The fabricator has been hear for the measurements. Now it's just a wait game...I'm hoping before graduation but not sure if it's going to happen. We are also trying to do something with the back yard. I think we are going to add more "hardscape" because the dogs just destroy the grass. We had a landscaping company come in and they wanted 10,000!!!! So, well, I guess we will do something ourselves LOL

JudyEddy said...

We now have 35 peeps on the Facebook Shepherstown page COOL BEANS huh

JudyEddy said...

Belle looks so pretty sitting alone

Lori O. said...

You can do it yourself DANA. Landscaping it fun and adds value to your home, has a great return too. I'm with you on the dogs though. Dalai and FloBear have destroyed a 12 foot sq area, and I reseeded another yesterday!

oh I should sign up for that fb page.

Glad you made it back from FB, Dana ! It's not for me, I'm just a crazy ol' woman resisting change, I guess.

DanaMo said...

You have to have a facebook account to sign into facebook, but you don't have to "like" the page to view it once you are on facebook. Does that answer the question? I'm not sure if it does.

I enjoy facebook because I've been able to connect with my high school friends. It's been a great way to organize our reunion and just to catch up. I really limit my "friends" list because I just don't see the need to have hundreds of people that I am friends with. I like it for that and I like this because it's a group who all share a common interest and we have all become friends.

Kay said...

Dana, what a beautiful photo ! Thanks for sharing ! You got yourself a good lookin' guy !!!!

I connected with all my grade school through H.S. buddies through Classmates and a church site, years ago. E-mail daily with many of them and we've had some great face to face reunions as well. Can't think of a soul I care about that I've not already found without FB.

I'm thanking God daily for the wonderful friends I've found right here, too !

Oh, DANA, you were a beautiful bride. How are your three four legged kids today?

I thank Him for you, too, Kay!

Speaking of...things must be getting better. I didn't read a single prayer request from Thursday afternoon on.

Glad to hear BOB is getting up & around. OH BOB - I really enjoyed your pictures at the Garden (forgot the name now - is it Longwood Garden?). I'd love to visit there.

The four legged kids...well the puppies are still getting into everything. I don't know what I am going to do with them. Boomerang was eating butter off the counter and I was sitting right here at the table. I couldn't believe how bold he was...then he comes over after I yell at him and pouts, while licking his chops! I need to figure out a way to get them to stop counter surfing. Any ideas.

Thanks for the compliment. I wore my moms gown which was really special and yes I got me a handsome man. He just knocked on my door one day, well actually it was Friday the 13th. :)

Oh Lori:
Alone Again, Naturally... one of my very favorite songs, always makes me cry

And thanks for the tributes to our Firefighter, he made a big contribution to our fire department over the years, was a fire line officer, and helped develop the Junior Fire Department program for our company
which is still one of the strongest programs in the state !

Lori O. said...

Had an exciting (stress) evening yesterday. Freddy walked into the yard with a young bunny then Batman (they're cats) grabbed it, so Kate and I are chasing hobbly old Batman around trying to get him to let go of this bunny and he finally did when Kate hurled a rake into the bush he was hiding under! After half an hour the bunny wasn't going anywhere. I'm sure he was stunned and in shock = read a lot of bunnies actually get scared to death. So I picked him up with a towel, there was a small amoung of blood on it but he perked up and hopped to the back of the crate. I picked dandelion greens for it and we'll let him go somewhere "catless" up the street today.
I haven't even checked on it this morning. Everything said to have as little contact with it as possible. Hope he's okay. I'll keep you posted on his release today.

DanaMo said...

aw...Boomer got a baby bunny last year on Easter morning! It was still alive when he gave him to me, so I just moved him to the front yard away from the dogs. We have a bunny hole under our front porch so I put him there in hopes that he would be with others...never really knew what happened to him.

magpie said...

check out the little "heart leaf" at the bottom of our nest ☺

Lori O. said...

Have to feed the dogs or FloBear will begin with his moose noises and wake the neighborhood.

Eagle-Eyed Shar said...

Magpie, that was the first thing I thought this morning when I saw the leaf, it looks like a heart.

Kay said...

Sorry, zoned out on you for a few. My keyboard froze and had to reboot????

Dana, would it seem too cruel to sprinkle red pepper along the edges of the counter tops until the pups decide they really don't want to go there ? Someone else must have a better idea !

