Good morning, Jim, and good morning, world. Another work day. But at least I have a job, so thankful for that. Cold out, 23° in PA, 25° here in VA, and snow still on the ground where it hasn't melted... almost like daylight outside, moon is VERY bright this morning! Beautiful. Can see any animals 50' away! Sure glad the snow/ice has melted in our nest, poor babies have to visit in that. All have a great eagle/panda day. Eyes to the sky, see the raptors fly!
Opening cams, and I see Lisa has updated the eagle web page. She has Glo's FTLOE link on there, with awesome pics of the Tesoro eagles up close! Beautiful pics! She also has a link to our PA cam! How cool is that! Back to opening more cams...
Morning, Dana! Sure wasn't expecting someone on at this hour!!! Sure hope you can get back to sleep, it's way to early to be up! I'll go see if I can't find the Kent link, thanks. Now sleep tight!
GOOD MORNING SUZ AND SHARON... Another long weekend for you Suz. Wonderful! Did you have any trouble going home Thursday? I was in Winchester for a DR. appointment. By the time I got out of his office, there were 2" of snow on the ground. As we traveled home, we saw wrecked cars all over the place and one tractor-trailer. Was sooo glad to get home.
Sharon, are you expecting snow there this morning? We are under a Severe Weather Advisory. UH-OH, sorry Helen; I'm doing it again. I let you take over the weathergirl job when you get up.
Wow, good morning, Sharon and Wanda. I am so far behind, I was busy doing other things and not paying attention to the blog. Well, duh, that's pretty obvious! Thanks for the link, Wanda, I'll try it. I tried the old one this morning, and it didn't come up, so figured it was still down. Glad to hear it isn't! I haven't been watching any cams, so haven't seen a thing all morning! Figured it's getting toward time, better check. Took a while to get home Thursday, and from the weather repot, may be leaving early again today! Glad you made it safely home last week, Wanda! It was a bit of a stressful trip! Saw several accidents, and one truck in front of me (on MD 550), slid right off the road into a ditch. Not nice!
I hope Suz was able to get the Norfolk cam up. I really enjoy that. The eagles there have been taking the bark from that tree and putting it in their nest. If you look at the trunk, near the nest, you can see it is bare. They were both working on the nest a short while ago, as if they were in a really big hurry.
OMG, you can see a head in Tesoro! Look at the eagle back farthest from the cam..;. then look at tail, then look at the white spot down by the end of his/her tail! That's a moving head, I think. How adorable is that!
How is the wind in your area, Dana? It has picked back up here and we are getting ready to move the Eagle Express. Sitting under trees. There are not many areas that we don't have trees, so Gene has to pull up partially into our yard. The wind blowing so hard could be what Belle is disturbed about.

EAGLE ALERT!!!!
It is cold...17° now going up to 27°. Snow and sleet expected making the roads trecherous.
Think that may be Lib, got the glowing eyes thing going on, and checking out the egg cup!
Thanks for the Alert, Suz. You got back just in time.
SHARON WANDA!!! EAGLE ALERT!!
Belle must be hanging around, cause he almost looks like he's working on the egg cup! She must be watching him...
I see it!
Well, and poof. Gone.
Yep, if he doesn't bring breakfast for her, he pretends to be busy. LOL
That visit was so short, it wasn't even sweet.
