Norma a few of our Momsters had noticed that several days ago, I had not really had much of a look until this morning...wonder if Steve has had a chance to see it...or has any ideas about it also.
Morning everyone from sunny western PA. I've been reading the blog a bit each day but can't keep up with you folks. Got to see both Lib and Belle with the little 'un for a while yesterday between appointments and making hot cross buns. Our little town didn't have any currants, so I used raisins for the buns, just as good. My birding friend wants to look for shore birds today. I will hate to say no but I have to get ready for tomorrow. Everyone have a blessed EASTER. Lynne
MORNIN' BEAUTIFUL GRANNYBLT!----Delighted to hear from you this am!---I envy your sunshine--ho!---We are a wet gloomy bunch of 'BUNNIES' here!!---I have never tasted a hot cross bun!!---Are they as good as your home made bread?---Wishing you and your family a BLESSED EASTER too!!---
Hot cross buns are just a slightly sweetened roll with traditionally currants and a little spice with a white cross in icing on top. They are to be eaten on Good Friday. I rarely make Christmas cookies to give, but I do the hot cross buns at Easter for the neighbors. My former neighbors from TX have e-mailed wondering where theirs are. Gotta get busy here. I'll try to be back later.
The BLUE HERRON site is AWESOME this am!---The 2 HERRONS are there & then there are several other birds flying----also saw a mating pair on the left---SPRING IS IN THE AIR!!
Happy Easter Weekend to Everyone!☺ AND HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO PAULA!!!!XXXX ☺☺☺
Wet & windy here. Couldn't get Live cam to open, but finally got still. Our osprey cam here isn't working either. This AM, could not see Mom eagle in the nest here. Sure she was down on the chick(s).

Good Morning, Loretta... We are all so excited about our Road Trip. The fact that we don't have to worry too much about the weather takes a LOAD off my mind!! (Covered boat and bus). Do hope the day is warm and sunny, though:)

Many times, Norma...which means I spend too much time on the puter, I guess...LOL! Probably happens at least once a month...but it happened when our new live stream cam came online, and I was having to re-download flashplayer and shockwave, so that was just..what, maybe 10 days ago?? ARGH!
good morning all.... i am desperate for help! i have tried everything to get the live cam of hidey. it won't come up. all the other cams are ok (on beakspeak) so i am not sure why hidey's doesn't come up. can anyone help me? i miss the little one!
Norma, We have 2 cats. Suzanne saw a video I made of the one cat playing "fetch" w/my husband. She started the game herself by bringing him a mousie & he had to throw it & she would return with it & wait for the next throw. Hi, Wanda. Can't wait for our get together. I'm hoping for good weather too.Just checked my last spring pics & the leaves were just starting to come out on the trees near the eagle nest.Hope you'll be able to see something.
Norma, do you mean the Internet Explorer 8 upgrade that we were talking about at the time? I haven't had any trouble with it! In fact, it has one very good feature....if puter freezes up or throws you out, it automatically reconnects to all sites that were open before the problem! Jqamie, some of us had to uninstall flashplayer and shockwave and reinstall from adobe.com. But sometimes if too many people are viewing a cam, it can prevent others from accessing the picture!
I have been watching the PA PEREGRINE FALCON on her nest----I swear--I could see movement in her back moving up & down some---DAD also flew in & out---But don't think they are expecting anything until May?-----IGNORE ME!
hi, hedgie... i did try doing that yesterday and it still won't come up. not sure why i can get the other cams and not this one. i have tried all times of day also. i also sent an email to steve to see if he had any ideas... i haven't heard back from him. i am so bummed!

Good morning! Started a comment a few minutes ago, then we had a family reunion in the nest that I had to watch. Including Hidey doing his stand on his head poop shoot!
Jamie...McAfee was keeping me from seeing the cam until I approved the sight. Just a possible suggestion.
Hi, Lolly! How's the weather in Texas?? Hope you have a lovely day...we don't! Will talk to you fine fowl folks later...have to leave for lunch date in an hour....gotta let Margy's "fairy" finish her work! TTFN!

