The NBG birdies have lots of food left from their 6 o'clock feeding. I saw the girl bring in in and it took a while for a couple of them to show any interest. No worries about "are they getting enough to eat ?" !
Thanks so much Sirley. I have really missed all my friends on here and all the ups and downs you have had this season. I also saw about the Norfolk birds. What a shame. I couldnt watch our nest after I learned of the problems there. I just didn't have the heart for it.

My big news is that I have decided to retire, Candy. Thirty days to go, actually 29. I am not going in tomorrow because I have an mammogram appointment.
This is my third 6-month appointment. They have been watching some calcifications closely.
Lynne2 I am so sorry you had to have such a shocking experience. When people say such ugly things they usually feel ugly inside themselves. I am toouched by your feeling the hurt and for your saying a prayer for her. I would have been hurt too and I would like to think that I could have it together to say a prayer for her and not be consumed by my hurt.
People on this forum are so very supportive and that touches me also. Thank you all for your responses to Lynne2 story.
I just came back from Kokannee Creek Park where I saw an adult bald eagle who took to wing and came back twice. WONDERFUL.
I appreciated your comments about the visit tonight by Truder and then Belle twice Truder arrived...and an owl too you said?
The shuttle is postponed again I read...oh dear, may they all be safe and well when they actually take off.
Shirley, all the people on this blog have always been nice people; a beautiful, kind and caring, friendly group. The group would only attract good people to join. I'll have to get on my toes and try to learn who all the new ones are.
Well, helloooo Candy! Great to see you. So happy for Josh and his new wife. Fantastic!
Newbies...I would like to introduce you to Candy! She is and "oldie" but a goodie. ♥ U Candy!
Lynne, Lynne, Lynne!!! Hugs to you, Sweetie! OMG! I have never heard of the like. Sounds like a person with a severe insecurity problem. She found herself in the wrong and could not handle it. Either that or mental problems, and either way she did need your prayers! God bless you!!!
Candy we were watching on day. Don't know if there is a video of it. I think it was Dad put his head down and we think one of the chicks thought he had food. Bite onto a feather and when Dad raised his head. Out of the egg cup went the chick. They safely after a time got him back in.
Dex and I are back from the shelter. Stats are all caught up.
Thanks for the milkweed link Lynne2 I think I will call a local nursery tomorrow and see about timing for planting them in my area. Gosh that link make sit sound like the monarchs are in trouble. :-(
Oh and the goofy lady at walmart, she does not deserve one more ounce of your emotional energy.
Sorry you got rained out Magpie
LIESL I can see your mom smiling clear over here in IL. I am so so happy for both of you. Do not learn to read until you get quite a lot bigger :-)
OK can't remember any more so think I will get some other stuff done. Carried 80 pounds of dirt and dumped in wheelbarrow. Its ready for tomorrow. Supposed to be warm and sunny tomorrow. Got the heaviest part done for a few days anyway.
You have a real good close up in that nest. Oh btw, we had a pic of an eagle in the town of Kitty Hawk, NC, just north of here about 5 miles. It never did say where in Kitty Hawk it was pictured, but it was close and here. We just have the ospreys here again.
There's our Candy!!! Sure hope you can keep logged onto us now!!! You should be able to add the sites to your favorites or bookmark just by clicking on whichever one you have, Candy---it will ask if you want to add it to favorites/bookmarks, and click yes!
Oh Candy that would be something to find out where and see. If you do you have to share pictures.
I lost my camera not getting another one. If it is around this house then I guess If I ever move it will show up. We have turned things inside and out. Just wished I had done like daughter said and had taken pics off.
Thanks kay IM about the owl information...how lucky can Hedgie get? She adopts a dog this weekend and she has an owl at her house!!!It was GRAND to see the eagle at the park indeed.
Candy, I'm one of those Newbies and so happy to "meet" you. Without even knowing you I got a kick out of your excitement over your sons elopement. His bride is so fortunate in having a MIL who welcomes her so warmly ! I can tell everyone is so happy to hear from you again. This is a supportive and all together wonderful group of eagle enthusiasts we belong to !!!!!!
