DEB--We have had SEARS forever---It may be just this crew in Cumberland, MD---Other friends have called & told me their story!----One friend works--they had her # to call, etc----when she came home they had left her washer on her porch!!-----
Deb, they have put a multi-pop up cam on the Glacier park site...Deb had put these sites up on the blog a long time ago, and I immediately put them in my favs, was fun to watch during the winter months, the osprey cam is new this spring.
Good morning! Among all of the reminiscence and sadness about Walter Cronkite, here is an amusing little news bleep: the Oscar Meyer Weinermobile crashed into a house while the female driver was attempting to turn around in a driveway!! No injuries. She thought she had it in reverse...duh!
Reading over earlier comments-----know for a fact from sister and daughters' experiences, that cats and mine with dogs that pets can and do throw up at will to express displeasure, anger or any other emotion that hits them!!! Just have to hope that it IS that and not a physical ailment (hairball, GI irritation, etc.).
Just got back from the new Farmers Market around my way. Really nice. It is near the Harbor and they have buns and cookies and the regular vegetables and fruit. BBL
Norma, my Sears Kenmore W&D are on their 16th year, and only problem was a switch that Bill had to bypass last year to keep it from agitating when lid was up...even tho' I hold my breath every time I use them just because of age! Jim, no pics yesterday---no nest action, and I forgot while we were eating! Do have some Margy arriving pics that I'll post later today!
On George . . . who knows? I think he is just a glutton. Will (son) fed him extra last night because he was begging so much.
I can't put out dry food and let him decide how much to eat. He would eat it all, throw up, and beg for more. Does not understand portion control, so I have to do that for him.
Was strange that he threw up on the computer, though. Sometimes he sits on the keyboard while I am using it. That is definitely a clear bid for attention, but not unusual for a cat. He also likes to walk on the keyboard.
I bought one of those compressed gas cans to clean out the keyboard, and cat hairs blew out.
LOL, Ceil...ain't it the truth?? I'm going to put out a couple of pieces of cantaloupe for Myrtle---she loves it----so maybe I'll see her again today. Beautiful morning...nice breeze, comfortable temps. My baby is boarding in LA--has a two-hour layover in Denver again, and gets into Dulles at 6pm. Tomorrow is her 34th b-day....I'm feeling old. I remember the night she was born as if it was yesterday.
She just missed being a preemie---weighed 5#8oz. and was 36 weeks...any lower or earlier she would have been classified as such. She was so tiny! Couldn't fold a diaper small enough to fit and still get pins through. Hospital started her out with preemie Pampers, which we used for a couple of months.

It sounds like you have a bad Sears, Norma! That's too bad.
I like taking a tour of the country! I just wish they would put more cams on. Mt. Rushmore has one and I bet other National Parks do, too.

Hi, back with food.
Have to check out sites you've mentioned.
On washers and dryers. My mother had a set from Sears. I think she used it more than 30 years.
NEW WINDY THREAD!COME ON OVER!!!

Here's a funny coinky-dink: at lunch yesterday, I chose a shrimp jambalaya for my entree; daughter got the same thing at Disneyland last night!!
