I think I figured it out I am having mouse issues just put another one on hope ok now Odd how it keep multiplying I hope its my mouse What else could it be HMMM anyone else that ever happen to
Margy, I love anyone who loves wildflowers:) I do hope those who live far from WV check them out on your WV Wildflower blog, to see what kind of wildflowers we have!
Sure have to extend my condolences to the ant on the cam -- Boris could strike at any moment. Oh, newbies, Boris is/was the resident spider that annually spun its web to obscure of view of the nest at night.
My nephew, the Navy Seal, is home-stationed in Virginia Beach...I guess he could have been on THE team, though I might not ever know for sure He left before Christmas for a six month deployment to the sandboxes
Well, Andy, if that isn't the weirdest day...I think I would find someone at school for a better explanation....or to complain too! Does not sound professional at all! And hardly any instruction!
Forgot earlier. Had an email from GW saying that a large contingent of students joined the festivities in front of the Wh.House. Those are my wannabe adults!
I'm going to miss my therapist. She's a really nice lady. Daughter at UVA so we had some common ground other than my being crippled.
Going to elevate the offending ankle. Will return to set the night light. Hope we hear from Andy soon.
haven't read all the comments yet, well on this thread I have... everyone has some really nice things to and about each other It is very heartwarming ♥ and comforting
Pa Lynn Linda! I would like to make a road trip please to your place... for all the great birds you are seeing, AND for the home-made bread ! I have seen true red-headed woodpeckers just a few times, a stunning bird
magpie, the way I took the comment about the wedding in England and the funeral given to Osama Bin Laden is a matter of national pride.Like card game betting terminology. The Brits put on a show and the Navy Seals put on a more spectacular show...amazing really how it all unfolded and no US casualties at that...that is how I took the comment. I am glad the lads involved in the operation were all safe and sound. You must be very proud of your nephew and I hope you all do not worry about him too much.God Bless him and keep him safe.
Thanks for Interactive map, JudyE. When I went to save it in my fcavs, it said it already existed. Well....since I couldn;t find it before, I said Yes, to replace it!
Wow....don't think I've ever seen a post repeat itself THAT many times. LOL!!
JudyE----please don't type Tbird----I think you are saying that THelma (aka T-bird) has flown in!!!
Margy - You are welcome ANY time!! I'd love you to visit....and so would my birds, hawks, turkeys, deer, ground hogs, squirrels, bunnies, foxes, mountain lions, and whatever else is roaming around here. We've seen them all!! Even one bald eagle on ONE occasion!
I was watching CNN last night, Judie, and they kept saying that a large number of those at the White House were GWU students.
I was not surprised when Rus joined them. And I am sure Jo would have been there if she could have. (I kind of think her hubby probably would not let her out of the door.)
Paula - Congrats on the baby robbins. We had a nest on a rail just ouside our sun room and I absolutely loved watching the Mom, Dad and babies all the way until the day they fledged. I even ran around the property following the baby. So did Mom and Dad. Then watched them around the house for days. It was so much fun.
She'll never come back.....since she now thinks I'm the paparazzi.....and she was probably annoyed with me!!
Jo - I think you were talking about PA Nana's avatar - the Harrisburg falcon, right?
Andy, that all sounds like the biggest bunch of you-know-what. PLEASE see someone in charge at school and tell them the whole scenario. Something smells rotten in Denmark!
Glad your robins hatched okay, Paula! Cute.
MArgy, it's probably very possible that your nephew could have been involved in the action!
Thanks Hoda, makes more sense...I think I got it, the explanation... about my nephew...I do hope that he was part of the operation. His wife was so very scared about his going on this deployment, she is a retired Navy pilot herself... home alone with their two young boys...I will be very relieved when he is Stateside once again Either way, he is part of the Seal Family...so he IS a part of it
Oh yeah, Margie....We had a beautiful bobcat in the backyard on Christmas eve in the snow one year. I'd be afraid to go outside, but Dennis went out on the deck and got a picture.
Once I figure out how to post pictures, I'll post some of our critters!!
That red headed woodpecker picture my husband got today was beautiful!
Judie, you must have missed Andy's post!! It was a very weird situation at the end, too!
