Well Steve, Thanks !A Great Day for a New Thread.....Hope you enjoy this terrificWeather
Thanks for the new thread I just got home HI MARGY
OK MY feathered friends what kind of bird is this a BLUE BIRD LOL?????
Well, Magpie got a feather.
Yephave a good lunck break JudyEtime to go make the pie crust nowI mean the dough xo
one juvie in nest and I hear another
Looks like an indigo bunting to me....
Margy will look cute with the feather in her hair and her overallthe juvie in nest is squawking
Looks like an indigo bunting to me....SharonL: what do you think you get other all bluebirds down your way....I just "called it macaroni," Sharon, the feather ☺
thanks I thinks its so pretty was on facebook and I just love the colors of nature
That is definitely an indigo bunting. I used to get them before I moved to Bedford but haven't seen any since I moved back home.
JUDIE Audrey ran up stairs to get a better look at the deer from the upstairs window YA THINK LOL
I think we need to start giving a turtle shell for the person who jumps the split
Mema Jo gets all turtle shells, aka eagle helmets. :)
What? They didn't follow you and T to Bluefield Sharon ??Harrrumph to that !CarolAnne there are some kinds of diseases such as the white nose syndrome with bats here in WV that can be devasatating to the bat population...so I guess that could be part of the decontamination routine
Could an occasional candy bar be awarded instead of turtle shell? Lol
Yep MAGPIE that's what the email was about - the white nose fungus was found 30 miles from the WI border.
CarolAnne - I love you!
I love us!
CRASH in to the CAM
Where is Mema Jo today?
The nest looks so comfy now blowing in the shady breezy day Rocking the baby to sleep
JO POSTED at 10:11 this AM
she was heading to get he do done
Thank you very much JudyE! I remember that now.
OOPS need to head back to work See ya later times flies when you are reading did you ever notice that
I was thinking that too Judy. I would like to be laying there in the nest, but probably wouldn't like the smell.
You are toooooo young for alzheimer's must be sometimers LOL
In from watering pots and new grass. Here is is 2:30 and only 88. It was 71 this morning. Wow!One plotzed eaglet in the nest as well as several eagle helmets.
C/A You did have a clear moment! That is oh so funny! Thanks for the chuckle!
A new thread - thanks Steve! Glad to be rid of the old one!!YAY, Kelsey won her doubles match! That means both girls are still in the tournament - LIFE IS GOOD!! Kelsey's Mom will be arriving this evening from FL so we add one more to the mix!Need to read these 30 commnets - BRB!
I am so sunburned! Going to take a shower, wash my hair, and then take a nap later, my eagle friends!
Yea! So glad both "your" girls will be in the tournament. I am sure it is fun having them there at your home.
Woohoo!!! Just saw my female crested flycatcher go into the nest box right outside my sunroom window! Last year was the first year the pair nested in it (they raised and fledged 2 babies) and they came back! Musta liked the accommodations!! I've changed my avatar to Mr. Flycatcher from last summer. They were so fun to watch! Lolly, it really has been fun having the girls here! Now, for that nap!
Hi, Everyone,Dropping in to say hello, and let you know that I've been lurking for a while. VERY happy that all is peaceful here today! Hope we hear how Kay is doing (better, I pray!). Judie, had a good laugh about your amazing inflatable kitties! Those two are so entertaining!I'm still pretty sore--beginning to wonder if it's arthritis flaring up. Can't take NSAIDs, but have been taking acetaminophen. Not as bad as it was, so that's a good thing. Have lots of housework to do today, so better get busy. Hope everyone is having a wonderful day!Later, alligators... I ♥ us!
Talked to Andrew again this afternoon. He was getting ready to take a shower and go for dinner. Won't hear from them again until Sunday! :(
Eaglet in and immediately plotzed.
Your very lucky, Sharon, to talk with him on his honeymoon. LOLLYNNE, I have a question for you. Where are you?
I did get my do done! Short as usual.Three of the kids were here for awhile just catching up! Love their visits.I wish to Thank you Steve for the fresh new thread. It is really appreciated. My feet are going up even though it is almost dinner time........BBILW ♥
Eaglet up and sitting at about 4 o'clock. Just looking around.
Jo is up and going to Red Lobster!'BBL
Just heard from Julie. She said Kay is doing better and she is hoping and thinking she will be released tomorrow for rehab. This is certainly great news!!
Pout pout! Wish I was going to Red Lobster. I was so uninspired last night. I think I will do meatloaf and and scalloped or mashed potatoes tonight, along with baked asparagus.Eaglet in nest and making noise!!
Lynne...I have an Annie question!
Very upset eaglet...making lots of cries!
Now eaglet has plotzed. Heading back outside.

