Hi, eagle lovers! DEB - thanks for the link to the baby panda video. What a cutie! Don't you just want to grab him and give him a hug? SANDRA - It's been so good to see you on here the last couple of days. I'm sure the joy of watching our eagles will help you get better. I'm worried about the weather forcast - am supposed to go down to the DC area tomorrow to spend some time with my Mom. I usually don't schedule trips in the winter, but since my brother's death, I'm trying to spend more time with her. Guess I'll keep my fingers crossed that the ice will clear up by late morning. I'm hoping to miss the evening rush hour down there!

I spent about an hour this evening working on the FAFSA for Andrew's financial aid for next year. It is completed and 2 weeks early!
PH is going down around 4:55 PST until sometime Monday. They are doing some big switch on the feed. Did you read the IWS update for this week? It is pretty interesting and has quite a few little videos.

In this area, our weather fluctuates so much it is not unusual, Deb, we have the mountains 3 hours to the west, and the ocean 3 hours to the east, so predicting weather is a challenge here. I'm talking about the Washington D.C. weather
I have only been in DC in the summer, it was hot and humid!

Most people here have more than one winter coat, heavy, not so heavy and a jacket. We have worn the heavy coat more often this year than the last 4-5 winters.
