Just had a big line of strong storms, including tornadoes come through here. The two eaglets are wet, but acting normal. No sign of the adults or the fledgling right now. Live feed is down.

I'm up against my will and I hope temporarily, but I just had to check the action in our nest this morning.
So far, Liberty brought a nice fish, but probably not enough for both of the eaglets. It will be interesting to see if he brings another one for No. 3.
Food or no food, No. 3 is getting some real wing excercise and getting a little air under him too.

Well I don't blame tiny for throwing a fit. Its his turn for sure!!! Dogs and I are back inside. We beat the rain. Right now severe stuff is just a little north which is good news for me. Just gettign skirted by it.

Looks like Tiny is getting the "call of the wild"..doing lots of wing exercising. Looking to the beyond the nest look.
I think it's No. 3 is 'winging' around the nest and has nearly gone off into the wild blue yonder on the 'take off' side of the nest a couple of times... I think he's far enough along he would probably survive if he did have an accidental launch.

Jim, there is a lot of dense vegetation on the ground under the nest tree. I think that would cushion any accidental falls they might have. Yes, Tiny does have that Far-Away look...like he is really thinking about launching.

Mom and Dad were both in the nest, but I think only one brought food. Don't know what it is...doesn't look like fish.

Unless he stays in the nest like Spunky did. By Saturday all will have fledged. Hopefully coming back and forth to nest.

I sent Steven a email asking him if our #2 born is branching or fledged. Also to tell us if he sees any eaglets in the tree branches or Pearl #1 born on the ground. Maybe he will come in and tell us he sees 2 eaglets flying with parents.....that would be so good ( :
Now, that is the kind of fledging we saw 2 years ago.

Tiny doesn't seem to know what to do with his meal. He has to become more agressive or he will have a hard time surviving. Hope he stays in the nest for a few more days. He doesn't have the skills that his siblings had. He will learn now that he has the house and fridge all to himself.

I don't know if they got a new camera or if they found a way to work the old one, but the pictures are much, much clearer with almost no haze.