Good beautiful afternoon, Hunter is busy getting ready to visit his friend Ryan. I have a partially dug hole in the backyard. Will need to work on it some more. I see a juvie in the nest calling for food.
Hi all,Thank you for the fresh thread, Steve.Thank you Looly for the Kay update. Much appreciated.JudyE knows my Audrey. No doubt she did race upstairs to get a better, and safer, look at Bambette.Sandi, congratulations to both your girls. Hope they continue to be rewarded for all their hard work.Hoda, thank you for the update on Delphia. What a relief for her and for us. So thankful.Hi Andy. Hope you feel painless soon. Arthritis is fun NOT!Jo, I too am jealous. Darth is out to a meeting so my dinner will be water. Do you plan to have turtle soup?Shar, so glad that Andrew is in touch. What a wonderful honeymoon for him and Kelsey.
Oh, thank goodness. Thanks for bringing the news from Deplina over, Hoda.
Juvie arrives to nest from nine branch now both of them are in the nest...they sound hungry to me...
Shirley, take it easy. See if Will can help you out. Don't need any pulled muscles and such. Save your strength to teach Hunter to cook.lol
2 juvies in the nest. The plot thickens. Things are set up for a food fight.
LOOK at them feathers flow Home from work good evening eagle buds now to get to reading
Okay, I just heard that Lucy barfed, nearly got George. Hunter is amused. Kathryn is hollering for cleaning supplies. I am waiting this one out. Hunter was sent for the vacuum, which he say is hiding in the laundry room. It would be hard to get bored around here. Sometimes goring is good, but I can deal with it. After all, I raised four children.
Missy and Bro in the nest, Missy in the middle. Bro was looking up into the tree and calling out, finally gave up, and he is plotzed at the 10 spot
I will most likely wait for Will. Just need to secure the trees in a safe place where they can wait for awhile.
Eagle cries I wonder if they are hungry I wonder if they have been taught to fend for themselves ??????????
I don't think I have heard them this loud before
They look pretty plotzed. Don't think they are stressing much!
Bto is still squawking!Off to mow the lawn!Oh, heading to the beach tomorrow night. 3 day weekend, Yeah!
Yeah, Sharon, they are plotzed.
But there is some crying.
Have fun, Paula.
parent in attic I hear noises juvies looking up
such pathetic cries this time
Something on the cam.
like babies calling for mommy
funny how both of their wings are the same with their backs sort of exposed cooling off maybe
"Mommy, Daddy, we are starving. We are so weak we can hardly call out for food. Look how pitiful we are. We can hardly move."
Maybe they are talking back and forth you never know Boy heard the parent on cam
tooo funny SHIRLEY that is how I feel tooo pitty me they say
I think they are pretty well-fed eagle children.
Evening Everybody!SAW a fawn today at Chelsea!!! It was at the edge of the tall grass in front, nibbling, then laid down and probably spent the day. Sometimes you could see ears!I think I saw Ms. Hoppy at front end of field when I was leaving. If that's her fawn, hope they get together. They probably always do, we just don't see it too often.Funny animal story~~~few days ago, younger cat, Scooter, was laying on the windowsill shelf in dining room window. The squirrel popped up there outside! Scooter was batting her paw all over the windowsill trying to touch that squirrel! Wish I had known that was going to happen!I shall return, don't know when~~~have a lot of reading to do! ☺
More cries from the eagle children.
Funny cat story, Loretta.
Gotta go--Kathryn has a bed-collapse crisis. Trying to dismantle a bed.
Remember the ceramic eagles that I put on top of the eagle tree I made I had two beads left over and put on my threader earrings I had made at the jewelers up the street they had dolphins on and he clipped them off and gold soldered the gold eagles on it(they were post earinging that he clipped the post off). I want to either just get plain treaders with gold balls on it of maybe some kind of ear ring holder Although I am partial to threaders I have two people at work that want them so I looked online and found some more If you would like just the eagle beads I will send you some NO Charge and you can create your own buy buying threaders or a earring hoop Let me know I have been wearing mine since I made the tree and they do stand up to hair washing and all I have a picture on the blog with the above paragraph also If you want two or four beads let me know I am ordering the beads Eagle Beads I put on threader do you want some of the beads when I order Let me know either comment on the picture of here either way I sent a email to JO with the pictures and she suggested I put it out there I Love Mine
Here is the pic without going to the blog but its bigger on the Misc Blog
I buy all my gold earrings at shalimar jewelers at the mall
Both eagles are up and looking out over the edge of the nes t on is at 2 and the other at 10 Bro is at 2

