Back-to-Back Magpies for my avatars...THIS one is the original one Paula sent me when I was a Baby Momster....it is the Black-Billed Magpie... Thank You Paula - and for all the other things you have helped me with throughout these 3-1/2 years ♥
By the Way, Paula is the one that turned us all on to ISS - a couple of years ago... So, Thanks for that too, Paula !!
Prayers going up for Taitlyn and all the family and friends, what a tragic, sudden illness and loss God Bless the family for wanting to donate her organs...
Thank you Lynn for the updates... difficult news to share...
So sorry to hear of Kaitlyn's passing & so proud of the parents decision to share her vital organs. ON FB there is a picture of Kaitlyn on the page of Stacy Dunn.
My meds are the same in the morning & evening - No new ones Lynn and guess what, my legs this morning when I got up didn't have any pain. Thank you Lord and I pray it is finished even without me knowing what it was!
reading Andrea's posts...I am hungry all over again! I think I need to go visit her Roost...
Sharon Happy Bridal Shop Day to you and the "Kids" xo ♥ You shall have a great welcome home greeting when you return to Bluefield..Five pups and One Thelma
Great pics, aren't they, Jo??!! For some reason they didn't come through to my page....I had to go looking! Of course, with the "new" and NOT-improved FB, things get lost!!
Jo, great that the leg pain was gone this morning....hope it is banished for good!
Andy, what a delightful meal you had! Aside from the creamed broccoli....ugh! Sounds like a neat restaurant! Enjoy your left overs.
Loretta, hope you are rested and that you'll get a chance to see the nest visits today!
Margy, have a fun day with the Jamester!! Any idea what kind of dog the boys are looking for?? The shelters and A/C's are full to overflowing!! Please steer them there!!
Lynne, if you were closer, I'd "let" you clean here, too. Do you do windows??? Your landlords are the epitome of slumlords, IMHO. Inexcusable. A POX on them.
Newspaper article (Herald, of course) says that our mall is supposed to be getting an "upscale, fine-dining restaurant" on an out-parcel. Wonder WHAT??? Also a possible new tenant is lined up for the old Sears store...again, wonder who?
Lynn, you are right, I didn't know about the rest of Sharon and T's brood. But, now I do and SHARON, if you'll tell me what size/kind of dogs they are, I'll have the whole canine family with tugs this week! My apologies to Buphals, Hairy, Scooby and Mopsy. ♥
Miss Liesl apparently didn't much care for the earlier light: she was awake and making noise at 6:30 new time! I sternly told her to go back to sleep, and she DID! So we were able to sleep in today---until almost 8! There was a heavy frost. Fire had died away....house was quite chilly, but is good now!! LEAVES are falling in a light breeze.....argh! But at least they aren't ankle deep again....YET.
The veterinary staff drew blood from Great Horned Owl #11-2085 on Saturday November 5 — and the team gave the Great Horned Owl the final clearance for release. Transport is currently being arranged, and it looks as though the owl will be leaving us today to head back to Middlesex County!
Seems the eagles are returning on a regular schedule and have begun some early nestorations. So happy for those who are up early to see them and thanks so much for the album picture updates.
Jo, meant to say how much I like the anniversary picture of you and Ed. Congratulations on 53 years! Also happy there was no leg pain this morning -- yippee!
Andy, not sure from your post but if the trifle and birthday song was for you, a belated happy birthday. So happy you had a nice dinner with kubby.
Shirley, congratulations on having a fenced yard. Hopefully, a little fresh air and exercise will be good for the critters and protect your yard from short-cutters.
Lynne2, I am so very sorry about your circumstances. Wish you could report the situation without fear of repercussions.
Margy, have a wonderful day with James the Wise. Lovely sunshine for you two.
Hope everyone's favorite football team wins today.
Will be back later tonight. Headed for a GWU mens opening game (exhibition) around 4:30pm.
Oh-oh.....scanner call: riderless horse appeared with saddle hanging under his belly and blood on him....no sign of rider...in Jefferson Co. Sure hope that all is well for the rider......riding CAN be very dangerous.
Good morning! Just a quick hi! I need to eat breakfast and head to church. I am dressed and ready to go.
Laurel did not describe a sound. She was sitting in a rolling desk chair at her computer. She said it felt like someone had lifted her chair. She also said items on shelves around her rattled. Joey was lying in bed and he felt it longer than she did. News reports have towns all around us saying they felt it. Jack and I were sitting in our recliners...we did not feel a thing. I also asked Laurel about the pets. They all were asleep.
Prayers for Taitlyn's family. God bless them for their decisions.
I will see you later....Gators. Have a beautiful Sunday!
So LYNN did someone shoot the rider instead of a fox? The blood on the upside down saddle??? I have a very vivid imagination and am making a Miss Marple mystery out of it...Which county is interesting details how many in the hunting party? hmmmmmmm???MTBR
Oh rider found!!! quick I must compose faster than the events, so Miss Marple could solve the mystery...I wonder if the saddle was cut before he went out on the hunt, now I said he do I know that for a fact? Maybe it is a she and her husband is trying to inherit her money...economic crisis and all...
Well I am off to assist MISS MMARPLE, by going to yoga first and then groceries. I have not read back and will do so when I come back...as she might say TA TA!!! ;^)
Hoda, you and Judie can be the investigative team, and I'll do the reporting!!!! Nothing else overheard......hopefully, rider just had a long walk from a distant field!!!
Both have been there. One leaves and the other stays, and then the other comes back. Been doing that since I spotted them. Did see a spot on the one head, but missed the picture.
LARGE PRINT Guideposts, Our Daily Bread, some prayers and a nap, and some James time....that's the best I can for Church today....but it tends to serve me pretty well
Hope this day brings joy, peace, comfort and relaxation to each and every one
"See Ya" later on ...
God Bless All Your Roosts, and God Bless Us, Every One xoxo ♥

Thank you everyone! It really was a great time.
Being lazy today, watching the race, and then going out to dinner with my Uncle from California.
Andrea, you live near my Uncle, you should check out Stefano's sometime. They are an Italian Deli and Honey Ham store in Yorba Linda.
Things are getting worse.....SF is ready to score again, we have a player down on the field and the 4th qtr. is almost half over....:(

TD Redskins!
2 pt. conversion successful....19-11.
Why does it always happen when it is too
late to make a difference.
At least both teams are in double
digits..............
Maybe mom's hair is poofier on top?? I CAN'T be shorter than my mother. That's not allowed.
What did Kyle Busch do? I didn't know he was in trouble.
DANAMO LOL!!!
Dana, he intentionally wrecked someone at the end of the truck race Fri. I would love to see Gibbs fire him....but feel it's unlikely. He is definitely out of the chase!!! An ESPN poll has 55% of respondents saying FIRE HIM!
I saw the poll. Didn't hear about the truck race. I don't really follow that at all.