Linda, your place sounds like mine---except I've had coyotes instead of mountain lions (tho' I've heard them) and only possible sighting of juvie eagle twice this year.
Margy - They said that because it wasn't an official state affair, they didn't invite heads of state or people like that. Only if they were friends or wanted the to be there for other reasons.
Thanks, Margy. I thought Rus showed some excellent insight into what he saw and heard. He posted several videos and I could hear some Spanish in some of them.
I'm pooped folks.....going to get to bed. Love you guys, have a good night and prayers for all! Especially Shirley! And for Andy and the Fuster Cluck that is going on....Really unacceptable.
Hope the tooth fairy brings something special for Leisl!
It's so hard...... I wish I could take something that just makes me lose my appetite or maybe even something that makes all the things I love taste bad for a while!!
Just wanted to share with everyone that I took another trip out to my nest this afternoon, what a show. Found a 3rd healthy baby in the nest. Mom, Dad and all three posed for a few hours. Watched mom fly in and feed the eaglets. The last 81 photos at http://raptors.vaphoto.com are from today. And I also took HD video. They are all uploading right now, but one can be see on Facebook.
Well, I raced across the hall to escape the sandperson who is lurking outside the bedroom door. I am going to set the night light for 11:00pm. Tomorrow is exam day so need some sleep. Of course, I have had more than a few emails: can you give the way to access the videos you showed in class? That would be NO! Anyway, I'll be back late tomorrow. Restful sleep for all.
All right, girls! You are going to have to be firm, strong and determined to loose weight! And, Lynne, shame on you! Stop that smoking! We want to keep you around as long as we can! We love you!
Well I am going to be between our blog and the Canadian election results tonight. 45 more minutes before the polls close in British Columbia and then we can start hearing about how Quebec and Ontarion voted. They usually reflect the results as they hold the most seats in Parliament.
President Obama was invited by the Queen to a State Visit to the United Kingdom. The invitation went out before the wedding...He will soon be going there and I think she showed a lot of respect and admiration to him and the First Lady Michelle the last time they were there. It will be good to follow this visit. The British papers report that Tony Blair was snubbed by not receiving an invitation though...
Okay, Lolly.....I'm going to try harder, too! I pray for strength every night, and when I get hungry I completely forget until after I'm done eating that I was supposed to be dieting!! LOL!
thanks Hoda and Lynn and others.. regarding the wedding I really know better than to get or think political because basically I am quite the dunce on all that kind of stuff
I apologize for any offensive or insensitive comments....
Ok it time to hit the hay 6 comes earlier everyday Scott has a nice video of his eagle on facebook really nice. Prayers for all those who need them I hope everyone gets a good nights rest see you at SSCC at 6 God Bless this nest and all who watch
Thanks everyone...A lot more videos will be uploaded to thee http://raptors.vaphoto.com tonight. Large files. Two ones of the three babies, including a major poop shoot. LOL...
Checking in before doing the do! Wow, just read a super little story on AOL news about "little- known spy agency" helping track courier in and out of the Bin Laden fortress. It's the OTHER NCTC you sometimes see when you google!National Counterterrorism Center in Rosslyn, VA!
I would like to end out the night though, expressing profound gratitude to all the efforts of those that went into the demise of Osama Bin Laden....every military person and many civilians....for years, has gone into this; so many millions of people affected, sacrifices rendered....impossible to put this into words actually.
@paula I know! Every time I go out it gets better and better..Thursday I went out and saw two babies today three...mom and dad were everywhere just waiting for me to move and get them....Mom left for 5 min and came back with food so all is well. The next few months are going to be a blast.
Great, Scott! Will check out you photos after the news! You must have stayed for quite a long time---so glad the foliage didn't prevent you from getting a good view!
Magpie, it was wonderful our conversation tonight. I think you are a warm and caring person and you have your heart in the right place and a VERY BIG HEART at that... God Bless you and keep you and thank you for reading my words.