Have read the good news about Kay and the wonderful news about Delphia!!! Thanks to those who shared it!Temps have dropped into the 70s and very breezy outside. I would love to open the windows and turn off the air BUT Denny hasn't pressure washed the house yet so I haven't put the screens in the windows. Also, with a house full of people I don't know, who may or may not like to sleep with the windows open, it's probably best to keep the air turned on. Still, what great outdoors weather!!
Congrats to Sandi's houseguestsand good, Sharon, you had some talk time with Andrew ♥
Unless anyone steers me in another direction, I'm sending a copy of the Memorial program from Lynn's services to Geula at the address in our Christmas card list...which by the way, was greatly enhanced by Delphia a few years back, and upgraded and updated by Lynn this year! And grannyblt copied it out and mailed it to me...so I am cooking with grease with Momsters addresses these days Thanks Everybody!!

JudyE, your earring are very cute. So do you have the threaders hanging from your post eagle earrings...is that what I am seeing? I would love to have some eagle beads!Nite lite just cam on, Eaglet still chowing down at the 10 spot. Funny how long it takes them!
The juvies are becoming very adept at perching...Bro is perching and eating!
Juvie walked the remaing nestovers to the 4 spot, then flew up to the 9 spot.
Nest has that funny appearance...with the sun shining on the nest.

