Well Steve, this is just GREAT....taking a little break from work and find this FRESH NEW THREADThanks !!Hope you have a great week-end...
well ♫ stick a feather in your hat ♪ and call it MAGPIEroni! ♫
time for a new avatar
Lynne2corny but lovable !I was just taking a short break while trying to make the dough rise !did you see, Lolly was finished everything but the "hand watering?"when I get done the gardening tonight I am going to water my hands too !!that's pretty corny also I guess
ynneon the way to work this morning,I passed by the most spectacular stand of of Sunslowers! Probably every bit of 8-feet tall...I thought ofy ou and a few other big sunflower fans here...Great Avatar...Kay especially will love this !!! Maybe your avatar will "call her in ""xo
Good afternoon on the new thread!
Good afternoon eagle buds home for lunch to find a new thread Now to go read
OH I see two juvies in nest toooooo
uh, my name is ynne, and my I love sunslowers because they grow really well when I water my hand, or when it stroms. LOL!
Hoda is lost on the old thread so I am bringing this over....Hoda has left a new comment on the post "Thursday":Well we had storms here last night too...or as LYNNE thinks Stroms are even stronger, well then we had stroms...the lightning followed by rumbling thunder woke me up only an hour and a half in my sleep and that was it for the night!!! We lost power early morning and it just came back on again. It stopped long enough for me to go out and bail the Dragon Boat and sure enough we went out for our practice...it was good and it is shutting in again now!!!I will need a nap before I go to the Bank and get some of Uncle Sam's Bills.GLO I agree with you there is a lot of work to be done in the USA but I continue to see the ingenuity and the creativity and the strength in all of the stories I hear here, your daughter is an example of that, and healing will happen and the country will move forward because its people are resilient...God Bless you all.
Well, I was NOT in the nest last night and we also had a strom. I think Magpieroni was hydrating with "happy water."I see we have a new flower for Megan to grow: Ynne Sunflowers.Like Lynne's sunflower avatar.Errands done. Audrey and Grace are happy that their pantry is filled.Oh, forgot earlier to say I'm so glad JudyE and Janet had a nice visit together.I don't think I know who Carol Rick is but HAPPY BIRTHDAY.What a great treat for Robyn and Tori to go to FL to visit Bobbi. Going to play Mema Jo and put my feets up.
Just put a couple of pic of last nite on the blog if you hadn't seen them on FB Dinner with Janet
LYNNE2 I love you avatar a house the next block over has lots as tall as his house growing now sooooo pretty
OK its back to work I go
%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%GOOD MORNING (STILL),EVERYBODY.%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%Exciting to see both youngstersin the nest now.C(°?°)3 Jim
Is everybody's live feed down today??C(°?°)3 Jim
My poor friend Tracy, OMG....she and her fiance planted zillions of sunflowers in her FIL to be's field where he planted them every year. The were having an outdoor wedding, sunflowers was the theme. The wedding was in early Sept. The sunflowers, according to their calculations, should have been in perfect full bloom on wedding day. They bloomed early, and they had dead sunflowers on wedding day. Not to mention rain!!
The warmth of the sun really feels good when you've been inside most of the day in the AC. I was going to take a break - but was afraid I would end of talking like Margy lol ♥Going to be going to Mass at 5:00 then get something to eat. I'll talk with you later this evening.
I have just posted the Ungrateful Bluebird picture and story on my FB page....so sorry my blog picture space is used up or I'd put the picture on here!
oh dear, Hoda hasn't found us....to many sleepless nights and too much excitement going on for her right now!Blogger Hoda said... JUDYE and JANET I went to the pictures again and what strikes me the most is the big smiles you all have...funny the story of where Janet was staying and no need to cross the bridge...You shared a meal an that was great...nap time here be back later... Winding down on my computer time...it's been fun...It's a lot of fun to laugh....gets the endorphins flowingwow, never a dull moment for Hoda it seems...will try to check blogs and links and all other ineresting things placed on here....so Thank You in Advance !Best Wishes for a Good Day, Evening...and so on...JudyE - hope your next week-end gets here soon....Baby Moon should be out in the East.... first good clear night we get after sunset....I think....