Lori, you asked about weekend plans. I won't have Seth here this evening and overnight. He and parents are getting together with friends. We have an agreement that we never turn down such opportunities because we have many Sat/Suns to spend together. He and I will go to the Band Concert in the Park of Roses tomorrow evening. The first of the season.

Kay said...

Lori, nice rescue of the little bunny ! Of course, Batman and Freddy were just doing what comes naturally, but they sure didn't need the bunny for food. Hope it's okay today and will enjoy being released.

Kay said...

Margy, you're probaby already out of the door, but I thought you were off on weekends now ????

Time to catch up with news of the day, e-mail... So, going into LM and will see y'all later. It's been great sharing coffee, chat and Nestcapades with you today !

According to Linda WV avatar on the OC forum there was a SNOWY EGRET on the nest this morning...Did any one here see it?

Stronghunter, I think we are going to have a week long Thursday Thread and I hope it does not crash from over load of comments...have we ever had such a long thread before?

The Library Conference Registeration is done and I was glad I volunteered. Good crowd of people there and some very good sessions...

Costume Lady said...

Please be carefull when cleaning out your cupboards for the various food drives...check out the expiration date. The Soup Kitchen was given some expired cans of something (can't remember what) and they leaked all over the shelves:(

Linda said...

Good Point, Wanda. Too many times people give unwanted or expired items that do no good!

Hi Hoda!! Sounds like you have had a productive morning! I know I have seen threads with over a thousand posts here and maybe others have seen even more, so we'll hope things go well for us now!

Hoda said...

Thanks Pa-Lynn(Linda), It was a good morning with the Library Conference Registeration. I too hope that this thread does not overload. I missed it when the site was down. Do you know if Snowy Egrets are common in West Virginia? A reported sighting this morning on the OC forum???

glo said...

Excellent point about food donations Wanda Happens at the shelter often too. I am off to my cupboard now. Good reminder.

paula eagleholic said...

Nope, missed the snowy egret! Cool.

Just got back from getting my mulch from my local hardware store...love them!

Was able to get one of the last BBQ chicken dinners from the Lions Club BBQ, and scored a couple of tools for the beach house at a yard sale.

Gotta get showered and packed to head to John's...spending the night there too...getting my Mother's Day breakfast in the morning!

paula eagleholic said...

Wow, that is 1/2 chicken in my BBQ dinner...saving it for tomorrow!

stronghunter said...

Have a good afternoon!

Lynne2 said...

Afternoon all!

Woulda been here sooner but I'm suffering from laryngitis....all that singing last night ya know!

Linda said...

Very funny, Lynne!!!

Save your voice just in case you get a call for an audition somewhere!!

hedgie said...

I didn't see a snowy egret, Hoda, and no one else mentioned it. Hmmm....

Oh, yes, we've had threads go voer 1000 posts on several occasions!

Dana, tooth fairy did NOT come for Liesl! But I did get her a new leash and collar yesterday!

hedgie said...

Ha, ha---see the OC moderator put up strict rules for posts on the Observations forum.

hedgie said...

Well, I often see egrets around here.....whether they are "snowy" ones or not, I don't know!!!

Lynne, stop talking----rest your vocal cords! LOL!!!

Linda said...

I started the idea of that thread months ago......and they still can't get people to just post actual activity on the nest!!

Hahaha! Consider the source....

glo said...

Hedgie Has Liesl grown into a new collar. Tell me "shhhh" does it still have to say Meow?

Linda said...

It was a great idea, IMHO, if you couldn't read through all the posts, but just wanted to know what happened at the nest.

For a while people were posting, "Empty Nest at XXLXXpm"

Then people would ask questions, post opinions, discuss things, etc.

It just didn't seem to work!!

OC did try as they obviously did at the beginning of their thread today to let people know the purpose of that thread, but no one would go back to the original post to see what the thread was about!!

Lynne2 said...

LOL Linda!! If you could REALLY hear me sing, you'd been looking for something to put me out of YOUR misery!

Steve is cutting the grass. Finally got the mower up and running. I need to go rake...it's really long and I hate long wet grass all over the yard.

Linda said...

Hey Lynne - Why are they singing Country Roads, Take me Home over on the OC Thread - Nest Observations Only Post #112 on???

Someone is lurking on our thread and doing a copy cat??

hedgie said...

PA Linda----you should have e-mail!

Lynne2 said...

no way! Interesting coincidence. I don't even go there!

Linda said...

I think the references to the song are just a part of their signature on their posts of a couple people!