OH NO!!!! The prediction is for a Conservative Majority Government...not at all waht I wanted to see. The good news however is the Seperatist Party from QUebec The BLOC they are called has lost a major number of seats and The New Democratic Party has made major gains, they are set to become Her Majesty's Official Opposition...The Liberal Party will no longer be Her Majesty's official opposition...
Heading to bed soon. It is going to be a work in the yard day tomorrow. Have to clean up all the mess. The rain has been wonderful so will not complain.
Night all! Sweet dreams! A special prayer for our Shirley!
ALL DONE! I brought the chicken home from the church and cooked it here. Just stewed it and pulled it off the bone for Chicken & Home Made Dumplings. It made lots of nice, rich broth. MENU: CHICKEN & DUMPLINGS BBQ CHICKEN LEGS/THIGHS MEXICAN CORN BISCUITS WATERGATE CAKE JUICE, TEA, COFFEE
GOOD NIGHT MY FRIENDS PRAYERS FOR ALL GOD BLESS THE USA♥
Hi, Everyone, Finally getting back here. Took FOREVER to catch up! Now to TRY to answer all those comments! LORI, Thanks for your kind words. Gave Emma a couple of gourmet doggie cookies from you!
Thanks to SO many kind hearts for your prayers and comments regarding my dilemma today!
JUDIE, Congrats on graduating from PT today! Fantastic! Keep up with the exercises, and with time I bet your ankle will improve even more. BTW, thanks for the night light!
SHIRLEY, glad Kathryn is going with you on Friday, and that you have an appt. for next Wed. already. I'm sure that today was an IMPORTANT learning experience for your radiologist! Sometimes doctors forget that they are dealing with PEOPLE, not just symptoms.
SHARON, saying prayers re your possible move back to Bluefield. You certainly can be proud of Andrew! You raised him well!
LYNN, AWWWWWWW! A baby tooth! Hope the tooth fairy is good to your little girl!
PAULA, Baby robins are SOOOO cute! How is Nugz? Nothing serious, I hope~! Prayers for him!
LOLLY, glad the rain stopped! Thanks for your comments about my day!
MEGAN, will continue praying for your garden! Sure has been a rough year for you so far!
MARGY, you certainly can be proud of your Navy Seal nephew! God bless and keep him!
PAULA, LYNN, & LYNNE2, thanks--I AM going to try to get an explanation from someone at school. MTBR....
LYNNE2, praying that you will beat the smoking, and be able to lose weight. I TOTALLY understand your conflict. I've been there, done that, soooo many times! But type 2 Diabetes was a MAJOR wake-up call for me 3 yrs. ago. Now I don't dare cheat much!
PA-LYNN, praying for you, too. Hang in there!
Oh, LYNNE2, LOVE the hummer/nectar video! Fascinating!
Well, need to call it a night. Am checking to be sure the porch light is on. Thanks again, Judie, for the night light! Enabling both security systems. Have so many on my prayer list tonight! (No wonder the Scriptures tell us to pray without ceasing!) Hope everyone sleeps well tonight. I will talk to you tomorrow. God bless, and goodnight! Love all of you! :o]
TRUDER DOING NESTORATIONS ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF NEST AROUND 4 - 5 WHILE BELLE IS - LOL - TUGGING AT THAT BRANCH/TWIG THAT GIVES TRUDER SUCH A TOUGH TIME.
Hmmmm, Lori, the coffee is beginning to wake me up, thanks ever so much ! So was it hectic yesterday morning as the Bin Laden story continued to break ?
SHE LOOKS LIKE SHE'S ABOUT TO BLOW THIS PLACE - MAYBE NOT. SHE IS LOOKING - VERY INTENTLY OUT THE SIDE OF THE NEST AT 3 AT SOMETHING. AND SHE'S GONE. POOF BELLE.
Holey Moley! couldn't get things opened up fast enough, got one view of Belle before the color came on, on Still Cam, and ... you know the rest of the story
Hey, Margy ! All but Lori are having a hard time gettin' here before the birds. When I got up I looked out, seeing nuttin' but darkness and rain so thought I was up in plenty of time at 5:40. Duh, the nest is 6 hours ESE of me !
Today's nest weather- Mostly cloudy. Patchy fog in the morning. A slight chance of showers in the morning...then showers and thunderstorms likely in the afternoon. Highs in the lower 80s. South winds 10 to 15 mph. Chance of rain 70 percent. Morning:)
I got video of this am visit but can't download until later will be late for work and don't want that See ya all at lunch I hope each one of you have a great day at work or at leisure
Thanks, Judy ! You have a good day, too ! Today and tomorrow will both be dog sitting and pick up the grandson after school days for me. Always a good time !
Hopefully terrorists and tornadoes will now calm down. Tis' the season for tornadoes, but that last go round was WAY too much. I guess it's always the season for terrorists and I don't see OBL's death changing that. However, I hope it takes a little time for them to reorganize and get active in revenge.
Thanks for the "eagles for kids" heads up, Lori ! I'm listening to you and Loo, Lori. Interesting tidbits about tornadoes n' group therapy ! Love the song now playing. Is that on a Dirty Dancing cd ?