Watching Dallas (couldn't resist). And just found out that J.R. is as evil as ever.
And John Ross is scheming right along with him.
It's the heavy breathing fox, LOL
Heavy breather again, Hoda! Oh, I mean I hear the fox! LOL
Heavy Breather back again....oh I see you all call it fox!!! far more civilized I would say!!!
Judy, could you mail me 4 beads? Thanks for the additional pics!
LOL the three of us posted at the same time!!! my doors are locked!!!it is still day light here!!!
Hoda, I told you before...I will always think of you and heavy breathers when I hear a fox!☺
News concerning Delphia is an answer to prayer. So very happy for her.
I hear the fox. Not sure how that sounds like a heavy breather unless it is one with a serious breathing problem.
Yes, very happy for Delphia. I can truly sympathize about having to wait for test results like this Not fun.
Seems like much happy news today. I think we are deserving of it;)Kay & Delphia♥♥I wanted to tell those of you who were wondering about the little fight at the Soup Kitchen 2 weeks ago. One of our guests (male) was putting the 'make' on a female guest. He wanted her to go 'home' with him and she kept telling him NO! Come to find out, he is homeless and lives in the woods! Tee Hee~ Gene told him he could come back but if he smelled of alcohol, we wouldn't let him in:)The lady came back last evening and thanked Gene for coming to her rescue:)
Way to go CAPTAIN FATHER GENE...I had wondered WANDA as to what had happened.Yes indeed much happier with the news of KAY improving and DELPHIA cleared...my heart is lighter...
We missed the storms again tonight and it is a good thing. Dallas and areas east got hail....big hail. I certainly do not want hail!
Good late evening to all.Not so sure about the heavy breathing thing. A fox? Heavy breathing? Well, maybe that would be too much information.♪♫ Here he comes to save the day, Capt. Gene is on the way ♪♫I am weary tonight and the sandperson has dumped a load of sleepy dust into my eyes. Restful sleep for all.
One night we heard the fox and Hoda said it sounded like a heavy breather. It was a strange fox call that night.
Oh, heavy breather over the phone!
Good night Judie. I am watching Dallas, so I guess I will be up for awhile. Not so sure I will be able to keep up with all of the evil schemes going on. I hear the fox from time to time. Sounds like a fox to me.
I have a dear friend, Sandy Ford, who was diagnosed today with lung cancer. They have ordered a PET scan and will go from there. We have been friends since 1985. This really sucks!!!#CANCERSUCKS
Speaking of foxes, Susan just posted this on FB:A fox is standing right outside my condo screaming. He is so close, I can see him pretty well. Not sure what he is calling for, but he sure has scared the crap out of kitties!
She further explains:I think it is probably a young male who, like most young males, doesn't know what he is doing. There are plenty of woods behind my house, he shouldn't be so close to my building that I can see him! He needs to get a little street wise :)
Hello there! I did get out and join the sunshine bandit! Awww was nice. Yip Yip Hooray!! Yip Yip Hooray!! So glad the Bird girl got the news of Benign!!!! How awesome is our GOD?!! REALLYYYYY Awesome!! Not all of my day went as planned. Had my pager with me for work, heard a accident go out near hometown and it turned out to my mothern law's boyfriend and his grandaughter on the Motorcylce. They were hit by another veh. He has a broken leg in three places and by 9pm was in surgery for pins in his leg. Luckily the Grandaughter is ok, but banged up. WHy cant people be more careful???

Oh no JEWELS!!! sorry about the accident. Oh my!!!
Sharon, soooo sorry to hear this. I too hate cancer it really sucks!!! In the last month and half after losing mommy, my mother n laws step brother diagnosed with cancer in the throat/ voice box, a brother n laws mother with pancreatic and a brother laws grandmother with stomach cancer. Why is it becoming so popular?? And by popular, I do not mean that in a good way. My thoughts and prayers are with her Shar!!!!
Sorry about the accident, Carolyn.
Thanks Hoda... scared my mother n law! She and Charlie got there fast enough that Charlie got to help fasten him to the medic board and load him in the ambulance. HE aslo directed traffic for 45 plus minutes while the officer did the paperwork and the tow truck took care of loading the veh's. I think he felt important at that point.. just what he needs to feel!!!
Getting more and more confused by all the stuff going on with J.R. and company.
Glad they got there, Carolyn.
THanks Shirley!!! Me too!!!
Jewels, did you ever see the Willow Tree Angel I sent your mom? I was just looking at the email she sent me. I miss her so!

Good morning, Lori.
HI Shirley, I was just trying to catch up with WWF! So nice and quiet here in the morning. :)Was that last night Hunter spent the night with a friend and going to the pool today?
Yes, he is there now. I am about to call it a night. Have a good day. I will probably be sleeping in.
Hi, Gang, Pulling a Margy here--can't get to sleep, so up to watch the news. The earthquake we had tonight happened at 8:17 Pacific time, and was a 4.1, centered about 2 miles north of Yorba Linda. It was a quick, sudden jolt lasting only a few seconds. There have been 4 aftershocks since then, none larger than 2.4. I haven't felt any of those. Okay, back to bed now to try to get some sleep. Shirley, I'm with you--I'm gonna try to sleep in, too!
Hope all is getting a good nights sleep.Up late to talk with my Cousin Rosie's daughter. The person I was suppose to have dinner with got caught up in doing other things and did not get finished in time. So I had a very nice dinner before church with another friend. Things do work out even when you don't expect them too.

Well, Judy Eddy, Eagle Eyed Sharon, and I, Hoda, have asked to be designated as Administrators for this blog. So an update from Steven Chas...