Linda said...

Okay, back to my studying......and LM!!

hedgie said...

Off to vote. BBIALW.

Linda said...

Thanks Lynn - You're so awesome!! You never forget ♥♥

Lynne - I never go to their forums either, but Lynn mentioned something about the moderator rules on a thread, so I went over to check it out.

It used to bug me when they reported Nest is Empty, Nest is Empty, Empty Nest, Nest is Still Empty every 10 minutes......

Thanks again, Lynn!

Kay said...

A Snowy Egret ? I'm flabbergasted, because there were several of us on watch at the time of day WVLinda says she saw it ! Check between 7am and 7:30 and you'll see some very observant people were at the SSCC at the time !

Lynn, so hard to learn to pace ourselves when we get going on jobs like you had on the "to do" list yesterday. I do the same thing, over do one day and pay for it the next. Election day on a Saturday ! Brilliant ! I think all elections should be on weekends when most folks are off work.

Wanda, such a good point on expiration dates on foods/cans. Seth and I both volunteer at CRC, that is, Clintonville Resource Center, working in the pantry and "boutique". One of our duties is to go through all food that comes in from community food drives before it goes on the shelves. It's amazing how much expired stuff we have to pitch ! It kind of amuses me to see how many cans of soup and jars of peanut butter are donated, as if many think that's about all the needy want to eat. We have a tough time keeping enough canned tuna, chicken and meats on hand. Now that I've worked there that is the #1 item I purchase for donation. Also, food stamps do not cover toiletries and there is always a crying need for those. They aren't food, but they are necessary !

Paula, have fun with those precious grands !

Great Caesar's Ghost, five minutes ago it was sunny, now it's dark and the sky has opened up. It's pouring ! Prediction was for widely scattered showers--guess they scattered into my neighborhood with a vengence !

Judie said...

Good mid-afternoon.

Lunch was nice. Always fun to chat with Interpol.

Rainy day so feel a nap sneaking up on me.

Have been trying to speed read and finally had to stop as it seems at some point Shirley took a tumble perhaps trying to escape the gun shot that might have left a body in a cemetery (of course, one would expect to find a body in a cemetery) and all this activity was accompanied by a chorus of Almost Heaven, West Virginia while the Bedford ladies pack up their belongings in preparation of leaving town as quickly as possible. Meanwhile, someone apparently attempted to high-jack the blog and Steve has wisely left town for a week. Whew, what an exciting day it was yesterday.

Judie said...

Lori, sorry about the baby bunny. We haven't seen ours for about two weeks but hope it will reappear soon.

Lynn, not sure what happened with Liesl but hope she's behaving.

Shirley, sounds like a nice way to chill with daughter and grand.

Hi Linda and Glo and Wanda and all others I've not caught up with.

Lynne2, glad Steve is feeling better -- at least enough to cut the grass.

Happy Birthday to Jo's oldest and happy graduation day for Christine.

I'm back....THAT did not go so well...ran into an old ex-bf...ugh! Funny coincidence about that situation, tho'....when I was a "new" nurse, I worked with a gal who told me at my work bridal shower that one of her classmates was from up here. When I first started working at the local hospital found out that she was a member of the hospital's old family institution and that she had died of a brain tumor. Chapel was---and is---dedicated to her memory. Then 7 yrs. later I met him at GM. And mamny years later I dated him.

This is the second time that the announcement by the moderator at the OC site has appeared...they have been getting better about deleting them yet at times it takes them sometime to do so.

PA Lynn, the only self study I do anymore is the contemaplation of my own navel. It's boring, too ! are you up against a deadline on these courses ?

Hedgie Lynn, I take it sparks did not fly upon seeing the old flame ? Phooey, we need some excitement this afternoon. I don't know the players on the OC and rarely take a look at their comments.

Judie, love your post of 2:58, wrapping up yesterdays drama in one fell swoop !

Linda said...

Yes, Kay, I have to complete my remaining hours by June 30th!!

Shouldn't be a problem! I've done this before.....and will probably do it again!!

I'll finish up the self study hours this weekend and then do the webinars 3 or 4 afternoons a week over the next 4-5 weeks and then I should be set!!

Kay said...

Hoda, doesn't it seem incredible that out of so many people watching at any one time there would be just that one report and no on catching any pictures ? Can't really say with absolute conviction that it didn't happen, but I remain a skeptic.

Judie said...