Neither Truder or Belle stayed but a few moments tonight
Belle landed in the nest right as the Rainshower started !

It is very heartwarming ♥ and comforting

Funny, Red, you said for us to treat you as a newbie...
Nooooo Waaaaaay !
I don't get the comment Lynn mentioned that Sissy put on FB about England...

I have seen true red-headed woodpeckers just a few times, a stunning bird
Paula THANK YOU for making notification to Steve about the frozen still cam !
And Thanks Steve and the Gang for the Quick Fix !
magpie, the way I took the comment about the wedding in England and the funeral given to Osama Bin Laden is a matter of national pride.Like card game betting terminology. The Brits put on a show and the Navy Seals put on a more spectacular show...amazing really how it all unfolded and no US casualties at that...that is how I took the comment. Thanks for Interactive map, JudyE. When I went to save it in my fcavs, it said it already existed. Well....since I couldn;t find it before, I said Yes, to replace it!
Wow....don't think I've ever seen a post repeat itself THAT many times. LOL!!

We'll cook good for you, too!!
I was watching CNN last night, Judie, and they kept saying that a large number of those at the White House were GWU students.
I was not surprised when Rus joined them. And I am sure Jo would have been there if she could have. (I kind of think her hubby probably would not let her out of the door.)
So now I have officially opened up the Jo's fresh May E-M album with one picture of Truder....so very sorry I did not get a screen grab of Belle !!!

Paula, The baby Robins are adorable...I counted four??? Thanks for posting the link.
nest getting dark..wonder if that is poop shoot glowing at the 7 spot, remember someone mentioning seeing that pre-dawn this morning
His wife was so very scared about his going on this deployment, she is a retired Navy pilot herself...
home alone with their two young boys...I will be very relieved when he is Stateside once again
Either way, he is part of the Seal Family...so he IS a part of it
Oh yeah, Margie....We had a beautiful bobcat in the backyard on Christmas eve in the snow one year. I'd be afraid to go outside, but Dennis went out on the deck and got a picture.
Once I figure out how to post pictures, I'll post some of our critters!!
That red headed woodpecker picture my husband got today was beautiful!
Loved the baby robins, Paula.
Judie, you must have missed Andy's post!! It was a very weird situation at the end, too!
Linda, your place sounds like mine---except I've had coyotes instead of mountain lions (tho' I've heard them) and only possible sighting of juvie eagle twice this year.
HO-HO-HO----just found a Liesl baby tooth on the floor!!!
We've heard the coyotes, too. I hope they're far enough away. I always worry about my dog chasing after one some day.

Harumph !
guess that would be another matter I am polically dense about
Shirley,
I enjoyed reading what you said Rus reported about his visit to the White House last night....
okay, later....
Margy - They said that because it wasn't an official state affair, they didn't invite heads of state or people like that. Only if they were friends or wanted the to be there for other reasons.
I think Obama had enough on his schedule as it was.
Thanks, Linda. Was just going to tell Margy the same thing!!! It was NOT a political occasion.
Missed Belle! Darn...more rain...darn...
TIRED...I'll "see" the early morning crew. Good night, night owls. This early bird is signing off.
Thanks, Margy. I thought Rus showed some excellent insight into what he saw and heard. He posted several videos and I could hear some Spanish in some of them.
check out the filly, she is half buried under hay!
Good Night Dana....
Good night, DanaMo.
I'm pooped folks.....going to get to bed. Love you guys, have a good night and prayers for all! Especially Shirley! And for Andy and the Fuster Cluck that is going on....Really unacceptable.

Good Night, Lynne!! Sweet Dreams and God Bless You!
step AWAY from the bread Linda!!! You just send it down here....I'll eat it and save you!
Okay, but I thought you were with me in this attempt to lose weight. I have to keep it from you, for your own sake........only cuz I love you!!!
The worst part is the smell that lingers for HOURS of that fresh bread. I love the smell, but it makes me HUNGRY!!
HA! I am failing miserably. Smoking, not smoking, eating too much, eating well....I'm so conflicted. LOL!
Yeah, me too!! My husband just asked me if I wanted a bowl of ice cream with him. Of course I didn't want him to have to have some all alone......
hahaahahahahahAAAA! Too funny, I get that same problem a couple times a week.
Are you going to bed yet??