Happy Saturday Afternoon! Instead of shoveling house, I had to go out and rescue flowers. The big storms yesterday left almost nothing & some were starting to wilt!Horror of horrors was that probably a squirrel jumped onto a lantana pot AND the tallest center sprig got bent in half! Dr.Loretta took out dressing tape and scissors and wrapped the branch. It was a little floppy, so braced it w/plastic stick. Might last awhile. Has several flowers and buds. Did that surgery on an azalea that got broken from those terrible Feb. snow storms a couple years ago. Grew fine until a month ago.Seems other sprigs are filling space.Enough of horticulture, except I also like ynne's Sunslowers! LOL Margy!Good to see JudyE and Janet got together!! And Hoda must be very excited!!The Patuxent Park will be having a raft reggata in awhile, and the Dragon Boat should enter!!LOLGotta do something, even if it's wrong!BBL
Lynn, some of the bloggers aren't Momsters so with that in mind here isKAY MOFFEtt IN PERSONDear, dear friends ! Finally feeling up to getting on line again. Have weeded my e-mail down from 657 to 315 so am making some progress and hope to work at the project for an hour or two a day now. Thank you soooooo much for your prayers and all the sweet and cheerful cards ! No way to tell you how much your thoughtfulness has cheered me and wish I'd had the oomph to let you know before now. This surgery was much more complicated than expected and the rehab is going more slowly than anyone expected, but I'm on the road to complete recovery at last ! No doubt there are many prayer requests so until I learn what's up I'm just asking the Good Lord to bless all in need. Hope to get caught up soon and think of you and our precious Eagle family every day ! Love and good wishes, Kay 614-459-4869
Out of here to Masswith a very thankful prayer!
oh...good thinking Jo! Thanks!Loweeda....my milkweed, which are currently hosting several baby monarch caterpillars, really took a tumble yesterday in the wind. Have to stake them back up when the sun goes down a bit. Those suckers are 6ft tall this year!
Love seeing Kay's name in an email! God is good all the time!
Good grief! Loretta has found yet another new bit of flora -- sunslowers. Megan's gonna go wild.Milkweed not doing well here. No eggs and lots of wilting. Oh well, butterfly bush is huge.
Yippee and Hooray and more Yippee!Saw Kay's email and see Jo brought it over here. What a wonderful day this is. So very happy she feels better.
wow, Princess Judie (as you are now that you've been spotted at the Royal Nest) wonder why your milkweed isn't doing so well? Hmmmm....LOOOOWREEEEEDAAAAA!! Osprey cam is offline...??
Hello...Ynne, my milkweed (planted from seed gathered at NCTC) Is also, nearly 6ft tall, but, alas...no monarch caterpillars or eggs:( Have not seen monarchs at all! My milkweed are planted in a corner of my garden near a dogwood tree and I'm thinking they will never be found because they are so secluded! My garden is producing some veggies-to-be. Green beans are 2" long, cucumbers are 4" long, squash are looking good but zucchinis are only about an inch long (they grow very fast if the temps and water are just right) Banana peppers are ready to pick, green, yellow and red peppers are about 2" long. Straw is placed throughout the garden to keep the weeds down and the dirt from splashing up on the lettuce and green beans. (lettuce is ready to eat)GG was not any better today. Just wanted to stay in bed. I had to make her get up...baited her with a cup of coffee (she hasn't had coffee for maybe a week). She came to the kitchen table and drank all of her coffee, with PLENTY of cream in it. Ate 3 bites of egg and some toast. Later, I took her outside to sit on her porch/deck. It was a struggle to get her there, but when she finally settled down, she said, "Oh this is lovely!" We sat out there for about an hour and a half. She drank half an orange soda and two bites of an egg roll. I know that is not nearly enough food, so, I think it is time for BABY FOOD once again:(A lady stopped by to tell us that a calf was out on the road and they almost hit it, so I went in and called Dr. Towsend (owner of calf) and he said on his message that he wouldn't be back til Monday, so I called 911. Townsend must have gotten my message and called 911 to cancel that emergency. He caught the calf and put it back into the field. He told Gene that he was so tired of that little critter getting into trouble that he could roast him for the 4th of July!;)Some of the neighbors came up to talk about the incident, but GG didn't recognize any of them~Frankly, I think DEPRESSION is the main problem...we shall see what her Gerontologist says~
oh Wanda....(((HUGS))). I can't imagine how worrisome and heartbreaking GG's condition must be for you. Thank God she has YOU! Hopefully the Dr will shed some good light on things next week!BTW...I have only seen 2 monarchs all season so far, one way out in the field and a male on the milkweed. But the must be around!
