Squiggles has really been moving around. Such a cutie. Mom is batting Squiggles to the side so she can pull in the bamboo. Well now Bai left, nope back in.

Squiggles is trying very hard to get out from undder all that bamboo. Look at those little legs go!

Ok who do we write to to get Suzanne and Sharon direct hook ups to the cam...ya know if we do that none of us will ever miss a Kodak moment ...oh maybe we need to add Jim too since he seems to be up most of the night...that would get us covered almost 24/7 IF we can get Jim away from Fatty and over to the cam or teach himn to watch both at the same time.

You gals missed a nice visit this morning, but as usual, sent pics. I didn't get any snow in all this, just cold and lots and lots of wind. Not gonna have any leaves left on the trees after this weekend, I'm thinking.
Squiggles is sound asleep in her birthing den. Hope they come on and post where the 2 spent the night camping out.
Tai has been strolling his estate for a while, I think. Haven't really been watching, but every time I glance, he's strolling about.

Its going to be a busy day. Work, and then to refi the house. I need a weekend. My pretty home looks like a bomb hit it and Thanksgiving is just days off. I hear the garbage truck, the clock on the fireplace just struck 7 and its off with me. I can read the blog from work but I cant blog. Its better than nothing. Have a wonderful day all of you.

Yes, Norma. They were eating nicely very shortly after the wrestling match was over. They were hilarious, wrestled up a tree, down a tree, over the tree one is on now. And one was trying to bite the foot off the other. Few minutes later, they're eating nicely together. What a couple!

Hahaha. I'm watching the Asian Trail at D.C. for a change, and the young Panda just RAN across the enclosure and sprinted up a tree! And now that he's up there, he's hanging onto a couple of branches with his front legs and scratching his butt vigorously with the small branch he was sitting on.
I never saw a Panda do any of those behaviors before.

I heard ya'll talk about that hole in the Kent nest...had to see it for myself since I hadn't checked the nest in awhile...looks like a golf ball hole! FORE!!!
I have to chuckle at that hole, hope one of the eggs doesn't get lost in it, when the time comes to lay them.

I think the Kent nest hole belongs to George the squirrel who lives in the bottom of the nest. He likes to live dangerously.

The Ostriches must be very thirsty. They came directly to the Pond, jumped noisily into the shallows and are slurping noisily all at once. Nothing like they usually behave.

GOOD SATURDAY MORNING ALL IN EAGLELAND! Just wanted to say hello and let you know that I am still alive, but won't be on here this am as I told a friend of mine that I would help her with her Yard Sale. So all keep their eyes open for our nest visits, as I will when I get back to my house.
Right now our nest is MT, Blackwater is MT and Bai is either hovering over Squiggles feeding or keeping her warm because I can't see her at all. Here where she disappears from time to time and sounded like SUZANNE saw her take her first few steps. How exciting!
All seems quiet at Pete's Pond now too. I guess Jim saw all the action there last night.
OK WANDA, YOU CAN GET UP ANY TIME NOW TO GET PICS OF OUR EAGLES IN THE NEST OR DANA OR KARLA OR MITS. ANY EARLYBIRD WILL DO. :)

Bai Yun is fast asleep on her tummy and I don't see Squiggles anywhere. She either took a walk outside or she is squashed under Mom.
I found her---she was under Mom. Bai is cleaning her up now, getting ready to nurse her.