I wonder if the "intruder" at Decorah was just the mate showing up. I noticed that the eagle at the nest started calling, etc., just before the mate arrived.
Nice to meet you also Kay IM. This is the best group of people you will ever want to meet. They are there thru thick and thin, for better or worse, for richer or poorer, until death do us part. HAHAHA LOL
My son had an awful trying and upsetting first marriage, if you could call it that, and I kind of went into a funk. I finally made it to the Open House this October in Shepherdstown NCTC and had a wonderful time with all who came. They are a very supportive group. I love each and every one of them. I just have to get off that Facebook game playing. That kept my mind busy after work.....Again, I am so glad to meet you.
I'm asking for another prayer chain, please. Bill's business partner, Vanny, is apparently dying. Johns Hopkins told him and his wife that it was time to call in Hospice. Thanks.
Gonna have to wake Liesl up or she'll never settle down at bedtime! Little imp must really be worn out. Hoping for sunshine tomorrow for some good pics to share!
Has Jim been keeping tabs on the birds out in California? AND how close to the tornado was Bill: I did see him comment on Facebook that he was staying with his wife's relative, as they still had no power.
Candy, I love you already ! Thanks for the warm welcome which is so typical of all the Oldies ! ♥ Unless the cheat sheet has been updated you won't find me on it. I was accepted into the fold a few days after Lynn mailed it out. However, my profile here pretty much tells my story. Please don't go away again !!!!!!
Thanks Lynn, I will be watching my email. I just got off of there before getting on here and took off 1633 (yours was probably one of them emails. I never saw so many. I'll be looking for yours now, tho.
CAndy, yep, Jim keeps us up to date on the West Coast happenings! And Red and Diane went to his brother's house in Tenn. No power at home--but apparently no tornad o damage at their house. But he's on O2 24/7 and needs electricity. Could be later this week before it's back on in Huntsville (did you know that they had moved? Closer to city--he couldn't keep up the big place they had, and Diane was getting tired of the commute to work).
Now I have a prayer concern. Storms are really going over Laurel. As she says "A river runs through it." She is referring to their backyard. They have the sand bags in place and the sump pump ready, I am sure. Their house has flooded once, so prayers, please, for Laurel and her home!!!!
Hey there Lolly. I see you came on too. How is everything down Texas way. I hope everything is just super duper. So glad to have finally met you and your husband in October.
Lynn, I did see where Bill and his wife moved. That is what concerned me. I didn't realize he was on o2 24/7. I saw pics of his old house and his new house. My mom was on oxygen 24/7 before she passed and that is no fun.
Whew!! Left for dinner and A LOT of chatting to catch up again!!
Candy - I'm Linda - another newbie and am happy to meet you. It's so obvious how loved you are by this group from the first post Jo mentioned about your son and new daughter in law. Congratulations!! So glad you made it back where you're so loved and welcomed. What a great group this is!!
Shirley - Thanks for the nice comment about the newbies!! We sure do love the fact that we have been welcomed so warmly!!
Everything is super duper, Candy! Family is all well and spring gardening is in full swing. However, would you believe it is now 48? This is unbelievable...in Texas? May 1?
Shirley - I think that was the Dad who flew back into the Decorah nest. He went for the food that the Mom had in her tallons and she snapped at him. I think she was hungry!! He just bowed out and flew away. It wasn't much. Just a little spat!!
`OMG Prayers for Laurel and family. That is an awful thing to have to go through, especially if it has already happened before. Hopefully the good Lord will take care of things. And Lynn prayers go out to Bill's business partner and family. May God be by their side and carry them through.
Thanks for the nice welcome Linda. So nice to meet youon here also. Where abouts is West Milford, Pa? I was born and raised on the NY< NJ< PA border. I was near a Milford, Pa.,but no New Milford.
