Margy!
Got it Lynn!! Thanks!
I made a separate folder in my outlook express/windows live mail and saved it in there under "blue link instructions".
You are right, Margy, I am definitely pulling a Margy/Ceil!
Hi, Margy,
My bones are all still connected!
Got so weary of studying I've quit for today. Think I do better when I study for a bit, then stop for a while and let it all sink in.
Lolly,
What's the latest with Chrissy? Not another incident!! Doggone those people, anyway!
Sharon, tell Thelma to check her email, please!!!! Haven't heard from her about Open House!
Hi, Sharon,
I like your avatar! Hmmm, not bad!
She's been AWOL from here, too, for too long!!!
Speaking of AWOL.....wonder what's up with Red, Vicky, Indiana Dave, LoriEagleliscious, and, of course, Chrissy! :(
Well, what do you know?! It worked, now I will delete it. lol Thanks again Lynn!
A test that you passed with flying colors! YEAH!!
Andrea, that is what I'm saying, not bad at all!
Works fine, Lolly!! You can also hit preview instead of publish to check to make sure it works!
Sharon, I really love their song, Calling All Angels. Exceptional!
That's the kind of test I like!
Laughed out loud at the email that was sent around. One of the phrases was something like this....."if you want to go back to your youth....remember algebra!"
I sat at the computer just giggling like an idiot. I can relate to that!
I am home and have a lot of catching up to do! Maybe in the morning, I am tired tonight!
I know what you mean, Lolly! Got a real kick out of that one, too!
Hi, Deb,
Hope you get a really good night's rest. See you in the morning.
Hope your day was a great one, Deb!!
Another Momster returns to her roost! Hi Deb
Nice Pretty Thistles Andy ☺
I just put two batches of wildflowers up on my link. Some have butterflies.
Going to Feathers, Fur and Misc now for some deer pictures.
Hi and bye, Deb. We miss you in the evenings!
Gosh, guess I've pulled a 'Margy' here! Paid another bill online that I almost forgot, and never got to the TV. Guess I'd better go see what's on. Prayers have been said for all; see you here in the morning. Good night. (I really am going this time!) :o]
Wow Lolly, that is some story!
I just tested out the momsters mail and it works now. For some reason it didn't save my new email address earlier.
Okay, folks I think I really might be going to bed now. More will be revealed!
The link on Momster's opens up into
a Microsoft Office Word Doc. You may not have it and that is why it won't download.
It is there in full detail - believe me
Whoa! That is an interesting comment..."more will be revealed". Hear the mysterious music playing.♫♫♫
Good,Jo. Glad it opened for you. So sad...it did not like me.
Jack is happy. Tech pulled it out in the end.

Oh,my, Mits---news said 13 ft. waves hitting your beaches!! Grab your surf board....r-i-g-h-t!
Tonight we had our Volunteer dinner. It was really a good time, and we laughed a lot. I got interviewed again today for the Yankton paper. They always ask what the best thing to come out of the event was. Today I told the honest truth and said it was the people I have met, the birds come in second. Thank you all for being in my life!
Night.
Thank you, Deb, for being in our lives.
Thanks, Paula. Lynn emailed me the directions and I am good to go!
Goodnight, Andy...rest up for tomorrow's test!
Lolly, that is really scary! What a bad memory to have of a teacher!
Whoa, on the news.... Gas war in our area. Two stations with $1.99 a gallon.

Yes, Deb, we are all so lucky to have each other! We are all blessed.
Lolly, hope you get to fill up while that lasts!!
Yes, it is scary, isn't it? I was surprised when I read the paper. His name jumped out at me. But, I always did think he was weird. I think he was very intelligent, but slightly off. Anyway, I have a mass murderer's autograph. Whoopee! NOT!

Hey Mits, where have you been?
Raining here, so far 1/2 inch. 70% chance tomorrow, 100% chance Saturday. AND, some of it is headed to central Texas. That is just too wonderful!!!
I have an almost empty tank and so I wish the gas war would come to MD...

It's almost tomorrow....I'm disappearing while it is still Thursday...
Tough question, Jo.....☺
ps... wish you had your sound Margy
it's a great song....
And I still am here. Yes, I did see that Anne-Marie's GD likes Train. Of course she does, they are great!
Over 100 comments in 2 hours and there are not even any eagles around! :)
Really going this time.
Good night and sweet eagle dreams, my friends of fine feather and fur!
PA Nana, where in Virginia?
Yes, I am still up but getting ready to go now. Been talking to Jon on Facebook. He is going to Italy on the 29th of this month. He won some kind of contest online and will be performing some music on an organ. Pretty excited about that!
wish you well and so I take my leave,
I Pray you know me when we meet again!
GOOD NIGHT EVERYONE
SWEET DREAMS
PRAYERS FOR ALL

Pleasant Feather Dreams
Just my luck! I got on the wrong train tonight and ended up in somplace called Sleepy Town. Had to turn around and come back home to Blogville. Now I find out that everyone has been talking while I was gone.
Paula, enjoy the beach. Lolly, you make my case for class -- you can't tell a killer by his algebra lessons.
Glad the night light was on when I got back. Turning my light off now.
Good dreams!