Sleep well eagle friends. Hugs and prayers for all. ♥♥♥
Thanks again Hoda.... for your attention to my questions and wonderings ...xoxo ♥
I second your sincere gratitude for our military, Margy.
God Bless our Military and all those involved.
I don't celebrate anyone's death, but Bin Laden was an evil man who hated Americans and Christians.
Night!!
Great news, Scott!

Goodnight to all turning in.

Hoda, hope your elections turn out the way you want!!!
Shirley, drink some of your warm milk before you go up to help assure that you sleep well!
Linda and Lynne----you both HAVE the will power----just grab it!!
Magpie, it was wonderful our conversation tonight. I think you are a warm and caring person and you have your heart in the right place and a VERY BIG HEART at that... God Bless you and keep you and thank you for reading my words.
Liesl is down for the night---I THINK! She cried for a minute or so, but now is quiet.
Amazing video of the hummer tongue. Mine are fighting a lot over the feeder.
Goodnight dear friends. Many prayers for many concerns. See you tomorrow. Hoping that the weather is better so I can get something done!!
OH NO!!!! The prediction is for a Conservative Majority Government...not at all waht I wanted to see. P.S. LOVED the pics, Scott!

PRAYERS FOR ALL
GOD BLESS THE USA♥
Hi, Everyone,
Finally getting back here.
DanaMo, LOVE your avatar!
P.S.~~ Hi, Wanda! Your menu sounds SO yummy! G'night, and God bless!

urgh!! I was busy with my ducks and missed the eagles!
Got my coffee though and good company of my eagle friends.
That was odd - what do you guys think she was looking at, craning her neck to see? She was very interested in whatever it was.
Holey Moley!
couldn't get things opened up fast enough, got one view of Belle before the color came on, on Still Cam, and ... you know the rest of the story
Good Morning Eagle Pals !
I figured she was watching T do something.
DanaMo, having a ducky morning, eh ? Hello !!!
Morning:)
Truder Alert
Belle Ringing IN

Glad I came back. Wow look at them with that big stick! Geez...
MEgan thanks for the weather report ! What makes these birds tick, they are almost in a frenzy with nestrorations at the 1 spot.
They seem pretty happy together this morning.

HAGD, Margy ! The avatar is beautiful !
Hi Kay! Yes, between terrorists and tornados my morning shift is keeping me busy! :)
Hopefully terrorists and tornadoes will now calm down. Tis' the season for tornadoes, but that last go round was WAY too much. I guess it's always the season for terrorists and I don't see OBL's death changing that. However, I hope it takes a little time for them to reorganize and get active in revenge.
One of our eagles cast a big shadow over the nest in a flyover from right to left.
Kay: both eagles in the nest at eagles4 kids.
http://eagles4kids.com/
dang I missed fly-over.
I missed that Kay...glad YOU saw it.
Yeah, lots of speculation on the What-Ifs on the news....sometimes, I think that gives the terrorists some ideas :(
put some morning pics on the E-M album for May...
and the rest of the columbine pictures are on my Wildflowers link
okay, gotta shake a couple of legs here and get out the door !
xoxo ☺ ♥
Hey Margy - didn't realize you were still here. Love your wild columbine!
thanks Lori
Hope your day goes well, and fast !
Watch for the SPLIT - coming very soon !
Thanks for the "eagles for kids" heads up, Lori ! I'm listening to you and Loo, Lori. Interesting tidbits about tornadoes n' group therapy ! Love the song now playing. Is that on a Dirty Dancing cd ?
Margy - love your wildflower pics!
Really laughed at the May Apple. I have some in the woods. Their flower buds look like a pickle!
Oh Kay, you are wonderful! BIG HUG!
Kay, That was Jackson Browne "Stay."
Where are you in Ohio?
Aha, The Split ! You got wax, Lori. I'm in Columbus, smack dab in the middle of the State. Oh, yeah, Jackson Browne. Thanks !
Well, I guess the morning nestcapades are over. I'm heading for my newspapers. BBL