I know I am missing good conversation but I am watching TV with hubby. I will return but hope you all haven't headed for the pillows before I get back.
Hi Gang! Checking in--went to work for few hours--got more done than most of a whole day!Had to put the heat on--was 61°! So glad to see Candy back & Congratulations to all of you & your son!!!!It WAS great seeing you & hubby in Oct!Stick around. We have lots of new great people---we need all the support we can get sometimes! ☺ ♥
I didn't read everything---have to go back & find Lynne's Wallymart problem.
Just talked with Laurel. They have had hail four times today! I was looking at the radar and it looks like it is about to end....unless more storms pop up. The pasture behind their house is saturated and that is when their flooding begins. Thank you for the prayers!
Oh my, Diann has the correct question. I do believe we should consider a maximum speed for the blog. I'm exhausted running behind all the speeders and trying to keep up and while not getting run over by the speeders behind me.
Lynne2, I am really sorry about the incident at Walmart today. I understand your being upset but the woman is to be pitied. Either dementia (more likely) or schizophrenic off meds. You are a gorgeous lady and we love you.
Shirley, cool move. Pretend you can't get any mowers to work so son does it for you. I seem to recall some bit of literature with a similar theme.
Margy, so jealous. I want a tomato sandwich!
Hi Candy and Sharon.
Oh good grief. Should have seen this coming: Lynn is psoted (with Liesl).
Prayers for Vanny, his family, his friends.
Where's Jo?
I have therapy (ankle) early in the morning then I plan to do a couple of errands. Need to be around tomorrow because the wannabe adults will begin studying sometime tomorrow -- don't want to prepare too far in advance for Tuesday.
Setting the night light for automatic 11:00pm for anyone who is headed back the hallway, down to the tub, up the stairs, to the recliner, or just stumbling around in the dark. Sandperson is stealthily creeping up behind me.
Yes, Candy, it is pretty up here. We're in the Endless Mountains, so we have some elevation and just love it. We've only been up here for 3 and a half years, but my husband was from Waverly, NY years ago. We moved up here after 35 years in sunny, hot, but humid south Florida! People think we're crazy, but we wanted to see the changes of seasons and we LOVE snow!!
When I get up off chair. Which hard chair was always best for me. Now I can hardly walk. I don't sit for long. Timer 15 mins. get up move. Dog gone it!! grrr
Well it will have to end sometime.
Prayers for all yes even newbies because when you come in here to me your not a newbie. You even teach us things...HUGS GOOD HEALTH laughter and prayers for Lynn-Hedgie and Bill also.
Well, I'm heading upstairs for a shower. Nice visiting with all of you and especially nice to meet Candy. Sometimes I'm away for 24-36 hours and can't read fast enough to catch up on what I missed!!
Might check back in after my shower, but if the hot water relaxes me too much......I may not come back downstairs!!
If I don't make it back this evening - you're all in my prayers and May God Bless each and every one of you!!
Hey Judie and good night Judie. I also am back to school tomorrow after having a restful week off. Thee will only be 5and a half weeks of school left for me and then summer break. Yes! Have a restful night.
Yes, Shirley, Laurel is in Denton. Hopefully, since they are saturated, there will be no more pop up storms during the night. More rain tomorrow! Joey works at home, so he will be there to monitor the water situation.
Prayers for Vanny, Lynn. That is really rough, prayers for him and family.
OMG It is almost 10 c'clock and I have to go back to school tomorrow. This has been great fun tonight getting back on here, talking to all you wonderful people and making some new friends. I had better get my shower and get my clothes out for tomorrow. Five thirty comes early and I know I'll want to sleep in. May you all have wonderful dreams and may the Good Lord watch over you keeping you healthy and safe. Tomorrow brings a new day with new beginnings. Hugs to all.
Just got a friend request from a former student and said yes. It is the first recent student I have accepted. She is one of the sweetest kids I've ever taught.
Shirley, I have received requests from former students. LOL They have really changed from kinder! I have accepted all, but one I have now blocked his posts. Was getting very tired of what he was posting.
Tonight I got a great friend request. Steve is a former pastor. I was thrilled to hear from him.
I have lots of present students who ask in class and I tell them I don't friend students.
This young lady is in college now, and she was very mature as a high school student. I taught her in grades 9, 11, and 12. She has already friended her 10th grade teacher.
Some of my former students are friends of my children, and I would not have a problem friending many of them--some of them are forty years old now.
I know I will also feel different when I have retired.
President is going to speak this evening. Subject has not been revealed.
Traveling mercies for Paula, Sharon and Sissy. Lynn's little Liesl, Candy's return, today's sightings of beautiful flora and fauna, dear Bear Lily's miraculous comeback, the memory of Liberty and how he touched us all, and for Judie's night light and alarm which gives us that secure, warm and fuzzy feeling each night.
Asking for special blessings for:
Lynne2's knees and Steve's elbow, Judie's ankle(s), Baby Leland, WVDana, Lolly's Laurel and family, Candy's newlyweds, our dear Belle and Truder, too.
Praying that:
Shirley's mammo tomorrow will reveal that all is well. Vanny and family will receive the comfort and peace they need. All Momsters and Dadsters who've expressed needs that have not yet been met will soon get the relief they need and that all will have a restful, peaceful night.
Went outside for a sec & a fox came trotting down the street by our curb!!!Neighbor across the street has about 3 acres of woods, & i saw foxy over there about a week ago. "Stay off the street"!!! See deer sometimes, too! Been watching Apprentice. Might be some wild cat fights at end! LOL
just read about this new bird ID book...check it out! Instead of the standard one picture of a bird, it has them in several shots of flying, perching, etc. You can click on the blue link in the article to see the Amazon info on it.
I am getting worried and emotional. Something is happening to cause him to come in at this late an hour on Sunday night. God Bless the United States of America and all who live in it.
Watching and waiting. Laurel just called and told me to turn on the TV. We always miss the BIG stuff cause we never turn on the TV. Well, almost never!
Lynne, book looks great however see that it says "eastern" birds. Will not do me any good!
Y-a-w-n! Being a puppy is hard work! Liesl explored the yard, ate, we played ball and tug with the rope, and then we were cuddling and I was giving her a body massage, and she fell asleep!
Linda, I would venture to say that Iris and Dean are probably transitioning from FL to PA. They may find a lot of work that needs done after the crazy winter we had.
We will not know about our roof until an insurance adjuster looks at it. Jack called and it will be a week before they can get out to look at it. We may be okayk, but the hail came down hard for 10 minutes.
Heading for bed Nite all God Bless this nest and all whom watch it See ya at SSCC in the am. So glad nite light is on after ll Healing thoughts and prayers to all
and Hi Candy I'm also a newbie trying to be a mewbie LOL
I just sent my son an email about the Crossley book, just in case he is planning on sending me flowers, as he usually does!! Of course, I would prefer he NOT spend his money on sending me something, he always does!! The book would be a GREAT Mother's Day Gift!!
Great idea, Linda, for Mother's Day. Today we invited both kids families here for Mother's Day. Yes, I will cook, but that is okay. However, Michael has to get back to me as they are flying to Memphis for a birthday party. Can you imagine...flying to Memphis for a birthday party Sat and flying home on Sunday?
Goodnight to all turning in. Peaceful sleep. Guess I'll be up awhile. Will get my bath soon and then wake Liesl again and play her out again!!!! Sweet little girl
Thanks for all yur support in my adoption, and for your prayers for Vanny.
Going to go ahead and turn the poor overworked puter off. See you in the morning.

Margy Did you read comment on first part of thread at 8pm????
I saw lots of dark spots on Truder's head.
I guess I just missed the eagles at our nest. Is the intruder still coming to the nest with Liberty and ?Belle?
The NBG birdies have lots of food left from their 6 o'clock feeding. I saw the girl bring in in and it took a while for a couple of them to show any interest. No worries about "are they getting enough to eat ?" !
Welcome back, Candy. We have missed you.
We have not seen Liberty for awhile, Candy. It is quite possible that he is no longer alive.
Thanks so much Sirley. I have really missed all my friends on here and all the ups and downs you have had this season. I also saw about the Norfolk birds. What a shame. I couldnt watch our nest after I learned of the problems there. I just didn't have the heart for it.
We have seen a lot of Belle and the intruder, Candy.
Oh how awful Shirley. I knew they found a dead eagle nearby, but I didn't think they thought it was Lib. Oh my.
I did get a video It is 3min 9sec long I will post on Face book --Its in process of posting now so those of you that are on it check it out and those of you that are on facebook if you want you can friend request I love the fly away wish I could of got the landing - BBL on my profile is my face book link I made a blue link for it It should be about 15 min maybe BBL
I hope you will stay with us now, Candy. Some days have been difficult, but it helps to have everyone here.
Trudy is the intruder then, I guess. What a sad season this has been for you all. I know it is all part of nature, but it is still heartbreaking.
They found two dead eagles; one was on the campus of NCTC. It had been dead a long time.
Checking in from Applebees in Teays Valley. Waiting on Andrew and the gang to get here.
How is everybody?
Truder is the intruder; he has been on the nest with Belle. She seems to have accepted him, but he has a lot to learn.
Candy we will never know if the eagle they found was Liberty. So close to home it has touched "everyones heart very hard" though.
Hi, Sharon.
Decorah Eaglets are getting big.
Hey there Sharon. That is where my son and his new bride had breakfast this morning! :)
Saw him come back and psoted....but it didn't go through! Duh! Missed his departure.
Applebees sounds good Sharon ( :
Lynne, you were very kind and generous to pray for the demented woman. (((HUGS)))
Dana, where is Decorah? I have lost all my sites, but I don't remember that one.
My big news is that I have decided to retire, Candy. Thirty days to go, actually 29. I am not going in tomorrow because I have an mammogram appointment.

Decorah Iowa Eagles
Decorah is in Iowa.
I am still trying to find out how to put all the sites on here so I can get to them again. Different computer, different workings.
You know, there will never be another Liberty. Hope he is up there in the heavens soaring high above all the other birds.
Lots of newbies on here, Candy.
All of the events at our nest have attracted some new Momsters--lots of really good people.
Oh Hoda I wished I could have seen that eagle through your eyes ....
how perfect of a day for you ( :
Thanks for the site Dana. There is one beautiful eagle on the nest there now.
You can find lots of the sites at Beakspeak.com, Candy. I go back there from time to time.
So awesome you saw an eagle today Hoda!
I guess it is beakspeak.com.
Candy you can see the roadway close to the nest. It is busy during the daytime.
Candy do you see the 3 babies in front of her side?????
Somebody on OC thought there might have been an intruder at Decorah. An eagle landed there and upset the female on the nest.
Shirley, all the people on this blog have always been nice people; a beautiful, kind and caring, friendly group. The group would only attract good people to join. I'll have to get on my toes and try to learn who all the new ones are.
Sounds like an owl at Decorah.
Shirley on anyone Can you figure out what the hoot hoot hoot is? What type of bird or not real dark for an owl. Could be though?
We have a new cheat sheet, Candy.
I am not an owl expert. It was saying Whooo, so I thought "owl." No, it is not completely dark.
Hee hee Shirley answered me above my question lol lol ty
Hoda, what a thrill it had to be to see that eagle ! You are a lucky girl ! The owl wasn't at our nest, but rather at Hedgie's house.
Speaking of owls, it sounds like there are more than one in the Decorah nest area this evening. Or am I not hearing right ?
Dana, Decorah's babies are huge. They aren't babies anymore.
The eaglets wing at Deorah comes flopping out landing on parent lol
Just wait till all the jumping and wing exercising starts. WOW!
Was it last year that they had the great horned owl trying to get in the Norfolk Botanical Garden nest?
Back from dinner!
Well, helloooo Candy! Great to see you. So happy for Josh and his new wife. Fantastic!

I lost my camera not getting
another one. If it is around this house then I guess If I ever move it will show up. We have turned things inside and out. Just wished I had done like daughter said and had taken pics off.
Now I think I hear a dove at Decorah. Maybe that is what I was hearing before.
It kind of sounded like a morning dove. We have plenty of them down here.
Thanks kay IM about the owl information...how lucky can Hedgie get? She adopts a dog this weekend and she has an owl at her house!!!It was GRAND to see the eagle at the park indeed.
Hoda, just the name makes that park sound like a great place to visit!!! Glad you had a good day of communing with nature.
Speaking of commune....reminds me of kibbutz....wonder if Geula got her Eagle home?

Oh Dana, thanks for the video. How precious. Thank goodness it all ended well.
Dana, owls fly in daylight! Doesn't have to be dark to hear an owl.
Candy, I sent cheat sheet out my email a month or so ago....you should have gotten it. Next time I get on PC, I'll resend it to you!
I'm asking for another prayer chain, please.

Lynn - I will keep Vanny in my prayers tonight and in the days to come, that God may bless him and give him peace in his final days. How sad!
Lolly - Have said prayers for Laurel and will continue to pray that the water stays away from her home.
Yeah, I think it was the dad, too. It was a few days ago that I read on OC that someone thought there might be an intruder there.
But when I was watching the nest tonight, I noticed that there was some excitement and agitation right before the dad arrived.
Has anyone heard from Iris lately??
I miss her! Last email I got from her was 4/17.....
I know she was having trouble with yahoo and the blog. Maybe they're on their way up north??
Shirley - Maybe Mom was mad because he didn't bring in enough food today!!
LOL
Lynne - Just checking on ya......
Doing okay?? You know we love you ♥♥♥
Thanks for the nice welcome Linda. So nice to meet youon here also. Where abouts is West Milford, Pa? I was born and raised on the NY< NJ< PA border. I was near a Milford, Pa.,but no New Milford.
I know I am missing good conversation but I am watching TV with hubby. I will return but
hope you all haven't headed for the pillows before I get back.
Candy - New Milford is about 20 miles due south of Binghamton, NY. We're about 30 miles north of Scranton.
Jack Russel Terrier Almost Put Down What a Happy Ending
Bear Report
So relieved to read that Lily appears to have completely reccovered form whatever was ailing her!
Ok Linda. Thanks. Scranton isn't far from Port Jervis,NY. I had a great aunt and uncle in Binghamton, NY It is very pretty country in Pa.
Prayers for Bill's partner Lynn :(
Lolly, OMG....hope Laurel doesn't have an problems...I saw those horrible storms on the radar. Prayers for her too!
Doing GOOD Linda, thanks! I love you guys too!
Back to Army Wives....
New pics on my blog too Loweeeeeeeeda!
WV Dana - What an amazing story!! Thanks for sharing! I forwarded it to friends who also love dogs!!
Just talked with Laurel. They have had hail four times today! I was looking at the radar and it looks like it is about to end....unless more storms pop up. The pasture behind their house is saturated and that is when their flooding begins. Thank you for the prayers!
Isn't Laurel in Denton, Lolly? It does look like the worst is over there.
Need to be
around tomorrow because the wannabe adults will begin studying sometime tomorrow -- don't want to prepare too far in advance for Tuesday.
Lynne - Glad you're doing good!
Hey there Loretta. Thanks for the good wishes. It was soo good to see you also in Oct. Hope everything is going ok for you and yours.
Good night, Judie. God bless.
Need to go to recliner.
Good Night......maybe.....♥♥♥
Good night, Linda and Candy. I will not be far behind.
Yeah, Judie, I think I know the literature you are talking about--something about whitewashing a fence.
Night Candy!
Shirley, I have received requests from former students. LOL They have really changed from kinder! I have accepted all, but one I have now blocked his posts. Was getting very tired of what he was posting.
Tonight I got a great friend request. Steve is a former pastor. I was thrilled to hear from him.
It is only shortly after 9 here and I am already pooped. Pooped from doing nothing all day. ☺
Paula should be home and checking in.
think I'm heading to bed too....what a day between the DAISY ESCAPE and the Walmart lady! So glad I have my wonderful friends here!
Paula, are you here? Did you happen to hear back from BEagle??
I have lots of present students who ask in class and I tell them I don't friend students.
This young lady is in college now, and she was very mature as a high school student. I taught her in grades 9, 11, and 12. She has already friended her 10th grade teacher.
Some of my former students are friends of my children, and I would not have a problem friending many of them--some of them are forty years old now.
I know I will also feel different when I have retired.
President is going to speak this evening. Subject has not been revealed.
How long since we have heard from BEagle?
I will hang around awhile to hear what the President has to say. I do not have to get up early tomorrow since I am not going to work.
Saying Goodnight with prayers of thanks for:
♥♥♥♥♥♥♥☺☺☺☺☺☺XXXXXXOOOOOOO♥♥♥♥♥♥♥
Shirley, it's been quite a while since she sort of disappeared. Maybe a month almost.....Paula emailed her. Hope she is OK.
When is the Pres. on?
Thank you Kay! Have a good night, and everyone else turning in!
Bird Bird
As early as 10:30. I am watching CNN. National security.
OK the link was supposed to have been Bird BOOK, not Bird Bird!
I'm really starting to Worty about my typing skills....
OK, thanks
Thanks for the prayers, Kay. I hope all is well, too.
CNN has called in Wolf Blitzer.
President Obama is on at 10:30 PM according to CBS
CNN is saying maybe 10:45
this is quite aodd....wonder what the heck it is?
Not Libya, they say. They think something very big.
Chatty crowd! Not sure I'll get caught up tonight!
Well, our nest is really dark! Can't see a thing!
You might want to turn on your TV, Paula. Something is happening.
President about to speak.
Paula, have you heard from Beagle?
Back again.......
The president is about to make some remarks on tv tonight regarding foreign policy.... They say it is big news.
Don't know if it is about the attack on Gaddafi's son and grandsons or what....
Maybe they got Bin Laden....
Good Night and sweet dreams to those who have already gone to bed.
I'll be up for a little while
I am getting worried and emotional. Something is happening to cause him to come in at this late an hour on Sunday night. God Bless the United States of America and all who live in it.
It's Bin Laden!!
Hey, Linda, where are you getting that?
Watching and waiting. Laurel just called and told me to turn on the TV. We always miss the BIG stuff cause we never turn on the TV. Well, almost never!
Lynne, book looks great however see that it says "eastern" birds. Will not do me any good!
Maybe they got Bin Laden! OMG!
hahaha! Linda, great minds thinking alike!
It would be good if it is about Bin Laden but a little too late. There are many more terrorists now!
Lolly, they are working on additional books for other areas too!
IT IS BIN LADEN!!!!!! THEY GOT HIM!!!!
Welcome home, Paula. Get a lot accomplished?
They are saying Bin Laden is dead.
Y-a-w-n! Being a puppy is hard work! Liesl explored the yard, ate, we played ball and tug with the rope, and then we were cuddling and I was giving her a body massage, and she fell asleep!
Candy, Liesl is appx. 4 mos. They don't know her exact birthdate. :(
Kay, I HAVE updated the list and you ARE on it!!!
CBS says 10:50 PM EDT and it is concerning the hunt for Osama Bin Laden
Sorry I didn't respond quicker, Shirley. I was reading what I missed when I left to take my shower!
Guess you're hearing it, too, but we were listening to Fox.
He was killed a week ago by a US bomb and they were waiting for confirmation from DNA test results, which are now confirmed!
Oh, Lynn! Sounds so fantastic! I think Liesl has come home to momma!
Lynn - Am I on the list, too??
Oh, Lolly, so praying the kids don't get flooded.
Lynn - I'm so glad Liesl is doing so well!! She's so blessed to have YOU!!
aw Lynn what a great day you had with your baby!
Amazing that Bin Laden was killed over a week ago and we're just now hearing about it!
As I stated earlier, he was killed by a US bomb over a week ago, but they were waiting for DNA test confirmations, which they now have!!!
Linda, I would venture to say that Iris and Dean are probably transitioning from FL to PA. They may find a lot of work that needs done after the crazy winter we had.
Thanks for the suggestion about Iris. I knew she was having some computer problems, but she had sent me a couple emails during that time.
I hope we hear from her soon!!
Candy, congrats to Josh and his new bride!! They eloped?
And Hoda saw an eagle!! Awesome, isn't it!
I haven't heard back from BEagle...and we haven't heard from Bev either. Hope the new grandbaby is doing OK.
Lolly, how is your roof?
Wow better go turn on the TV!!
Paula - Things must be looking great at your beach house!!
Glad you're home safe!
OSAMA BIN LADEN IS DEAD!!!!!
So the Prez hasn't been on yet?
Not yet, Paula.
Great news!
I finished the kitchen, dining area and living room...they are done being painted!! I did get a lot done!
Good for you, Paula. I want to do some painting, etc., once I am free from my job.
Lynne, the Crossley book is the one I posted link about several mos. ago---I got it!!! It's great!
Sounds like you got a lot done, Paula.
We will not know about our roof until an insurance adjuster looks at it. Jack called and it will be a week before they can get out to look at it. We may be okayk, but the hail came down hard for 10 minutes.
Sorry Lynn, didn't remember that....I'm hoping my library will have it!
Good for you Paula getting all that work done!
OK well CNN has spilled most of the beans....where the heck is the Pres?
OSAMA BIN LADEN IS DEAD!

People chanting USA! USA! outside the White House.
OK, going up to watch in bed....Good night all!
Yes, Linda, you are on the cheat sheet, too!
Paula, glad you are home safely, and that your weekend was fruitful. Did you get much rain?
Good night, Lynne.
Not long until we split.
I just sent my son an email about the Crossley book, just in case he is planning on sending me flowers, as he usually does!! Of course, I would prefer he NOT spend his money on sending me something, he always does!! The book would be a GREAT Mother's Day Gift!!
Thanks for the info!
They are saying Bin Laden was living in a mansion in Pakistan.
Night Beautiful Lynne!!!
We love you!! (((((Hugs))))
Waving the flag outside the White House and singing the National Anthem.
I think we're heading upstairs and will watch for the announcement upstairs.
I hope this doesn't open a whole new can of worms (problems and violence).
Prayers for all of those in need.
KayIM said it beautifully tonight, praying for all of our friends who need prayer.
I feel so blessed to be a part of this group. Thank you!!
Good Night and God Bless!!
♥♥♥
Lynn, no rain at the beach, but ran into light showers ont he ride home. Looks like it rained here too.
Lolly - That will be a busy weekend for Michael.
Cooking isn't so bad, as long as you're together, right?
I won't get to see my boys on Mother's Day....or my Mom, but we have spent many together and will do so again in the future!!
Sweet Dreams...........
Love and hugs to all.
Wow! Osama bin Laden is dead!
Waiting for the prez and his confirmation. Hope this doesn't create an increase in USA terrorism.
Prayers for all who need them, especially our military around the world who may be in increased danger.
Lynne, so sorry you met up with the worse of mankind today. We love you and would be lost without you. ((((hugs)))) ♥♥
Lynn, can't wait for pics of your precious Liesl.
Welcome back Candy! A few of the oldies are missing occasionally and I'm hoping it's just temporary.
NBC just announced 2 min. until the prez addresses us globally.
Rest well, see all tomorrow.