Yes indeed I was lost on the old thread and could not figure out where you all were so I went and had a nap...more like a three hour sleep...am having a cup fo tea now.JO and LYNNE thank you for looking after me and bringing my posts over...HUGSFunny to read about watering our hands!!! Hand watring...WANDA Thank you for posting about GG...I am glad she ate some and that you are now thinking baby food. Prayers for the doctor's appointment...

A record today this is the 4th named storm of the season DEBBIE and probably will be heading to TX and LA
Well, let Debbie come TX way. LOL We need the rain.Have been on line shopping. Now I need to go get bacon cheese burgers ready for dinner. Jack will grill them, but I need to get things ready.
Still could change LOLLY but will try to blow it over LOL First they said across our state and then something changed to day to possible steer it The spaghetti models are all over the place west east and north Just have to wait
LOLLY is this going to be a summer where Texas needs rain? Is it as dry as last year? Do you have any fires and do you still have the link to the fire maps? I can not find mine...would you please post it again???
Must be the rainy day I am so sleepy I don't have to be at work till 10 tomorrow toooo early to go to bed now Ya think
Looks lke Missy in the nest now and she is looking up at cam

poof she is gone
OH OH I forgot to mention this I put on facebook the Ford Dealer I go to and I said something about the eagle nest in the tower and they should put a cam up there and guess what they are thinking about it I told them it would be perfect timing now that they are not there that they probably would return nest season so I hope they do I was surprised that they answered me back Keep fingers and everthing else you can crossed
LM LM gonna see if I can find something on TV to watch
or maybe a nap I can't quit yawning
Terrific avatar JUDYE and I liked the pictures that included Jordyn and Janet's daughter too...so very pretty...Happy smiles.
wow JudyE that would be GREAT! Maybe you could give them the sites of other nests so they can contact the camera putter uppers regarding cost, etc. And the FLA dept of natural resources for guidelines. You could help them get online!
Back from Mass, dinner, and CVS for some cards. When I brought Kay's email over I typed Lynn and meant Lynne. I'm sure everyone didn't notice. Now Lollyis talking about bacon cheeseburgers and I know who loved them. To top it all off we passes a Roy Rogers and ontheir billboard was Key Lime Shake! I would say that Our LYNN is all around us! ♥
I noticed MEMA JO and saw the ♥♥LYNN♥♥ you always use to surround her name...I sent much love to you and I know you miss her a lot...I understood who you meant though...HUGS ♥
LYNNE2 I told them that the Audubon Soc probably help them I was going to ask Steve also maybe???
I put pic on the mis blog of last nite if you want to see the other ones I have more on facebook but didn't want to put lot on here since there is a limit with photo storage
Hoda, so far the drought is gone! At least here in north Texas. We have had rain this spring. However, we could use more! It is getting hot and no rain in sight right now. Also, no fires in TX right now. Sooooo, so far so good. But, summer is just beginning!
Susan's kitty Max had surgery r ecently and is still wearing the collar. She has posted a picture of him with his lovely neckwear. It seems that he managed to get it off in the litter box and promptly pooped on it. That says a lot.
Thats toooo funny Shirley
"You can improve the flavor of your wine if you drop a live eel into the bottle." Just heard Julia Child say that!
Wonder if you might get some rain from the tropical storm, Lolly?
Having problems navigating tonight. I spilled tea on my wireless mouse and it is not working anymore. I am using the mouse on the laptop. Not happy with that. May be going out to buy a new mouse tomorrow.
Thanks LOLLY. I hope for rain for Texas then and I pray no fire season like last year...Good on you for helping JUDYE and I am sure they will appreciate being set up...such a wonderful experience to have access to wild life...Sorry SHIRLEY about the mouse...I will give a miss to the eel in my wine. I like dry red wine and I do not think eel will help there...depends on the grape and the season it was bottled I understand...weather conditions have a lot to do with it too..