Jo, we will not be hiding eggs outside tomorrow. Will be doing it indoors. We have rain and thunderstorms predicted for tomorrow. Good thing as Texas is burning up. We could smell smoke the last two days. Not good!! Have not been outside today. In fact, I better not step out as it is hard to get me back in!
Have eggs all ready for Zach tomorrow. Bought baby animals (toys) to put inside the eggs. He has all the adult animals, you know, the ones in the cases at the stores. Now he will have the few babies I could find. LOL I will have to tape the baby giraffe to an egg as it won't fit inside.
Also, found a baby duck that quacks and flaps its wings when you feed it with a bottle. I know, I know, that is not the way a baby duck eats, but it is so cute.
Good morning all especially Norma our #1 Eagle mom today and every day. Stopping in to say a very HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO PAULA She has done so much for this blog. Thank you. BBL

I will probably catch Mass at Hedgesville in the morning.
Poor Jamie! Hope he can get this live feed up soon. I am going to backtrack and find cmoise's email address from the first or second day our cam was re-doine. bb soon
On the still cam - his foot is in a different position. Live Feed looks the same so it should be working . Just not sure at this point. Will know better when an adult flys in or Hidey sits up!
I could not find cmoise's email address...nor can find a way to contact Jamie....so maybe, someone here can help out when they have a chance...sounds like Jamie has been through the paces but at least found the Still Cam!
TTFN - Best Saturday Afternoon (and still Morning for our West Coast pals) to all.
Kind of strange, my computer loaded up all kinds of cookies and started running slowly, then I had trouble closing OUT of the live feed. Maybe there is some sort of upgrade going on somewhere.. Parent Our Nest right Now !
Hey, Deb...you finally got a shot of the Prarie Chicken strutting his stuff. I can remember reading about that when I was in school and thought it would be so cool to see it!
Happy Easter to all you eagle lovers.I have been sick all week and haven't been on the computer much.I went and checked on the eagles on friday afternoon and they are doing fine, and i got some super good photos of the male, they only have two young this year.I will post the photos soon.
Sorry you've been sick, Dave...NO FUN! Will look forward to seeing your new shots. I'm still in jail, so can't check email..feel very lucky to be able to get on blog! My time should be up soon!! Got my dressing (stuffing) made for tomorrows' feast...sure is nice to know that I'm not the hostess!
Now that has been some really hard work happening in our nest. Did you all see her right up at the camera? Thelma asked if they were trying to make it 2 stories.
Belle tried to move that BIG log around, but didn't have much success. Eating some leftovers now. Hidey is sound asleep....Lib took off for parts unknown;)
Yes, saw that, Sharon...wonder what she has in mind. She tore into that log like she was angry about something. She and Lib may have had an argument. LOL

Mom just moved the dud egg under her at OK and did the waddle
Hey there, Jim!
Mits - I wish I could be out running the errands! Little things I would be doing for tomorrow - relying on all others this year.
Jo, OC has been really crowded this week
I am home from watching the Prairie Chickens boom and strut. The pictures are downloading, but they were a ways away so there won't be any good close-ups.
that's OK, Jo, take the year off.
welcome home Deb:)
Dud eggs are problems for birds.....
Glad you had a good morning venture, Deb

won't the vigil be too long for you, Jo?
I got my wish, slept, and woke up to clearing skies
Yay Deb You got to see your prairie chickens... the Early Birds get the Chickens!
Can't believe it, after 9 pm in Finland and we can still see the bird on the nest! It's been a long dark winter but now we get the prize!
And so good to read that you will be seeing your little M&M girls Sunday, Mits - Now THAT is the way celebrate EASTER ! xo

