The mall was dangerous yesterday. I got some groceries at Wal-Mart and while standing in check-out line, patience was wearing very thin with everyone. The cashiers are Temps with, seemingly, no experience. I thought some of them may be lynched before the day was over. LOL

I got Capt. Eagle his present yesterday and that was the end of my list, Halleluiah! Still need more food for Christmas dinner.

OH, in the past 2 weeks I have seen so much nastiness in the stores. I workesd a retail job for years and people get so impatient this time of year. Good grief, I just got a phone call with an order for 2 wreaths..no rest for the weary...later, gotta go make 2 wreaths real quick. Have a great day everyone, think of me when I'm with all the grinches at the mall later.
I have found it difficult to get into the Christmas Spirit this year, for some reason, but being in the Mall with all the other shoppers yesterday seemed to have lit my fire. I'm ready and raring to go. Look out Santa, you have competition this year!

Technical Note - Our cam technician is charging our battery and on Saturday he will use a special tool to test the solar panel's charging power, to see if it's defective.

good Morning all, hey I really get to blog instead of just read for a change. I haven't read who is on but Merry Christmas to you all. Its cool, over cast and I'm trying to get cleaning done. I'm waiting for my grocery's to be delivered. No way was I going to fight traffic and crowds to get food. I am trying new recipes this year to take to parties. Should be fun. Has anyone fixed or eaten Rumaki before?

It's dark at Pete's now, and I haven't been watching this morning, but it's been working fine for me in recent days.
It's been known to freeze up temporarily though, so she might be right. Try "refresh" and if that doesn't work, try Aricam for a while...........?

Did anyone get to see ZZ when she made her public debut today? I wanted to see that so much, but had to go grocery shopping.
The store was so full of shoppers that everybody was running into each others carts. All isles were jam packed full. BUT, I didn't hear one discouraging word. I think the real Spirit of Christmas was in us all!!
Paula, thanks again, I could never have gotten that tree to twinkle without you! I'm going to make sure you get your ROBOPANDA....

Here in the Martinsburg/Shepherdstown area, we have very foggy conditions with 0 visibility in some places. It is 39° and going up to 54° today. No chance of snow for Christmas.
No visitors to our nest yet. I guess it is too foggy to fly, but they will be here when they can.
Only a few birds in Pa. and ZZ Bear is asleep. Not much on the cams right now.
Still waiting on Lib & Belle to make an appearance. No visitors at Pa. NZ shows a panda lying on his back eating bamboo. ZZ & Bai den has so much bamboo in it that you cannot see either panda; just some flashes of black and white.
Still very foggy here and we are also suppose to get some high winds today (up to 50mph).
I Wish San Diego Zoo would tell us how ZZ reacted to her Public Appearance yesterday, and how the public reacted. If any of our Bloggers wittnessed this, please let us know.

This year is my first time with seeing anything and I wanted so badly to see ZZ's first time with the public, but I couldn't be here. 30 second newspiece is not enough for such an important baby. Don't they know how much we love her? LOL