Baby moon is out in the clear skyLightening bugs are covering my yardTemps are nice enough to sit out on the deck.
Sounds like Max wants free of the collarthat is too funny Shirley
Glad it is pleasant outside JO...still raining here and very humid...not good for breathing...
Not Cool I had shrimp on the counter deforsting to put on the indoor grill I heard a ruckis in the kitchen and Jet had a shrimp on the floor and Benny was trying to get it Not cool I got the shrimp and split it between the two and went to cook the rest with garlic and basil well they wouldn't leave me alone while I was eating them I got some pic of them trying to get my attention Jet got oh so close to the plate I ended up giving them one and they liked it with garlic Silly cats
it is actually funny JUDYE...I thought you were going to say they ate them all!!!LOL!!!
Going in a 10:00 tv show. BBILW
Time to say good night. See you tomorrow.
Think I will pass on the eel, too. She was holding a big eel. It would take a huge bottle of wine. Sounds kind of cruel to the eel. Good night!!
I've been out front trimming and weeding. It's so beautiful out. Crazy Mockingbird singing away, baby moon, lots of lightning bugs. I just enjoyed myself out there! After a while, there was NO sounds at all...no bugs, no toads or frogs, no more mockingbird, no cars passing by...so very quiet for about 10 minutes. Then someone started shooting off fireworks....
Glad you had a good evening LYNNE. Sounds perfect and the fire works are a bit early are they not?
WOW this was on the news and FB two Fl black bears caught on video in a residental area fighting check out the video unreal Bears fighting in residental area
Well Eagle Peeps I have fought off the sand man and he has won Well I'm calling it a day See ya in the am ☼ at Sycamore Sunrise Cyber CafeBless this Nestand all ♀ ♥ ♂ whom watch it at Sycamore Palace Healing thoughts forthose in need"Be kinder than necessary, for everyone is fighting some kind of battle."
That is quite something about the black bears fighting JUDYE!!! Did they tranquilise them and relocate them? What did they do with them?
Finished by show - half ways good. Now I'm getting ready to close down for the day. A good day especially having heard from Kay! Hoda have a sound sleep tonight! ♥Good night my friendsPeace be with you in your livesLoving thoughts to Lynn ♥Carolyn♥ Christie♥I ♥ US
Thanks JO. SED to you too. HUGS♥
Have been going through magazine tonight. Too many around here...they are stacking up. Tried to get the video of the bears to play, but no luck. They said on the news that if Debby does get to TX the rain will all be to the south of us. Oh, well....as long as somebody gets rain. Do not want wind and damage!!Laurel was happy. She made $200 on a garage sale that she did not plan to have, did not advertise, did not prepare and best of all did not ask her mom to help. LOLCalling it quits. Night all!SED!!!!!!!!!!!!
Wow, nothing like a soused eel!The bears were about two years old and thought to be having a territorial tussle. Separated on their own and went their way.Grace was very good about her collar but she clearly did not like wearing it. We are also very lucky that these two, unlike all the others before, have zero interest in human food. Shirley, hope Max heals quickly.
The sandperson departed some time ago after leaving sleepy dust in my eyes. I believe tonight's rounds will include a test of the USA to BC GPS navigational system. The night light is on for anyone who may need to arise in the darkness. I'm sure Andy will set our alarm systems. Restful sleep for all.
Hi, Everyone,Getting here late again tonight.Fell asleep in front of the TV with Emma again!Ken is doing a little better today. His elbow gets to feeling better, then he forgets to be careful of it (it's his right elbow, and he's right-handed), and it starts hurting again. Still, it's quite a bit better than it was on Thursday. One day at a time!Really glad to hear from ♥Kay!!Glad you're making progress, and will eventually be totally pain free! Prayers for you continue!Getting SOOO excited for Hoda! Won't be long now! Gosh, had an unexpected visitor on our patio this morning--one of our Cooper's Hawks! Got a couple of pictures, and will try to download into the computer tomorrow and share. Good news--today all the young herons managed to stay in the nest!Well, very tired tonight, so going to hit the hay. Prayers have been said for everyone (especially GG and Kay, and all those who need healing) and every creature. The porch light is on, and both security systems are enabled. Sleep well, everyone. God bless, and goodnight. Love all of you!♥♥Missing Lynn♥♥♥♥Carolyn & Christie♥♥I ♥ us!