Jim, forgot my manners earlier. Thank you for the Pete's Pond link. I lost it somewhere along the way and am glad to have it back.

Kay said...

That's "no one" catching pictures, of course.

glo said...

LOL this is great indeed by Judie
"Have been trying to speed read and finally had to stop as it seems at some point Shirley took a tumble perhaps trying to escape the gun shot that might have left a body in a cemetery (of course, one would expect to find a body in a cemetery) and all this activity was accompanied by a chorus of Almost Heaven, West Virginia while the Bedford ladies pack up their belongings in preparation of leaving town as quickly as possible. Meanwhile, someone apparently attempted to high-jack the blog and Steve has wisely left town for a week. Whew, what an exciting day it was yesterday.

Saturday, May 14, 2011 2:58:00 PM"

Steve even thinks he has us all set with automated new threads. Well he tried but blogger cop and whoever works for him tried harder I am afraid. Maybe not but if it doesn't auto happen tonight or tomorrow I think this is what it is for the week.

Pa-lynn In regards to who is stirring the pot over at the OC site both male names mentioned certainly set tehmselves up to be expert. Glenn says the way he knows Truder is an adult male, and not a sub adult, and therefore it is Liberty he is seeing, ...are you ready for this???...the colour of the eagles legs/feet...when corrected he simply claimed he knew that all along...still claims it is possible to have a clutch this year and still claims that there are at least three eagles that show up in this nest, at times four...I am dizzy with shaking my head!!!

hedgie said...

Judie, I loved your summary, too!!! You are on the ball!

Linda, when I retired I also inactivated my nursing license, so no more CE's for me!!!! Tho' I do still occasionally do some online ones and bank them JUST IN CASE anything happened that I had to reactivate. Highly unlikely but sometimes you never know what social security may try to pull.

THE PAIN THE PAIN

OMG, my experiment of not using any Aleve or Tylenol is NOT going well. Seems that besides my knees and back, there is a lot of pain in my shoulders, upper back, elbows and my legs, mostly the front of my upper legs (aka THUNDER THIGHS!!). And it's BAD. If a 1 is no pain and a 10 is so bad I couldn't move around, I'm at a good solid 7. It so hard to rake and my husband is getting angry that I won't stop. Whatever dude...

Lynne2 said...

Glo, I was wondering about yesterday;s BLOG OUT and if that would mess up the Auto Thread Steve has set up. Well, if it has, this will be the longest thread in Blogstory!

LOL Judie!

Hoda said...

Pa-Lynn I remain a skeptic also.

Judie said...

Linda, sorry I forgot my manners with you as well. Best of luck getting the self-study and webinars completed. Please remind me what you do these for -- I'm sure I missed the significance while speed reading. As Andy can tell you, we are a solid source of support for our A students.

Lynne2 said...

heading back out....

Judie said...

Oh, okay, Linda. Lynn's comment brought me into the current blogosphere. I bet you're a nurse taking comprehensive exams in order to keep your license active. How's that for being a quick study? Good luck and you have our support, of course.

TRUDER in nest.

hedgie said...

Judie---what Liesl did this morning: in one minute while I answered the phone, she chewed the binding loose and pulled out carpet fibers on the bound remnant in front of the door! Mai pulled that stunt, too. I sprayed it good with the bitter apple---they both went RIGHT BACK TO IT! ARGH!

Kay said...

Poof from 11 spot

Linda said...

No, Judy - Nursing isn't my area of expertise!!!

I'm doing this for my CPA license....

Hoda - I haven't gone into any of those OC threads in so long, I didn't know who was who. I don't remember Glen too much, so I thought he was okay. GUESS NOT....if he thinks all those things about the male eagle. My goodness. Glad I got out when I did.

Judie said...

Lynn, wonder if there is something particular about that piece of carpet? Maybe the type of fiber or some scent to the fibers/backing? Do you have an old piece of something you can substitute to see if she has the same behavior? Just wondering...

Kay said...

Lynn, Seth called a few minutes ago to say Malcolm has chewed on the third remote control in 5 months. He's destroyed all of them. Loves plastic. Seems the human beings in the house need to put the remotes in a safe place rather than leaving them sitting o the couch ! At least Liesl is a puppy, Malcolm is 2 years old.

Judie said...

Well, I guess I'll turn in my crime solver's badge. CPA? Well, that's good, also. I'll holler when I need help, please and thank you. Good luck getting everything completed on time.

Kay said...

