We are going to watch Tinker belle she loves that movie soooo much I got her the other two and some dolls from the movie for Christmas I can't wait for her to see them She found the Tinkerbell purse I got a long time ago and she had forgot about it she was in her room yesterday and found it and yelled surprise is that mine before she got in to the movie it was just another purse now its more special I guess Funny Kid she is ok BBL I am meeting Angie instead of her coming her so I will check in later on this evening I will probably not see the visit not for sure when she will call after she goes to the bank she gets off at 430 not for sure if she is going on company time she should she she is making their deposits and hers

I stepped outside to talk to the boy next door for a second. Burrr it was cold.
From inside I just looked at gauge it says 30 degrees. I going to try and hit the mark for degrees ... tried to do it and it just turned everything upside down. Had a heck of time getting it back right side up....heard the geese. Glad the eagles hadn't came it pictures would have all been upside down lol

I am glad to hear LIESL is coming home tonight. I hope she is not too much work for you LYNN. How are you feeling and I also want to know about your knee? Are you eating and how did you sleep? Did I understand JEWELS correctly you did not go up stairs to your own bed? So were you comfortable in a down stairs guest room? I am presuming now as to the down stairs guest room...
I'm sure the eagles will return tomorrow if not this evening.
They like the comfort and pecking at each other too much to leave this nest forever.
Our streets and roads are ICY!!!The temperature is dropping and it is sitting a cool degrees 28 and heading down to 23 with a snow warning in effect.
I am glad I am not going out this evening.
We have three Christmas Craft Fairs going on from now to Sunday so I hope it clears enouggh to be able to walk from one venue to the other. They usually have good things and ideas.
LOLLY checked in and that is good to see. I thinm she will soon be out of the car as she thought they will drive two short days. I also hope no snow on their path...same wish for LINDA AND DENNIS. I do not think they are going to go through any mountainous areas though...

Liesl is coming home tonight ! What a reunion that will be ! Now that you are home, LYNN, and hopefully have your ice cream on hand should you "need" it, I'm going back to my Thankfulness Month avatars.
Will introduce the last of the grandkids, my dil and sil in rapid succession. Sunday night I'll switch to something for the holiday. While I will be on line some a Lee's, I don't think it will be easy to change avatars there. So that's my plan and here is Lee's son:
Paul Cooper and he goes by his second name, he'll be 17 a month from tomorrow. He's a H.S. Junior and can do well if he wants to, but is most passionate about Rock Climbing and Bouldering. He routinely qualifies for National competitions and we're very proud of his athletic skill. He and I always get a jigsaw puzzle going and I'm sure he has one picked out for us to do all next week. We also do NY Times Crosswords together and I'm so looking forward to being with him !

Hoda, I slept on the sofa......I could have made stairs okay, I'm sure, but not 3 or 4 times a night for bathroom calls!!! I slept very well on the recliner end of the sofa. Toasty warm! And Christie slept well in my bed!!!

I did not go into Mothers today. Just spoke several times with her on the phone. She seems to be doing maybe just a tiny bit better. So she says.
Me I'm still hurting...I think it is terrible to have insurance. Then when I go get the burning of the nerve...the price the insurance charges me is so terribly high for me to pay them. They will let me make payments..but it takes so long to pay off. Also I need to have an MRI done again so Dr. Gopal can see what has changed in my neck and spine. So there is more for me to pay and the hospital doesn't like the little payments. They want BIG payments.
So I don't feel too good but I'm getting by.
Is the medicine still helping your finger Margy? I pray it helps you.
Margy--we are NOT going to start the waterworks conversation again!!!! Carolyn was keeping running commentary at hospital last night!!! LOL!

Today must be camera day on facebook they have pictures of the kick butt cam they installed in Norfolk nest rotates etc and from what I remember our cam was only getting new hard wiring nothing to do with night viewing just in case solar goes out again I remember he posted something to that effect some one should ask Steve about getting infra red installed better I'm sure that cost big bucks also
OK the Pee thing was ok but I remember not being able to go home unless the other was made LOL

There is a boxer that has been running around the neighborhood off and on for days. I assume it has a home because it leaves and looks well-fed. T-bird put some food out for him this evening. Now he is hanging out on the back porch, standing up at the back door. I shut those blinds and he went to the window by my desk. He is barking and acting like he wants in here but I don't think he would like the fight of these 5 on him, although I would say he could hold his own. Lord have mercy on us. I cannot do anymore dogs.

The dog belongs to a neighbor about a half a block away. I did find out he bites. Yikes.
He was just scratching at my back door and my dogs are flipping out.
They did another test today, kind of like a sonogram, which required smearing gel on me. So, I came home with some of the gel and the remains of the sticky stuff from the things attached to me.
And, I had not been able to shower yesterday because of all of the stuff attached to me.
So, after I dug in the dirt to plant some more bulbs, I was definitely ready for a shower.
Sharon, we had a cute little corgi that used to come visit us and beg for food.
It belonged to my neighbor across the street, and she was trying to get it to lose weight. It would sneak out of the house and run around the neighborhood begging. It found some workmen building a house who would feed it, and then it liked us for some reason.
Good that this doggy has a home. Perhaps you should invite the owner to come claim it.
Eventually, my neighbor's dog got picked up by the dog catcher. She said that when she went there to claim it, she found her dog happily settled into the office beside someone's desk.
That person wanted to adopt her dog, and she let them keep it. She had gotten frustrated with trying to keep up with the wandering pooch.

Good Morning I was wondering where Lori and DanaMo is. Then I looked at the time.
I'm changing my avatar cause I know sometime Lynn will get her cheeseburger.

Nest is very dark. I may miss the eagle if they come this morning. I am thinking of going back to bed.

So happy I have sound at the nest now! I was on Pete's Pond last night and it sounded like here in the summertime with all the bug noises.
Added a picture of Mom and Dad's Old English Sheepdog to my DanaMo pics. He is a real cutie! Lots of slobber though.
I can't tell yet if I have sound. I updated everything though. Java was already up to date. I upped my Flash and fixed the setting. I never had to do all that before and I had always had sound. So here is hoping that it will be there.
Too quiet here, thinking it's time to go back to bed.
The kittens are all three playing right now. It's like having three Tarzan's in a circus act! They are so cute and all really big and healthy. So thankful for that. I'll have to make an avatar of them.

Can't blame you DanaMo. I am having my chin on my arm trying to rest some. If I can (probably by then be all awake) after eagles come. I am going for a nap!!!

Thanks you guys! It's just so great to see them playing so robustly after they were all so sick. I am beginning to wonder how I will give them up, but I just think 8 cats - all spayed and neutered - is too many, with six of them being indoor cats!
Was that a goose honk? I'm hoping the scent of the work crew is gone if that's what kept the eagles away last night.

Apparently they've done enough nestorations to make the cup comfy. She's probably doing a mental assessment of what they still need to do before time for serious HP, laying eggs and all that jazz.

MARGY, you and JUDY were musing over whether or not Belle and REM were staying away since Nu was there, perhaps catching his scent. According to the NBG experts, eagles have little to no sense of smell. That is why they so easily tolerate road kill and will stock their pantry with prey that remains there for days at times. Their nests become quite pungent and attract critters who can smell. I'm surprised the Nuckol's guy can stand the smell of the nest at banding time !

Belle had some tasty morsel at the nest yesterday morning, before Nu, et al, arrived. REM tried to horn in on it just once, got her warning and never went near it again. I think she finished it off before they flew away.