Good morning! You all had lots to say after I went to sleep last night. I can't get through it all this morning, so I will just say hello to everyone and I hope you have a good day.
It is a day to count our blessings and hope for the best at this dawn of 9/11/09. Take care. Remember those who went before us and thos who protect us.
. . . those who protect us.
EAGLE ALERT!!
Good Friday a.m. everyone
GOD BLESS AMERICA
Good morning Mits!! Ditto! GOD BLESS AMERICA!!!
I have the cutest little girl getting ready to go to school this morning!!
Braveheart still at BWO...cloudy day at Finney's nest, Finland nest still down...groundhog and bluejays at PA PIX
Friday's Landing Strategy
Fri, 11 Sep 2009 12:14:02 AM UTC-0100
Capcom Eric Boe informed the crew that if weather looks unfavorable for Friday’s first Kennedy Space Center landing opportunity, the entry team will focus early on the 2nd landing opportunity. If weather prevents landing on the 2nd Kennedy opportunity, Boe said the shuttle will land Friday at Edwards Air Force Base.
from the Bonaires site, new dolphin cam, and some neat fish too
Dolphin Cam
Not only should we remember the ones that lost their lives that day, but also the ones who survived that day but whose lives were changed forever!!! Such an emotional day!
morning Sharon, I saw your question after I left last night.....I was watching some new episodes of shows on HGTV....and the time just flew by, came back and had to read all the comments, and then went to bed..
I love the dolphin cam Mits!
God Bless America...
xo ♥
I love you magpie!!!
And right back to you, Sissy! ... and everyone on here ! ♥
I think I am going to stretch back out for a little bit. I was up way too late last night!
GOOD MORNING EAGLE BUDDIES!!---GOD BLESS AMERICA!----REMEMBER--US FLAG at half mast & WV FLAG at half mast tomorrow--in re: former AUDITOR GLENN GAINER'S death--(father of our present Auditor--GLENN GAINER, JR.----

Hi Norma....Mits....Sharon....Sissy.....Shirley who is probably at school...and everyone to follow...
Norma...
I ain't exactly a Spring Chicken, was born in 1951 - but I feel young when you talk like that! ☺
CONGRATS!!! DANA & ED & ALL YOU STEELER FANS!!!---Bet you all haven' quit smiling---even in your sleep!-----ho!
Hi, Gang,
Had the weirdest thing happen last night!
Best wishes, for a Beautiful Day, Inside and Out... xo ♥
WHOA! SISSY---some day you will look back & think---I was young!!!
LORETTA---I loved your remark the other day----you told PAULA--she gets to go to BEACH for her Reunion---& you have yours in the lunch room!----sounds like my reunions!!!!! ho!
I came back...glad I did, see your comment, Andrea. If you go back, you must hook up with our Chrissy!
Cyberspace, does weird things with our computers from time to time, glad you made it through and hope you can stay on..
TTFN, now for real...xo ☺
MORNIN' SHIRLEY---I am guessing you have arrived at school by now!
REMEMBER it's TGIF Day!---I haven't told you how much I like the fabric for your new furniture!!
I am so far behind---but feeling better too!----
HEY ANDREA!---Glad you found your way back!!---some times I stay lost---it seems!!
Just viewed DIEGO'S 2nd exam!!---He certainly has a huge FAN CLUB!------As SISSY is always saying---'would love to hold him---just once'----
Margy, I looked at the 'Images of the Season' pictures at Finney--they are really good ones....We'd like to try to go back to Scotland next September, but would not be able to go to England too. Trip depends on if we can get sister-in-law & brother-in-law's time share in Scotland to stay at. Can't afford to see England too, time-wise. Would have to get an OK from school to get time off. Would really like to meet Chrissy, though. Must pray for a solution.
WOW!--DANA! I just read your STEELER game went in to OVERTIME!
You folks may not wake up till NOON! ho!
Sissy, Shirley, Sharon & Margy,
Amen to your comments regarding
9/11/01. We have much to be thankful for, and much to remember. Need to count all our blessings, and pray for our leaders. Hope we can keep our sense of unity that we had after that horrible tragedy.
Good morning everyone! Cloudy and cool here today.
GOOD MORNING DEB!---It's a bit cloudy here too!---temp is 57°--but----we didn't get any RAIN!!--TGIF!
I put some hummer pictures up that I got yesterday at the campground at Lake Yankton.
Oops, they are on Deb's Photos.
I had zuchini pie last night, if I hadn't been told that, I would have thought I was eating apple pie.
Good to see you here this morning, Deb
the hummer photos are wonderful.
Do you think you could get that recipe for Zucchini Pie? Nothing like dessert for dinner in my opinion ☺
Good morning, everyone!
Back to laundry.
I will get it, Margy, but it will take a while. I think the lady that made it will be gone for a week.
Margy, it is a young male Ruby-throated Hummer. That is the only kind we get here.
Okay thanks, Deb -
I would never have known it was a ruby-throated...and just kinda kidding about the recipe...not to worry, you have enough going on without taking care of my food needs ☺
Judie - special thoughts today for you, and anyone more closely related to the happenings than I was here in the Eastern Panhandle of WV...
I have a feeling we are all re-winding the events of that day and the days that followed; where we were, who we were with...and as someone mentioned earlier, how it truly changed our lives in ways we are still discovering
xo
WV BIRDER---SCOTT SHALLAWAY SAYS---WV HUMMERS are probably RED THROATED HUMMERS!!
Once in awhile a Rufous Hummingbird might pass through on a migratory route, but I sure have never seen one....friend in NY along Lake Erie has.
Love Scott Shalaway's articles in our local rag, Norma! Every Sunday, I save them all!
I need to disappear for some quiet time, back in a little while...xoxo
GOOD MORNING..
Lynn, GeeGee used to make those when I was a teenager and they were very good! Worth a try.
Margy, great shots....loved the contrasting butterfly colors on the blossoms. Sure glad you are enjoying your new camera!
She also, used to make foam rubber donuts and cove with chocolate iceing! She was a character!