Lynne2, you've probably said, but I missed it. What is this going without pain relievers experiment all about ? Now the pain is way ahead of you and it's going to take a while to get it under control, I'm afraid.

Linda said...

Hoda - I just logged in for the first time in a couple months, because I remembered I friended a male over there from England just before I got fed up with the whole thing. IT WAS GLEN!!

That is too funny. It was on March 25th that he friend requested me, so he is an expert in a little over a month?? Interesting!!

He even told me he has never even seen a bald eagle and they don't have them over there in England! Don't know if that is so, but it is funny to learn he is now a trouble maker and and expert!!

What a RIOT!!

You have much patience to go over there!! I see where you report nest activity the RIGHT way!! You're too kind!!

hedgie said...

Judie----Nope! Linda is a CPA!

Linda said...

I'm still getting a kick out of you, Judie, especially since you think I might think you lost your manners!! In this blog??

As soon as you think you're in this "blogosphere," you realize you're NOT!! Too much to catch up with on an hour by hour basis!!

I SOoooooo enjoy your light hearted comments........and of course, your support. ♥♥♥

Usually these self study courses are pretty straight forward, but this one I am taking now is kicking my butt!!

I'm ready for a refund or an exchange..........or maybe some of Lolly's wine.....

Linda said...

Sorry for all my typos......Maybe I should "preview" before I post....

hedgie said...

Linda, did you tell Glen that the bald moniker isn't really what they are? Just that the white made them look "bald" apparently to Audubon or somebody way back when? But yes, I think they only have Golden Eagles across the pond. Very majestic, too!

Linda said...

Okay, now back to the question on FFOR under both the SEC and PCAOB definitions......Ugh!!

I mean, really......does this mean anything to me???

Linda said...

Lynn - I have NO intentions on posting over there again. I'll go in and look on a rare occassion, but I had my fill in about 10 days there!!

If he is such an expert, we will let him figure that out for himself! ☺ ☼ ‼ (just playing around)

hedgie said...

Judie, I still have the carpet piece that was there from when Cinnamon was still here. I had put it downstairs so that her smell wouldn't be on the carpet---I had the carpeting itself cleaned before Mai came, but not the remnant "mats". Will have to bring it up now cause I sure can't have a fraying piece at the entrance!

Kay said...

I believe "balde" is one of the French words for white and somehow that was shortened to bald for Bald Eagles. Who dunnit I dunno. I also believe Bald Eagles are only found in North America with the largest concentration of them in Alaska.

Kay said...

Per Wikopedia:

The Bald Eagle (Haliaeetus leucocephalus) is a bird of prey found in North America. It is the national bird and symbol of the United States of America. This sea eagle has two known sub-species and forms a species pair with the White-tailed Eagle. Its range includes most of Canada and Alaska, all of the contiguous United States, and northern Mexico.

Bald Eagles are not actually bald, the name deriving from the older meaning of the word, "white headed".

Kay said...

Haliaeetus Leucocephalus, how about that for a new Truder name ? It just rolls right off the tongue !!!!

Linda said...

And class....that is our lesson for today!! Thanks, Kay! ♥

Linda said...

Yeah, I bet that would be fun to type out while having your first cup of coffee at the SSCC!!!

I bet we would see MANY variations of spelling then.....

Kay said...

LOL, PALynn ! It sounds like a disease or the technical term for bad breath !

Lynne2 said...

OK, clearly I've been gone too long....Leisl has become destructive, Linda has changed careers to nursing , Judie is now our meteorologist, and Kay is and gotten her Masters in Orinthology while picking up men on Facebook. Geesh, I can't leave you all alone for a minute!

Kay said...

LOL, Lynne2, but wait, Glen belongs to PALynn. As appealing as he seems to be I would never make a move on the man of another blog bud !!!!!

Lynne2 said...

Kay, I've been taking Aleve 1-2 twice a day per my back Dr (and now the knee doctor)for about 10 years now. I am worried about the cardio side effects, and my knees seem to just be getting worse instead of better. So I stopped taking it, and Tylenol, to see if they were even helping me at all.

Lynne2 said...

oh woops, Sorry Kay! LINDA is picking up men. Hmmmm. He probably has chocolate.

Linda said...

Yeah, Lynne.....maybe even M&M's!!!

Linda said...

Didn't pick him up on FB, either.

Get it right, Girl....it was on the OC forum about a month and a half ago......

Dumped him there, too!!

Linda said...