Good morning my eagle friends! Great wedding yesterday but a lot of driving - decided to drive to Balto. and back in one day.
Wow, good news from Kay!!! How great!!Wanda, I'm so sorry GG isn't perking up. You may be onto something with thinking it's depression. I hope you get some answers soon!
Good morning everyone. I see where there was news from Kay. I am so glad to see this. The house is empty and quiet this morning. Sometime mid afternoon it will become a bustle of activity. It's been a long wait for this day. I am so glad its here. I won't be on the computer much at all now until the end of the week. Then I will be picture album busy :-). Hoping and praying for each of you to have a good day and a good week. Will check in later. "Mantles"
Good morning.Hi Sandi. Hope you can get some catch-up rest today and glad the wedding was worth the drive.Andy, really happy all the baby herons managed to stay put yesterday. Did the Cooper's show up because of the babies? If so, hope it goes away. Glad Ken's elbow is some better. Glo, have a wonderful week. Please enjoy every moment.Need coffee and newspaper.
Good morning eagle buds Its raining its pouring
HODA they just let them go on their way I guess bears show up there allot They have made a tunnel under the road for the bears near Orlando because lots have been hit by cars and Yep the bears do use the tunnel We are just taking over their land
Bad news for LOLLY and the rain now it looks like Debbie will be heading to La and Mississippi it took a slight turn to the east But it still could change they say LOLLY I put the video onFB its on my profile page It also took a few sec of open up for me

Good Morning all!PAULA, guess you're at the beach, again? How wonderful to hear from KAY!!!!I've got to get some cards in the mail. Haven't done any in months. I don't usually put this stuff on here, but this seven days a week of work and depression medicines changing are playing with my head and my desire to do anything. URGH. Plese pray these newest pills work and return me to better than normal. Thanks!Kate left for LA today, and my Mom is coming down to stay with me for the week, so that will be very nice. What a great Mom!GLO, I wish you the best of times with your family in town! Extra cookies for Dex.Love you all, dearly!
Morning Judie, Judy, Thelma, Paula, and Lori!Paula, I don't need Debbie here! I've got a house full, including 2 kids - we need to be able to get outdoors!Lori, what's the latest on Kate's mom? Has she adjusted to senior living? Enjoy your time with your mom!

Good Morning - pray all of you had a restful sleep. Jenny just walked in soI'll be popping in and out.Thinking of Megan and Market! BBILW
Good morning to any/all still here. Sorry been so scarce lately. For about a week I've had computer problems...hopefullt they are resolved. Also, got a new smart phone...trouble is it's smarter then me right now. Tried watching the cam but it was offline. I see today it's back up but nest is empty. When I get better with my phone I should be able to post more. Can't see the cam real well on phone when it is on-line. Hope everthing and everyone is well. I didn't read back much. Hoping to get out fishing today...haven't been out for a while now. Take care and enjoy the rst of the weekend. Oh...when the young eagles get more independent will they be forced to leave the territory or are they free to do as they please. Just curious as to how the parents react to them once they can fend for themselves.
Wow...typing is way off this morning.
Good morning! What a thrill to read Kay's email. Now we need to see her on here!Lori's special prayers for you! We want you feeling like Lori!!I am ready for church except for eating breakfast. About to finish my coffee and then will eat.Have a great Sunday!
Good morning,Hi Jerry, it is my understanding that the young eagles will leave the immediate area when they can fend for themselves. I don't know if anyone really knows all of the details on this, though. We are still learning. I suppose tagging them would help, but these eagles will not be tagged, of course.
Getting around better, now. The mouse is working again. I guess it dried out.
Well, sorry about that. I did not mean to say the same thing 6 times.
Good to know that Kay is back in touch.
Shirley, hold your breath and drink a big glass of water straight down. That should cure your hiccoughs.lolHi Jerry. I think Shirley is correct. The juvie babes will establish their own territory. I seem to remember that Azalea (Norfolk eaglet) traveled long distances, even into N.C. Hope you get to know your phone on an up close and personal basis.Have a nice day with Jenny, Jo.Would love to see a post from Kay as well as an update on Miss GG.BBL
Shirley it must be your MOUSEJenny just left - had a nice visit.
