Aww Bless her/his heart. How do they even manage to cover all 3 of them now, they are getting so big. Well I am glad you are getting well needed rain. There is pleasant sunshine heading your way soon tough. Go get them a fish!!!!
Sat-12:11pm: Good things come in three's they say and I sure do believe it! #1 the video is running #2 the parent is protecting them from the rain #3 the lunch has been fed to all three! Only thing left is that sunshine 'glo' says is coming our way.
Sat - 1:02 p.m. Thanks for the info Jo. Mine went off earlier this morning so I just figured it was off for the weekend. It looks like they were in a little spat a minute ago and he had to adjust his coverage a bit. Talk about patience. If people could just have this much with their kids, wouldn't it be wonderful.
No need for an umbrella in the bird world. I am with glo. They are getting so big, I can't imagine having to cover all three. I am happy for the rain, but lets hope the sun comes out sometime today, so we can watch some more activity!
Amazing how the birds, just like people, just cuddle up and hunker down during the nasty weather....
I only see 2 eaglets. I pray the other one is hiding under there somewhere. Makes me a little nervous for the baby one. Okay, he just now appeared. They were kind of blending together.
Just watching the dinner meal? Brutus (the larger one with dark feathers) - pecked at the other two to stay away from the food until he had his share - I guess that is survival of the fittest. Hope the adults realize the smallest one didn't get any this last go-round and will be back soon with more food for him.
So maybe they could attach a microphone t the Live cam and we who are watching and worrying could kind of gently say. Hey don't forget the little one..."He didn't get any this go round". I worry about him too.