A VERY GOOD FRIDAY
MORNING TO YOU ALL

GOOD MORNIN' WANDA!---Pray GENE is feeling better!!
Good morning, Norma...yes, Gene is better this morning. He is going to try to venture out today! Hooray!
Of all the tributes written about 9-11, my favorite is MEET ME IN THE STAIRWELL. I would imagine all of us have read it, but if you would like to read it again, I have posted it on my blog WANDA'S WISHES. It is beautiful!
Norma, do you know if Wilton is a relative?
Crew Prepares for Landing
Fri, 11 Sep 2009 01:30:48 PM UTC-0100
Good Morning Jim...question for you: What is the price of gas out your way? Here in Martinsburg/Shepherdstown, it is $2.55.
Wanda, how many people bit into one of those donuts???? Might try the mock pie someday.
I'll take a look, Wanda. I looked yesterday and I think it was closer to $3, even at the cut rate places.

Jim
Suz is leaving work a bit early. Says the office is a ghost town---apparently most went to the Pentagon for services.
C(°Ù¿°)D
Jim
Hi, Jim! We have a Costco in Winchester---about 20 miles south of Martinsburg.
Hi, Norma. I noticed that Bai Yun has begun leaving the boy baby alone more often and for longer periods while she feeds.
The officials there have already done a second exam, and since they are off camera now, I think they might be doing another exam...or perhaps they are cleaning the den out this morning.
C(°Ù¿°)D
Jim
YEAH JIM!--I looked at his 2nd exam---but yesterday---SISSY posted DIEGO was alone---I SAW HIM GRUNT & GROAN & finally turned over!--AWESOME!
HEDGIE--- I don't know--but will try to find out!!
Boy, Wanda,
Wish we had your gas prices out here! Jim's pretty accurate; best price really close to me is $2.93.
Have seen a $3.17 price too, and everything in between.
Well, gotta go study for a bit. Seems I do best if I study for an hour or so, then take a break, then study... BBIALW!
God Bless You All, my dear friends, and Be of Good Cheer.
xoxo ♥
Good Afternoon All in Eagleland
Haven't caught up on todays comments. I'm blaming any mispelling on that I have to wear these dang sunglasses over my regular glasses. Been getting bad headaches.
Before this I don't know what caused all the mispellings lol
Mema Jo don't give secrets away. Click on my name no email.
Don't know what is causing it, Dana...It's been going around like an epidemic on here;)LOL
NOT MY EAGLE CANE!! He can get his own! He's using one that was in with my Antique & Collectible stuff.
Dana, I know that you and some others do not show an email..... I guess I could edit mine and delete it from showing - I'll try it. I really don't think it's a secret.. I hope not.. I don't like to break secrets.. Paula said it is when you put it in a comment that you can run into trouble.
Anyway - I got your # Dana...