I know when I used a different PCI sometimes don't have all the links I need. Perhaps that is what Kay is up against. Let's keep looking for emails.Pray GG is having some energy today. We need to remember GG's age and it isremarkable how she is doing. Love Her ♥
Home from church and we just had an earthquake!!!Jack and I are both sitting here in our chairs. We were talking when we felt and heard it. The house creaked! OMG OMG!!! Will be interesting to learn the size of it.
Shirley, got to thinking -- sometimes the mouse at my desk gets temperamental because of cat hair and dust, etc. Maybe just a cleaning?Lolly, glad you all are okay and hope there was no damage or injury to others.GG is very special. She raised our wonderful Wanda. Absolutely fell in love with her.
Good Sunday Daytime Everyone...many reports to be in wonder about, wildlife and people and things like thatxo
I agree with Judie's statement about GG being very special and one of the reasons why (( Hugs to all the GG and all her Special Family ♥ ))
oh greattypos alreadyLolly...pretty monumental...sure will be waiting to hear so much more about the Earthquake...

Jo:I love what you said about the Key Lime Milkshake advertisement at Roy Rogers...now just WHERE is that restaurant ??Hope Michael and the church group are doing well, not too many hammer-banged up fingers or splinters from the work they are doing there
That's it for me now...these are my moments of making noise for now...didn't have to make DOUGH so made NOISE insteadclosing with Prayers for Wellness for all, thinking of GG, Kay, and so many amongst us..Hoping all the flowers and plants which took a bashing from the STROMS will heal and recover nicely also...xoxo (( All Day Sunday Hugs )) ♥
3.5 earthquake....very interesting. We have had several smaller ones recently. Now I know what to expect.
See your earthquake on the map, Lolly.
3.5--interesting without being really scary.
Things to do and places to go, BBL.
Things are looking up. My Dad brought my Mom down and they arrived about two hours ago. She's out on the deck reading now. When she is here is about the only time you see her sit down & relax. :)Dad is driving back home to see nephew Brandon's All Star baseball game.Thank you so much for thinking of me, my wonderful eagle family. I love you all so dearly. (((BIG HUGs for EVERYONE!)))

HEY PAULA Do you think Steve could give Walker Ford some info on starting up a cam They said any help would help
I have returned from my Sun AfternoonTV Movie! Exceptionally good! (Except for the darn commercials) I picked up one of my books and read during them.Lori - Very happy your mom is with you! It is doing her some good just as it is doing you some good! It's a win-win situation.Lolly - I guess if you can 'sit through it' it wasn't too bad - or was it bad enough to make you freeze in your tracks? ♥
You might tell Walker Ford to contact Lisa at Blackwater.
BLACKWATER is not a live feed its a still cam isn't it????
Well I think I am heading back to work sooner that I should before it gets worse than it is now radar looks yuky
On FB Paula has 9 beautiful catches from today. She'll has enough for a fish cook out with her neighbors..
Took the kids out for a ride on the boat and they got some tubing time in. Bird count on the water:3 osprey pairs, and a couple of osprey chicks,a flock of Canadian geese,2 great blue herons,2 snowy egrets,1 be-u-tee-ful cormorant sitting on a piling with his wings opened to dry, several male mallards, lots of sea gulls & terns, but ...(as Sharon likes to say)no partridge in a pear tree!Looking like rain now - hoping it blows over so I can take the kids to hit some tennis balls after dinner.
Enjoy I am off for a while to see what I can get done...Enjoy
Sandi - sounds as though the boat ridewas made worthwhile with all the birdsightings. Dinner is ready - hamburgers, corn on the cob and watermelon. The corn this year is soooooooo delicious! BBL
For a while I thought I might be lost again and there is a new thread...NO NEW THREAD, not many posts though...Hope all are well.Did a few things and now it is time to look at what needs doing in terms of relaxing...I like relaxing and will adopt JO's putting my feet up!!! Good way to live I would say...I hope you enjoyed Supper JO
Kay updatePlease tell our Eagle Buds that I'm inching along, but making daily progress. Hoping to be home in about a week. I may not get on the blog daily til' then because the emphasis here must be rehabiliation and the therapies leave me exhausted. Calls are welcome, too and I will answer if able. Wonder if JudyE is having catfish for dinner?
