I, too went to the Momsters album after folks said they had put pictures on and did not see any new pics. Will check again.
When we were at the balloon fiesta they were having chain saw sculpture contest. We never stayed to watch but saw some neat work.
Lolly, easy way to get to some, is to go the Home page for Momsters, and where it says 92 new photos along the top....click on that, I see that Loretta has some up also.
I'm going to start there myself and see what I can find...

Margy, thanks for the tip. Went back and saw all the pictures. Love Wanda's pumpkin picture and you eagle pictures from today are fantastic. The color has definitly improved.

Speaking of Momster's Album...I too, had problems with it. Must have been a lot of heavy traffic there???? I didn't get anything from Saturday posted, but, then.. at a certain point, all our photos start looking alike. I tried to put the slideshow on there, but it may be that slideshows don't work there??

I know it's REALLY late back there, but I've been cleaning up the kitchen and putting wash in the dryer, and just kind of picking up around here. Didn't want you to think I'd forgotten about all of you! Can't wait to find a moment or two or three to look at all your pictures! SO glad you all had so much fun!
Judie, Lynn, and Margy, can't begin to tell you how wonderful that Swedish massage was! They really pull out all the stops! First they give you a really nice robe and spa slippers to change into, then they take you to the 'quiet room', where it's all candlelight, with a waterfall and heavy drapes, and soothing spa music playing, (a fireplace when it's really cold out)and the sound of birds chirping. There's herbal tea with all the fixings, decaf, or bottled water. After about 20 min.-half hour there, relaxing in an overstuffed wing-back chair with an ottoman, you are led one at a time to the private room where they give you your massage. It's nearly dark, with only 2 candles burning for light, the table is heated, and there's spa music playing softly. They put a large heated bean bag on one part of you while they get the kinks out somewhere else (You wouldn't believe how many knots they got out of my back!), and they use lightly scented massage oil, so while all this is going on your skin is getting moisturized.
They have a way of doing a sort of accupressure, which really sticks with you for a few days! You don't go home sore at all, and from past experience, you feel relaxed enough to fall asleep, like a big blob of Jell-O. Last time I felt like that for a full four days! They even massage your feet and each individual toe, your scalp, face, and hands and fingers. It's a real luxury, but well worth it to do about once every 6 months. VERY habit forming! We made a pact to go back every time my daughter visits. They do facials and every other sort of spa treatment known to mankind, too. And guess what--there are always several women there on Mondays who are undergoing chemo or radiation treatments, and they have several people specially trained to give them massages that will enhance their cancer treatment! That's just awesome. They can even do acupuncture! If I ever win the Lottery, it would be tempting to go there once a week!
We went shopping and got little Sierra some new jogging shoes in silver and pink and white, and the lunch at Cheesecake Factory was just fantastic! LOVE their salads! Tonight we all went to Lamppost Pizza; met Sister-in-law, Brother-in-law, & one of our nephews and his best buddy. Had a large salad, and 3 kinds of pizza--the works, Mediterranean style, and pepperoni. YUM! Watched several different baseball & football games on their giant flat screen TVs. Update: BIL, Joe, is walking around (carefully) with no cane needed! He even went to work today for the full day! Thanks for all your prayers for his knee surgery! Thank God he's doing so well!....Since it's getting pretty late, I guess it's time to call it a night. Hubby and I are taking our daughter & the kids to San Juan Capistrano on the Amtrak (Sharon--TRAIN!!!) tomorrow. Leave from the station at Angel Stadium in Anaheim. Should be fun--there's a huge petting zoo, a park, lots of shops & art galleries, and of course, the mission. Drizzle is predicted, so will see--may delay it a day if it actually rains. Regarding the Meteor Showers (Orionids) Wednesday Morning...Orion might be due east when it "rises" but it shifts to the South and that's probably where it will be in the early morning hours..that's where it is NOW for example....

Okey dokey - I will watch for your return. Short answer, if you can get to that page, there are choices along the left side, one entitled Photos...that will take you to the albums. Or, along the top of the home page, there is one line that says New Photos....that will show pictures as they have been added in the last few days. the pic will show you who posted it and what date. That worked nicely for me last night...
but you have to be Signed In to view any of that, so...that will make a difference.

Good morning! Sun shiney here this morning and 63, however rain is expected tomorrow. Sigh.....
Enjoying the weather and no pressing activities. Guess I will just piddle around the house and go outside and help Jack with the pecans. He now has 9 large bags of pecans hanging from the rafters in his shop. They need a few weeks of drying and then he will start shelling.
Oh, and need to work on all my trip pictures.
You all are still sending off a glow after your weekend. I am so jealous!

Our neighbor told us he has been seeing a small grey fox each morning before heading out to work. Would love to see it but we are never up early. Since I have been taking a muscle relaxer at bedtime, I have been sleeping to 8:30. Nice!

I am doing "okay". It has not gone out completely but it is sore and I am having to be careful. Like when I wash my face at the sink I have to bend my knees not bend at the waist. No heavy lifting, etc.
Back from Dr and yes, Lolly I will wait patiently for pics sometime tomorrow!

Next app't is in 6 weeks - will have bone density done and a CT for that Dec 2 visit. Was put down to 5mg of prednisone.. As long as I wheez I will need prednisone! Sooooooo must keep tabs on the damages prolonged prednisone can cause - bone density, cataracts, other good things. BUT it
does keep my lungs clearer and dryer!
I am between a rock and a hard place.
BUT I am ALIVE !!!
Lolly - I may have just missed your comments but how was Joseph's 9th b-day get together. You mentioned he was able to invite 2 friends to go with him to the game.

hi all, just popping in for a quick hello....got to go out and video the massive swarm of Asian Multicolored Lady Beetles occurring outside. (I thought they were lady bugs but not exactly) If I can figure out how to post my video, assuming I get one with my camera, well, I'll post it!
Lolly, sorry to read about your back. I have degenerative disc disease, and literally NO disc left between L5 S1. I have a very unstable and very painful back.
Jo, my mom was on pred for years and each time they tried to reduce her dose, she often got bad side effects. I sure hope that doesn't happen to you. Pred is such an amazing but difficult drug.
I have so enjoyed looking at pics of the weekend! Did I get to be a "bottle buddy" for someone? I was hoping Paula put me back in!