Wait.....if I get to be the nurse, will someone else take on this exam for me. I'm about to get Lolly's wine bottle or burst into tears. It is like GREEK. I picked a tough one!

Kay said...

Thanks for the explanation, Lynne. So, now are you thinking they were helping and you need to be on some kind of pain killer ? Can the doctor suggest something that would protect your digestive system and also address cardio concerns--that is, something to be taken along with the pain killer. I'm out of my element here, Hedgie, help !!!

Kay said...

Truder on nest, arrived while I was away

carolinabeachmom said...

Good Saturday evening all. It seems as if we are having a little trouble with our carpets. :) I don't miss that at all.

Hope this finds everyone doing ok and looks like talking up a storm. Speaking of storms, we are on a thunderstorm watch here and yes, LYNN, the fire is still burning over in Alligator River Refuge. It depends on the wind as to wether we are declared a code red for air quality. Our field day was called off in the afternoon, as the winds switched to coming out of the sw and we got pretty smokey. Also I see where someone went from a nurse to a CPA. You know ladies, that is how rumors get started! :)

Kay said...

So sometime between 5:27 and 5:34. Picking around on twigs and greenery at the 8 spot.

Lynne2 said...

I'll go back on the Aleve for now. I have Tramadol for the days that are really bad. I was thinking of asking about Cymbalta which is an antidepressant that according to the commercial will help musculoskeletal pain. I can't afford to have my back fixed, and I'm not happy that my knees are so bad so suddenly. Now I find I have bilateral pain in all my big joints. If I were a horse, they'd shoot me!

JudyEddy said...

Colonel Adam Boomerang the Yo Yo Truder present Wow I see we have a visitor I was watching news and looked over

JudyEddy said...

for some reason I had to log back in to google HMMMM wonder why

carolinabeachmom said...

Oh JIM, thanks for letting us know that the Pete's Pond site is up and running again. I looked in to find a wonderful pic, but no animals at the present time.

Linda said...

Yes, Candy, we're just sharing our professions!!! I figure whoever can pass this ridiculously difficult I'm taking can have my title, too! Why not??

We just share and care here.... ♥

Lynne2 said...

Hi Candy! You really should have been here for our sing a long last night!!

Poof Truder.

carolinabeachmom said...

Is he and Belle seeming to get along ok and maybe bonding? It still won't be the same tho.

Kay said...

Candy, hope that storm doesn't materialize, stay safe !

Lynne2 said...

speaking of carpets....Daisy or Puddles, and I really can't be sure which, dug a hole in our living room carpet a while back....oh geez, and now I hear someone upstairs vomiting so I guess I'll go CLEAN carpet now.

carolinabeachmom said...

Kay IM, my head spins when I get on here now a days. There is so much chit chat and other things going on with everyone. It is hard to keep up if you aren't on daily. I still have a habit of falling asleep early weekdays.

Kay said...

Candy, I guess you could say they get along most of the time. They have their squabbles, but then the course of true love never ran smoothly, "they" say ! Belle has a lot of rough edges to smooth off the young guy !

carolinabeachmom said...

Kay IM We could sure use the rain to put out the fire over in Alligator River Refuge. They said that the other day the wind was blowing out of the east and they got the smoke all the way to the Raleigh/Durham area. I don't know if that is true, but that is what is said. ( Again, I guess that is how rumors get started. :P:) LOL

carolinabeachmom said...

Well Belle had just better set him straight right in the beginning. :)

Lynne2 said...

Shirley and Judie, if you are lurking, watch the weather. The radar is showing some big storms that may be coming at you from the south.

Lynne2 said...

wow, check out my daily message from God from Facebook....this is so timely!

On this day, God wants you to know
... that God will get you through the pain. Everyone experiences pain sometimes, emotional and physical. Next time it threatens to overwhelm you, take a deep breath. As you breathe slowly, picture God holding you, crying with you, giving you the strength to get through.

Kay said...

Candy, I didn't mean to bail on you. For the second time today I had to re-boot when the keyboard and mouse quit working.

I was going to say, I know it gets hard to play catch up sometimes. I don't know if you're aware that the blog was down for hours and hours this past week. I think some posts were lost and it appears that Steve's automatic new thread setting isn't working. Some of us have been extra gabby as we were soooo excited about getting the blog back !

I'm going to bow out now and run my virus and malware programs. Need to see if there is something bogging this system down.

Hugs to all and BBL ! ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥
