Good morning, world. Nice out, but lots of deer running, not just eating! 35° at my house, 37° here in VA. Some stars, no moon, some black ice in my area, but not so bad a drive. And I saw Jim's last comment when I logged on, and since I'm mild mannered, I'll be cool today. All have a great eagle/panda day. Eyes to the sky, see the raptors fly!

Thanks Suz. Glad to get rid of my Costumed Eagle. Karla put that on for me and I didn't know how to get a new one. Figured it out last night. Still learning new things. It is supposed to twinkle, but can't figure out why it doesn't.

Hey Suzanne and Dana and Dave. Don't worry, I didn't really buy a robo panda, never even heard of them til they started talking about them here.
Megan, do you watch Sqiggles? When you first bring up the SD panda cam now, there is a commercial for RoboPanda or something. But you can also select to SKIP the commercial, which I guess everybody does. Makes me glad I DON'T have a sound car, guess the noise is obnoxious!
Wonder if Belle is waiting for Lib to bring her breakfast...

Thanks for asking, Dana...She is still in pain. We are waiting for Dr. Yaczks(sp) to set up an appointment to have some kind of treatment that I don't know what it is called. He will give her a shot of something while she is in the CAT Scan.

Suz, I emailed SD and told them how we felt about that stupid commercial. But they didn't pay any attention to me, they just kept on showing it. So, I thought "If you can't win 'em, join 'em" and I did....I bought everone of you one for Christmas!LOL

Mom has had this pain for almost a year now. I feel that there is no excuse for the doctors not to have been able to help her, with all the technology they have.
We are waiting for the hospital to tell us when they can arrange for her to have this treatment. It is something like a cortisone shot that will be administered while she is in the CAT scan machine, so the doctor can see where the meds are going. Or something like that.
Bai and ZZ Squiggs look so adorable sleeping side by side.
Did anyone get to see them outside yesterday? I could watch them all day when they are in the garden. The lighting is good and there is so much for ZZ to get into.

Wanda that is something like the shots (not cortisone) that I get. I go to Winchester and they use an X_ray machine so they can find the nerve and administer the shot. I haven't had to have one for awhile. I'm waiting now since I put the tree and lights up. I must have twisted things. I'll try first the pain pill. I have cervical and spinal stenosis.
I'll be praying that this will help your Mother. I know what pain for a long time is...

The one I get for the cervical (neck, shoulders, arms and hands) one shot helped me for ( 1 year yest I said one year happy happy). The shot I get for the spinal (back, butt, legs and feet) it wasn't helping for long because of the left knee was back after the knee replacement that shot now into back has helped for 7 months now. I'm hoping I didn't just mess that one up with putting the tree up. The shots are just not cortisone he mixes something with them.

Don't worry Norma, I lost my marbles days ago... I was reading that the WVU coach and the higher ups on the team did not get along, so I guess that'a one of the reasons he left. Plus Michigan is apparently one of the best college teams. I just wonder if it was his choiceto not go to the bowl game, or if he was pressured by the team management not to appear. Pretty crummy either way.
Good morning, all. I wanted to get Norma to see those turkeys. It is 16 and sunny here in SD. We got up to 45 yesterday!! It was nice, but means the eagles are harder to find, as they don't have to stay at the dam.
TAI is covered in bamboo & eating it as fast as he can!!---I see a PARENT PANDA sleeping in the other cam---I guess it's MEI---(helen doesn't like her)!--ho!
