Lynn, I had to take Flash Player totally off my computer, then I reloaded it and shut down. When I turned it back on, is finally when I got it to work.

Well, Sis had my laptop at her house early this evening and got the cam to come up on it. When I got it back home, I hit refresh and no picture. Just now I did as Wanda suggested and went back to Steve's link and VOILA - a picture. Don't have a clue why but I am not going to question the answers! :)

Steve posted earlier on that he would have to change the info on the FWS page, to update it..and that to get to the live feed use his underlined link...I think the former live feed link is disabled....at least it sure ain't coming up for me

But when my incoming email dings, it knocks me into the other room !
same thing just happened here, Margy, just turned it on and was trying to hear the spring peepers and message came thru....too loud

Wow just tried what Dana talked about earlier with the zoom and the hand, works pretty well!
Seems like the night-time behavior at the nest is different altogether now....never noticed so much activity from the Little One before
Paula, gray screen and then IE says Not Responding and then shuts down.
I have tried using both Steve's link and the one from MyOutdoorTV home page.
I HAVE been mired in downloads, including upgrading to IE8.
Hedgie No hang in there. My desktop will not zoom no pop up etc, but live feed is there. Laptop is ok but there must be some quirks we need to figure out. Meanwhile since some who record do have live feed there will be live video. Please don't be sad...got to think about what the issues could be thats messing with you not getting it. ((((hugs)))))

but it does have a volume control on it, that helps. Poor old bird is drenched !
That's the way I was Lynn when I couldn't get it to work, so frustrated. I kept thinking what if I don't get it and I think that made it worse.
Lynn did you see Debs comment at 8:53 she could be onto something. I know I am having flash player issues on my desktop and it is the one that will not pop up or zoom as well...could be a connection there.

A family of four from NE has been missing for 12 days. They didn't tell any family or friends where they were going. Someone in their family finally thought of how they like camping in the back country of the Black Hills. The local authorities found their car today after they were notified of where they usually camp. We have had two very bad blizzards since they went missing. So scary, 29, 26, 11 and 8 years old, but there is hope:

Finished TV shows - came out to puter & pop up has been up 2 hrs straight - wonderful. Hubby got up from front room about an hour ago when he thought he heard a noise - He did - OUR CAM !

A few years ago, when our Osprey Cam nest had an experienced couple, this is the type of nest building we saw come the first of April.
Based on the look of our current nest, we appear to have newbie ospreys in residence.
So, guess this is a brand NEW pair of osprey:)
Hedgie - google snagit or fraps...free for trial use...I also have one I can send you if you want...

This is the weekly poll on the My Outdoor TV page where the eagle cam is.
Sorry some of you are having problems. It is a live flash stream coming from the Fish and Wildlife server through a flash player we have on our site. So you do need flash and can download free at www.adobe.com. Not sure you need Shockwave, but I always download that as well. Flash should work on Windows and Apple computers. If you use different browsers, each browser must download flash in order to use it properly.
Thanks for the heads up, cmoise. It does work good for most of us...I'm sure we'll get it figured out!

This is always the most dreaded day of the year for me. My "Girls" don't like getting photographed and the rest of my body doesn't like the attention it gets either!!!Then there is the waiting for the radiologists report:(
One good thing to remember, if you get your mammogram once a year, and you should happen to get a cancerous lump, chances are that all you would need is a lumpectomy and some radiation or chemo.

As far as how long the stream will be up, we were already streaming U.S. Fish and Wildlife videos. We have over 100 videos from the agency on the site. When Steve educated us on their bandwidth issue, we offered to help. As I understand it, the eagles are in the nest until around July, so it should be up until then.

Did you see that poop shoot!!? Hidey's aim is getting better!! I love this new cam, it is absolutely wonderful. I kept it up on my computer all night and it was still going when I got up this morning. That is like a spiritual experience!!