OK I am back There was a tornado that was right in the area showed on radar US 19 and 49th right near my neck of the woods it moved sooooo fast was gone at a blink of a eye But I am safe and everyone I know is also we have been on FB talking about it Right now our area is getting a break and Tampa area is getting it now
At work they ask me that toooo catfish then they said with the oils and gas on the road may not be a good idea BUT I said hey I wouldn't need to add any oil We all laughed
13.35 rain so far today just said on the news remember my rain guage stops at 5" and was overflowing
There were 4 catfish swiming in the road but only caught the one that was injured
Janet has blogged again her vaca if anyone want to read it here is the link I hope she is safe in this crap probably headed homeJanets blog vacation
just looked outside and the road is once more under water
geez JudyE, you'd think that businesses would CLOSE to keep people who work safe, and the YAHOOS who think they are invincible HOME.
here is a link to our local radar where i liveMy local radar there is a larger radar on that site of all the state and other areas also I live in Pinellas co there are 25 different radars I am the Pinellas co angie is in the St Pete area
If you click on the "St Pete map its shows me tooo Pinellas Park I am in the top part of the sort of triangle above the work Pinellas Park They say it is 87° now and with alll this rain
JUDYE the link to JANET'S blog did not work for me....Keep on posting as the conditions where you live are not too safe and it is calming to read you are alright through your posts. Glad you did not eat the fish from the road...not safe I would rather think...olive oil is much healthier for you than engine oil I would rather think.LOL
ODD HODA I just clicked on it and it took me to her blog ODD for sure
This is the worst weather I think I have seen here one hook echo after the other Of course years ago they didn't have the HOOK echo to let us know
Right now its not bad no rain but other bands out in the gulf I have the radar up beside the TV going and I have a weather alert radio also
Judy, what is your plan for tornado warning???
I went again JUDYE and the link worked this time...
LYNNE asks a good question JUDYE
My bathroom is in the center of the house which is a good thing I have cell phone, reg phone flashlights two of them Pillow and blanket in tub I think that will work don't ya think Also a hammer just in case I need to dig my self out or bang on the tub to be heard
OK, I'm happy with that, Judy. I hope you stay safe.
Going to have to shut down. Small but rather intense looking storm cell coming at us. Good night and prayers for all!
Stay safe LYNNE2 also
WOW I just looked on radar looks like the spine of the state is getting it bad but we are calm right now A small feeder ban is coming in but doesn't look bad like the center the whole lenght of the state
If you click on the link above you can see we are in the clear for a while but suppose to contiune tomorrow also
I see three feeder bands still in the gulf that will come on shore Lets hope they are nice one and nothing severe I will put on my weather alert radio when I go to bed but not now TV is beeping enough without it going off
Back from the beach...gotta do some stuff for work...If I don't see you anymore tonight, see ya tomorrow night!
OH I just remembered the intellecast radar this way I can see out in the gulf passed where out radar stops .Intellicast radar you can use your mouse to move to other state and zoon in and out
Its hard to see any eye but boy you can see the circulation of Debbie
Oh my, Alex Trebek has had a mild heart attack. They say he should be fine, though. Been thinking of you today, Judy. You seem to have things well planned out, though. You have probably had plenty of experience with hurricanes.
That is one big storm, Judy.
Judy is getting all the rain. No fair! She should share!!Tell you what, Judy....I'll trade you one teeny earthquake for a few inches of rain. Deal?Have been watching the ball game. Rangers won! Jack passed me a book. Thought I would like it, but it is starting slow. We went out when the temp dropped to 89 and walked around. Found a bird egg on the ground. Could not see a nest, so added the egg to my bird nest on the front porch.
Oh, I see a split coming. WATCH OUT!Added a picture on fb of the earthquake damage. LOL It's a joke!
Hopefully we get our car tomorrow! I am oh, so ready!
Posted a picture of the tropical storm on my blog. It really covers a large area.
Okay, here I go double-posting again. At least only twice this time.