still no sound after reboot, and don't see any movement. I should be seeing some things blowing in the breeze....got to go....later.
What do you think, are we "froze up" at NCTC ?
Or is Hidey just being that still with that footsie sticking out ?
well if it is on the fritz, we are out of luck till Monday:(
Okay Bye Mits ☺
I have to go soon too....
Okay still and live are different now, so something is working
so, I think Still is refeshing, and Live is Not Live...
for now, anyway.
On the still cam - his foot is in a different position.
Live Feed looks the same so it should be working . Just not sure at this point.
Will know better when an adult flys in or Hidey sits up!
BBL to check it out.........
I could not find cmoise's email address...nor can find a way to contact Jamie....so maybe, someone here can help out when they have a chance...sounds like Jamie has been through the paces but at least found the Still Cam!
TTFN - Best Saturday Afternoon (and still Morning for our West Coast pals) to all.
xo ☺ ♥
Our Live Feed is definitely NOT LIVE right now...
:(
Kind of strange, my computer loaded up all kinds of cookies and started running slowly, then I had trouble closing OUT of the live feed. Maybe there is some sort of upgrade going on somewhere..
Parent Our Nest right Now !
AND MY LIVE FEED IS WORKING AGAIN
HAPPY HAPPY JOY JOY
With Sound ! I got a hum, but I don't care !
I did shut the site down, (for the third time) and when I brought it back up, all was running again ☺
But I do have to go TTFN now
xo ☺
* Thanks to the Powers that Be...for fixing whatever was on the Fritz *
Found some buried food goodies...time for a feeding now ☺
I hear Blue Birds at OUR Nest !
in the midst of the Wind Noises..
Okay, 'Bye....
What makes you think it is not live now. I have sound and the pic is the same on both still and live, or close anyway.
Ok, read a few blogs back. I think it is running just fine.
I was just taking a peek in between jobs. Have made deviled eggs, and picked up. Jack vacuumed, so now I need to mop and dust.
BBL
Was that nice fish just brought in or has it been there?
I have found an address for anyone having a problem getting our cam:
Chris Moise (Outdoor TV) [Edit]

Hope it helps those who are having difficulties seeing our beauties.
That fish is as big as Lib! Could be a trout. Yum!
Big poop shoot, so funny to watch Hidey try and balance.
Okay now, the Baton has been well handed over to our afternoon Eagle People...
I am going to head out to Morgan County for some Kid Fun.
Take Care, all...xoxo ☺ ♥
You might have heard that it's not looking too good for the second chick at PH either. Nobody's seen any movement since early this morning. Sad thing.
K 10 is still shading the chick, but he may be waiting for the lady to return and deal with it.
I hope it pulls through, time will tell.
I've got to do some shopping, hair cutting, etc. Talk to you later, have a good day.
C(°Ù¿°)D
Jim
How sad at PH, I imagine they are pretty upset on the IWS forum. :(
Today's pictures are posted on Deb's Photos.
I am off to the store, BBL.
I'm back from my errands, read and see that cam is working fine again:)
Hidey did a few wing stretches and is now settling down
Hey, Deb...you finally got a shot of the Prarie Chicken strutting his stuff. I can remember reading about that when I was in school and thought it would be so cool to see it!
parent at PH is eating, don't see it feeding anything
as usual, great pictures, Deb.....
Lib is back
feeding our nest
Maine cam #2 is finally back online and Mom just showed me her 2 eggs
wow, that was a quick takeoff
I am back from the store, just had some last minute stuff to get. I am making the salad tonight, then everything else is easy for tomorrow.

Indiana Nesting Eagles----Dave
sorry you have been under the weather, Dave....take care:)
Sorry you were feeling sick, Dave. I can't wait to see your pictures!
Fly in our nest.
Eagle is fighting with a stick. So far the stick is winning.
She won that battle, now on to the next branch, it is a big one.
Now that has been some really hard work happening in our nest. Did you all see her right up at the camera? Thelma asked if they were trying to make it 2 stories.
She was really attacking those branches.
Got some major nestorations going on in our nest.
I saw Sharon, she found some nestovers now and is having a snack.
Belle tried to move that BIG log around, but didn't have much success. Eating some leftovers now.
Hidey is sound asleep....Lib took off for parts unknown;)
Hidey's awake now...probably hungry as a bear!
Yes, saw that, Sharon...wonder what she has in mind. She tore into that log like she was angry about something. She and Lib may have had an argument. LOL
Hidey sounds so sweet.
Look at how deep that egg bowl is now!
Those nestovers HAVE to be NASTY!!
Hope it's not too late to do some fishing...Hidey sounds hungry. It is still daylight here, but won't be for long!
Parent is back with a snack.
No snack...bedtime:)
Parent put fluffy blanket on Hidey, but he's not happy about it. Whining like a baby:)
Parent is gone...now what? Hidey stopped whining.
Belle is back and still no snack for Hidey. Whining again.
OUCH!!
feed that chicket:)!
STEPPED ON HIDEY...now Hidey is getting up.
